Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan antara pandangan Madzhab Maliki dan hukum positif Indonesia mengenai hak waris orang yang berkelamin ganda (Khuntsa Musykil) dengan tujuan memahami perbedaan dan persamaannya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data studi pustaka. Ilmu waris merupakan ilmu yang kurang populer di kalangan umat Islam saat ini. Pembelajaran ilmu ini hanya dipelajari di sebagian pondok pesantren dan sekolah agama seperti madrasah aliyah negeri (MAN). Dalam ilmu waris banyak macam permasalahan, di antaranya masalah ketika seseorang lahir dengan kondisi kelamin ganda. Dalam pandangan agama Islam, masalah hak waris bagi orang yang berkelamin ganda ini menjadi perdebatan di antara para ulama. Di sisi lain, hukum positif Indonesia juga memiliki ketentuan-ketentuan yang mengatur hak waris. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Waris adalah hak yang dapat dibagi, ditetapkan untuk ahli waris setelah kematian pewaris karena adanya hubungan kekerabatan antara mereka, seperti hubungan pernikahan. (2) Dalam Madzhab Maliki, Khuntsa Musykil mendapat separuh dari dua perkiraan laki-laki dan perempuan apabila mewarisi dari bagian laki-laki dan perempuan. (3) Sistem hukum waris di Indonesia berlaku pluralisme hukum waris, ada hukum waris Islam, hukum waris perdata dan hukum waris adat. Mengenai pembagian harta warisan terhadap ahli waris Khuntsa Musykil menurut KHI porsi pembagian harta warisnya akan diselesaikan dengan keputusan hakim di pengadilan, Adapun pembagian warisannya dalam KUH Perdata (Burgelijk Wetboek) perihal pembagian warisan tidak membedakan bagian laki-laki dan perempuan. Dalam hukum adat dipengaruhi oleh sistem kekerabatan dan juga karena pengaruh agama, sehingga antara daerah yang satu dengan yang lainnya terdapat perbedaan untuk pembagian warisannya. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison between the views of the Maliki school of thought and Indonesian positive law regarding the inheritance rights of persons of multiple sexes (Khuntsa Musykil) with the aim of understanding the differences and similarities. The research approach used in this research is qualitative by using literature study data collection methods. The science of inheritance is a science that is less popular among Muslims today. Learning this knowledge is only studied in a number of Islamic boarding schools and religious schools such as the state Islamic high school (MAN). In the science of inheritance, there are many kinds of problems, including the problem when a person is born with multiple sex conditions. In the view of Islam, the issue of inheritance rights for people with multiple genders is a debate among scholars. On the other hand, Indonesian positive law also has provisions governing inheritance rights. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Inheritance is a right that can be divided. Determined for the heirs after the death of the heir because of a kinship relationship between them, such as a marriage relationship. (2) In the Maliki school of thought, Khuntsa Musykil gets half of the two estimates of men and women if they inherit from the male and female shares. (3) The inheritance law system in Indonesia applies inheritance law pluralism, there is Islamic inheritance law, civil inheritance law and customary inheritance law. Regarding the distribution of inheritance to the Khuntsa Musykil heirs, according to KHI, the portion of the distribution of inheritance will be settled by a judge's decision in court. As for the distribution of inheritance in the Civil Code (Burgelijk Wetboek), regarding the division of inheritance, it does not distinguish between male and female parts. In customary law, it is influenced by the kinship system and also because of the influence of religion, so that between one region and another there are differences in the distribution of inheritance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular activities of the Youth Red Cross (PMR) on the psychomotor development of students at MTsN 2 Mataram. The psychomotor aspect includes fine and gross motor skills that develop through physical activity. PMR extracurricular at MTsN 2 Mataram has been around for more than 10 years and is very popular with students. PMR is designed to train skills such as First Aid, Family Care, Stretcher Making, Tent Assembling and Disaster Risk Reduction. Through these activities, students not only gain knowledge but also experience significant physical development. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with students, supervising teachers, and PMR trainers. The results showed that PMR activities have a positive impact on students' psychomotor development, both in fine motor and gross motor. Fine motor skills are improved through activities such as wound dressing and family care, while gross motor skills are developed through physical activities such as putting up and taking down tents. Challenges in implementation include limited training tools and variations in student abilities. Overall, PMR activities at MTsN 2 Mataram contribute significantly to students' psychomotor development. With improved facilities and school support, the benefits of PMR activities can be optimized. The results of this study are expected to be a reference.

Abstract

This study examines high school teachers' perspectives on using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching English in Jombang, East Java. Employing a mixed-method approach, it involves surveys of 42 participants (2 teachers and 40 students) and interviews with 4 teachers and 4 students. The findings show that AI is seen as an effective tool for enhancing English learning, with most participants expressing positive attitudes. Younger teachers demonstrate higher readiness to adopt AI, though challenges like limited technology access and insufficient training persist. The study emphasizes AI's transformative potential in English education, highlighting the importance of professional development and addressing practical barriers to maximize its benefits in teaching methodologies and student engagement

Abstract

Penentuan Akuisisi Menggunakan Citra Merek sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei terhadap mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta yang telah membeli barang Oneda. Individu di Surakarta yang telah memperoleh barang Oneda. Sampel sebanyak 100 individu diperoleh dengan metodologi sampling insidental. Metodologi pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner, tinjauan pustaka, dan penelitian observasional. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan penilaian analisis regresi termoderasi (MRA). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan inovasi produk, harga, dan citra merek masing-masing memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan tersebut. Lebih lanjut, citra merek tidak memoderasi pengaruh kualitas produk, inovasi produk, atau harga terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Introduction: Primary education plays a vital role in shaping students' character, literacy, and skills. However, limited literacy facilities pose a challenge at SMPN 2 Kalibawang. Therefore, there is a need for programs to support the creation of facilities that encourage students to have good literacy and numeracy. Objective: The purpose of this service is to optimize student literacy, interest in student creativity through strengthening literacy and numeracy at SMPN 2 Kalibawang through the Teaching Campus program while upholding Islamic values in the school. Method: This community service activity is carried out from September to December 2024 through collaborative activities with teachers and school organizations, including creating reading corners, literacy and numeracy games through Bamboozone, basic computer and Canva workshops, learning with interactive PPTs, creative classroom projects, and environmental literacy programs. The participants are 8th and 9th-grade students, teachers, and the wider school community. Result: This program successfully revitalized the library, improved student literacy through regular visits to the library, introduced basic computer skills and Canva, updated classroom bulletin boards with student creations, introduced technology as a learning tool, and enhanced numeracy understanding through interactive media. Students showed an increased interest in books, leading to continual improvements in their literacy and numeracy skills. Conclusion: The Campus Teaching Program makes a significant contribution to improving literacy and numeracy of students at SMPN 2 Kalibawang Wonosobo as a bridge to enhance the capabilities of the nation's youth in terms of knowledge and skills for a more advanced nation. Sustainable collaboration between students, teachers, and the Campus Teaching team is crucial for long-term improvement in the quality of education, thus continuity from teachers and increased awareness from students are necessary.
