Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of division of tasks, work climate and additional employee income on employee performance. The research uses a quantitative approach, involving 37 respondents taken randomly from 58 employees who make up the study population. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale, (1-5), data analysis uses a multiple regression model with SPSS version 26.0 facilities and hypothesis testing uses an alpha of 0.05. Research results 1) The division of tasks, work climate and provision of TPP have a significant effect on employee performance. The three variables show a significant positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the division of tasks, the conducive work climate and the fair provision of TPP, the higher the employee performance; 2) The results of the partial test also prove that the division of tasks has a significant effect on employee performance, the effect is positive and significant, meaning that a proportional division of tasks increases employee performance; 3) Work climate has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the more conducive the work climate is, the higher the employee performance in carrying out their duties; 4) Provision of TPP has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the fairer the TPP is, the employee's performance will also increase.

Abstract

The problems in this research are (1) How the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Functions in Developing Policies in the Development Sector of Mesuji Regency is one of the issues with this study. (2) What factors limit the Regional Development Planning Agency's (Bappeda) ability to formulate policies for the Mesuji Regency's development sector. This research design uses qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The research design intends to describe and qualitatively examine the Role of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) in Formulating Policies in the Development Sector of Mesuji Regency. The findings revealed that: (1) The Regional Development Planning Agency's (Bappeda) role in developing policies for the Mesuji Regency's development sector has been carried out in accordance with its role as a formal authority. Strategic decisions, development planning based on the bottom-up principle, namely the process of compiling development plans from the District and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) by taking into account the needs and aspirations that are prioritized, and top-down planning with the principle that the process of formulating development plans in the District and OPD, it needs to synergize

Abstract

This research will see like what innovation service for the wider community the Three in One service program at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandar Lampung City. In conducting this research, the method used is, qualitative descriptive., descriptive method is defined as a problem solving procedure investigated by describing or describing the current state of the subject or object of research (a person, institution, community, etc.) based on the facts that appear or are what they are. In describing the research, the data collected is data in the form of documentation and also conducting interviews and also conducting observations. Things that will be shown from this research are in the form of that the three-in-one public service innovation has been running well but not yet optimal. Aspects that become obstacles to the three in one service innovation inhibiting factors include the accumulation of service applicant files and the length of the three in one application file completion process, namely KK, KIA and Birth Certificates

Abstract

Human resource development at the Regional Secretariat of Tanggamus Regency has not been optimally implemented by each section, as evidenced by the infrequent organization of training, seminars, and employee participation policies that are conducted in a simple manner without staged and continuous planning, even though these needs are urgent. This study uses a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that human resource development at the Regional Secretariat of Tanggamus Regency has been carried out through job rotations across departments to enhance experience and understanding of responsibilities, educational orientation training for employees in both formal and non-formal contexts, and leadership guidance aimed at improving employee performance, although such guidance has not been fully absorbed by some employees. Job rotation aids employees in understanding new responsibilities, while formal and non-formal training provides opportunities to enhance their competencies, yet leadership directions to employees still require improvement to be more effective. Therefore, leadership attention to human resource development through job rotation, training, and guidance needs to be enhanced and carefully re-planned to ensure that human resource development implementation significantly impacts employee performance improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi kebijakan penguatan program desa/kampung pengawasan partisipatif di Provinsi Lampung, khususnya di Desa Labuhan Ratu, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Program ini diinisiasi oleh Bawaslu untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengawasi pemilu dan mencegah pelanggaran, seperti politik uang dan ketidaknetralan aparatur negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program telah sesuai dengan pedoman, dengan pelibatan aktif stakeholder dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk sosialisasi. Program ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran politik masyarakat, tercermin dari tingginya partisipasi dalam Pemilu 2024 dan berkurangnya laporan pelanggaran pemilu di wilayah tersebut. Meskipun demikian, tantangan dalam pembuktian kasus politik uang tetap menjadi perhatian penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan partisipatif ke depan.

Abstract

Kinerja aparatur sipil negara menjadi elemen penting dalam mendukung efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah, khususnya pada Bagian Protokol Sekretariat Daerah yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menunjang kelancaran agenda pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan pegawai dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Protokol Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 33 pegawai dan seluruhnya dijadikan responden melalui teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert lima tingkat yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, demikian pula lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kontribusi sebesar 83,3%, di mana lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kemampuan pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai memerlukan pengembangan kemampuan kerja yang berkelanjutan serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tanggamus. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian asosiatif kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai sebagai responden, selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan bermakna terhadap kinerja pegawai. Di samping itu, motivasi kerja juga terbukti berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konsistensi penerapan disiplin serta pengelolaan motivasi kerja yang tepat merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung optimalisasi kinerja aparatur pada lingkungan pemerintahan daerah.

Abstract

The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This method is used to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of sessions and meetings of the Bandar Lampung City Regional People's Representative Council. All data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that, based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of sessions and meetings of the Bandar Lampung City Regional People's Representative Council according to the dimensions of (a) Goal Attainment is not optimal. (b) Integration: Meeting effectiveness is hampered by weak coordination between Regional People's Representative Council organs. (c) Adaptation: The Regional People's Representative Council is still less responsive to change. (d) Productivity: The implementation of trials and meetings has not yet produced output commensurate with the resources.

Abstract

The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This method is used to describe the implementation of coordination in the Plenary Meeting of Members of the Lampung Provincial People's Representative Council (DPRD). All data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies. The results of the study indicate that, in the dimensions of (a) Inter-Institutional Synchronization, synchronization between institutions still faces serious challenges, particularly related to the lack of agenda integration between the DPRD and the executive branch. (b) Information Management, information management has not been optimally coordinated. (c) Collaboration between Implementers: A collaborative work culture has not yet been established. Inhibiting aspects include: (a) Synchronization between Institutions: Differences in political and institutional interests between the Regional People's Representative Council and its executive counterparts. (b) Information Management: Information delivered late or in a partial manner, leaving DPRD members unprepared for meetings. (c) Collaboration between Implementers: A sectoral work culture, where each work unit (commission, faction, secretariat) focuses more on its individual tasks than on shared goals.
