Abstract

Kesehatan maternal merupakan indikator utama kualitas sistem kesehatan suatu negara, namun angka kematian ibu dan bayi masih tinggi di negara berkembang. Family-Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) merupakan pendekatan inovatif yang memberdayakan keluarga dalam mendukung kesehatan ibu dan bayi, mendorong kolaborasi antara tenaga kesehatan dan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi manfaat, tantangan, dan strategi implementasi FCMC dalam pelayanan kesehatan maternal melalui tinjauan literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelusuran literatur sistematis berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA pada basis data seperti PubMed, Mendeley, dan Google Scholar. Dari 520 artikel awal, terpilih 10 artikel untuk analisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa FCMC memberikan manfaat signifikan, termasuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial, self-efficacy ibu, serta mengurangi keluhan dan depresi postpartum. Saran direkomendasikan pengembangan fasilitas ramah keluarga, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, dan edukasi masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, FCMC berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan maternal jika diterapkan secara optimal dan berbasis bukti.

Abstract

COVID-19 has a negative impact on economic activity, one of which affects the financial performance of banks. Where the net profit of each bank decreased and the bank had to restructure credit to its debtors. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of CoV-19 on the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, and PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) methods. In this study, the type of data used was secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive method of data collected and then compiled and analyzed. The results showed that the EVA value at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk experienced fluctuations, although EVA is not stable, this company still produces an EVA value > 0 or positive value., and for MVA it increased in 2016-2019 but in 2020 it decreased, even so the MVA value> 0 or positive. While at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk EVA value has increased every year so that the value of EVA> 0, and for the value of MVA has increased every year with the resulting value of MVA> 0.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah dan keunikan nilai budaya Masjid Cheng Ho di Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif melalui observasi langsung dan mengkaji dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan (library research) untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Masjid Al-Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho Sriwijaya Palembang atau sering dikenal dengan masjid Cheng Ho yang merupakan salah satu masjid bernuansa Islam Tionghoa yang diresmikan pada tahun 2008. Masjid Al-Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho didirikan oleh keluarga PITI Sumsel di atas tanah hibah dari PT. Amen Mulia kepada Organisasi PITI melalui perantara H. Syahrial Oesman atas berkah jasa kyai Palembang KH.Mudarrin. SM dan Kgs KH. M. Zen Syukri bin Kgs K. H Hasan Syukri yang juga merupakan pendiri Masjid Al-Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho dan Yayasan Muhammad Cheng Ho Sriwijaya PITI Sumsel yang saat itu diketuai oleh Bapak H. Haryanto. Berdasarkan penelitian menyatakan bahwa Masjid Cheng Ho juga memiliki keunikan pada bagian ornamen. Dimana ornamen masjid Cheng Ho memiliki perpaduan antara kebudayaan muslim Tionghoa dengan budaya Melayu, dan Nusantara. Ornamen yang menjadi ciri khas masjid Cheng Ho yaitu ada pada bagian gapura dan menara masjid. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari bentuk dan warna yang digunakan yaitu seperti nuansa Tionghoa atau Cina.Abstract: This study aims to determine the history and unique cultural values of the Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method through direct observation and review by conducting library research to obtain research data. The results showed that the Al-Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque Sriwijaya Palembang or often known as the Cheng Ho mosque which is one of the mosques with Chinese Islamic nuances which was inaugurated in 2008. Al-Islam Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque was founded by the PITI family in South Sumatra on a land grant. from PT. Amen Mulia to the PITI Organization through the intermediary of H. Syahrial Oesman for the blessing of the Palembang kyai KH.Mudarrin. SM and Kgs KH. M. Zen Syukri bin Kgs K. H Hasan Syukri who is also the founder of the Muhammad Cheng Ho Al-Islam Mosque and the Muhammad Cheng Ho Sriwijaya Foundation PITI Sumsel which at that time was chaired by Mr. H. Haryanto. Based on research, it is stated that Cheng Ho Mosque also has a uniqueness in the ornament section. Where the ornaments of the Cheng Ho mosque have a blend of Chinese Muslim culture with Malay culture, and the archipelago. The ornaments that characterize the Cheng Ho mosque are on the gates and minarets of the mosque. This can be seen from the shapes and colors used, which are like Chinese or Chinese nuances.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the fact that women's efforts to participate in developing productive businesses do not yet have the right model so that their activities appear to be just a side job. Meanwhile, women's productivity in the micro economy in the new normal era will have a positive impact on strengthening the home economy, as well as restoring the activities of micro businesses that have gone bankrupt as a result of the pandemic. The presence of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil with the financing assistance model and financial management literacy of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil makes the administration process easier and more synergistic. The data used for this article comes from qualitative research, using interviews and relevant literature. The respondents of this research are Palembang gender activist academics, BMT administrators, business actors in areas with a majority of women who carry out productive business development in Palembang. interviews using the snowball sampling method. The research results showed that women's participation in productive business development after a long period in the domestic sphere due to the COVID-19 pandemic has become more varied and provides additional benefits for the family economy. The presence of BMT helps women's productive businesses, providing administrative convenience for obtaining financing and changing the home management model to family management established by BMT. This research then found that after a long period of time women were in the domestic sphere due to the regulations during the Covid-19 Pandemic, their product activity patterns changed to profitable home businesses. Furthermore, the management model used by BMT is more accepted and supported by Palembang women who are developing their businesses.

