Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2003 tentang Kesehatan, kosmetik termasuk dalam sediaan farmasi yang peredaranya harus memenuhi persyaratan standar dan mutu yang telah ditetapkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif implementasi pengaturan hukum positif yang berlaku dalam mengendalikan peredaran kosmetik berbahaya dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penegakan hukum peredaran kosmetik berbahaya khususnya di Kota Samarinda agar mengetahui apakah terdapat kendala dalam proses penegakan hukum tersebut. dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Socio-Legal Research. Hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan permintaan data kosmetik dengan Instansi terkait seperti BPOM, Dinas Kesehatan, Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, Hakim. Serta dengan melakukan observasi ke toko-toko kosmetik di 10 (sepuluh) Kecamatan Kota Samarinda. Secara keseluruhan efektivitas implementasi hukum dalam mengendalikan peredaran kosmetik berbahaya di Kota Samarinda tidak efektif secara keseluruhan. Dalam proses  Penegakan hukum lembaga-lembaga menjalankan perannya dengan aktif, Namun terkendala kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Uji Laboratorium. Mengakibatkan kosmetik berbahaya masih marak beredar di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya memperkuat koordinasi antar instansi seperti Dinas Kesehatan dan BPOM untuk meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap peredaran kosmetik berbahaya, optimalisasi laboratorium agar efisien, melakukan sosialisasi rutin bahaya kosmetik ke masyarakat dan pelaku usaha, tingkatkan literasi masyarakat terkait komposisi atau bahan pada kosmetik, dan kesadaran akan kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study analyzes inequality in the rehabilitation and reintegration of juvenile sexual offenders at LPKA Tenggarong. The study employs a socio-legal approach by combining normative legal analysis with empirical findings obtained through interviews and literature review. The research focuses on the implementation of rehabilitation and reintegration programs as well as the obstacles faced in the process. The results show that rehabilitation programs at LPKA Tenggarong have not been implemented optimally and equally. Existing programs are mainly focused on educational and vocational activities, while psychosocial assistance and psychological counseling remain limited. In addition, weak coordination between correctional institutions, families, schools, and communities hinders the reintegration process. Social stigma and environmental rejection also negatively affect children’s behavioral recovery and adaptation after release, increasing the risk of reoffending. Therefore, improvements in rehabilitation quality, psychosocial support, family involvement, and multisectoral coordination are necessary to support effective social reintegration and prevent repeated criminal behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Kode Etik dan Pedoman Perilaku Hakim dalam Putusan Nomor 454/Pid.B/2024/PN Sby serta menilai apakah pertimbangan hakim telah mencerminkan prinsip independensi dan imparsialitas. Penelitian menggunakan metode hukum doktrinal dengan pendekatan normatif yang dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui metode deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kode etik hakim dalam putusan tersebut belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip etik kehakiman, khususnya terkait independensi, objektivitas, dan profesionalitas hakim. Pertimbangan hukum hakim dinilai masih menimbulkan keraguan karena adanya ketidaksesuaian antara fakta persidangan dengan amar putusan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan pengawasan etik hakim guna menjaga integritas dan kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga peradilan

Abstract

The rapid development of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia has intensified competition among business actors, requiring companies to implement effective marketing strategies to maintain customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases. In this context, brand image and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) are considered important factors that influence consumer perceptions and purchasing behavior. A positive brand image can create favorable impressions in the minds of consumers, while Electronic Word of Mouth through digital platforms allows customers to share experiences and opinions about products or services with a wider audience. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and Electronic Word of Mouth on Repurchase Decision with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening variable. The research was conducted on consumers of Ashbab Coffee who had previously purchased its products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who met the research criteria. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the study indicate that brand image and Electronic Word of Mouth have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Decision. In addition, Customer Satisfaction also acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between brand image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Repurchase Decision. These findings suggest that maintaining a positive brand image and encouraging positive Electronic Word of Mouth can increase Customer Satisfaction and encourage consumers to make repeat purchases.

Abstract

Fraud in the recruitment of prospective Indonesian Army (TNI AD) non-commissioned officers (Bintara), particularly through schemes promising guaranteed acceptance, has caused significant material and immaterial losses for victims. Beyond financial losses, victims often experience psychological impacts, including emotional distress, disappointment, and diminished self-confidence. This study aims to analyze such fraudulent practices from a victimological perspective and to examine the forms of legal protection available for victims. The research employs a socio-legal approach with qualitative methods, utilizing in-depth interviews with victims and supported by normative analysis of relevant legal frameworks. The findings reveal that victimological factors play a significant role in the occurrence of fraud, including high levels of trust in perpetrators, social pressure due to intense recruitment competition, and limited understanding of official recruitment procedures. In terms of victim protection, preventive and corrective measures are necessary, particularly through the reform of recruitment systems to ensure transparency, accountability, and the use of technology, alongside improving public legal awareness. This study underscores the importance of a victimological approach in understanding victim vulnerability and highlights the need to strengthen legal protection mechanisms to prevent fraud in military recruitment processes. Keywords: Fraud, Victimology, Victim Protection, Military Recruitment, TNI AD