Abstract

The most significant influence on the development of Indonesian law is legal philosophy. The term "Pancasila" refers to the entirety of regulations and laws, beginning with our constitution. All regulations that are not based on our constitution must establish Pancasila as the basis and foundation of the law. Indonesia's legal framework is known as Pancasila. Consequently, Pancasila is recognized as both a philosophy and a written law in Indonesia that encompasses living law. The issue is the extent to which legal philosophy influences the development of the legal system in Indonesia. Certainly, it is crucial to address this issue. The legal method was implemented by the authors to evaluate this issue with normative law. The authors' methodology was derived from numerous books that address comparable issues. The results of this research show that Legal philosophy is a critical component of Indonesian law, serving as both a guide for its development and a necessity. Legal philosophy contributes to the elucidation of the philosophical foundation of legal values, capable of achieving the ideals of justice and order in society in accordance with the reality of the applicable law

Abstract

The quality and efficiency of healthcare services have changed significantly due to advances in digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the medical field. However, these advances also present various legal, ethical, and social obstacles that require serious consideration. This study investigates the application of AI in the medical field from a progressive and responsive legal perspective. Using normative juridical methods and qualitatively analyzed secondary data. This study aims to establish adaptive regulations that can adapt to the changing nature of technology while protecting the integrity of medical services and patient rights. This study also shows the importance of integrating human and spiritual values ??into the application of medical technology to ensure that healthcare services are holistic and focused on patient welfare. The study findings suggest that the establishment of a safe, equitable, and sustainable digital health ecosystem depends on the collaboration of policymakers, medical personnel, technology experts, and the public. Therefore, to optimize the advantages of technology and reduce risks in the future healthcare sector, it is important to establish responsive and inclusive regulations based on lex specialist.

Abstract

Civil law is a dynamic field that is constantly evolving in tandem with the evolution of human civilization, which is also impacted by technological advancements and global climate change. Civil law is fundamentally interconnected with the reinforcement of the internal supervisory function, which replaces the external supervisory function. This research aims to ascertain the current state of civil law and the obstacles it faces. The data was analyzed qualitatively, and the method employed normative juridical with secondary data. The findings indicate that the development of modern civil law is a direct result of its fundamental relationship with the relationship between government and society, which enhances the role and participation of society in various domains. Some of the modernizations of civil law that have emerged and are being used to strengthen internal functions related to external control are contract law, consumer protection law, and employment law.
