Abstract

The chicken meat processing agro-industry at the Slaughterhouse (RPA) plays a key role in ensuring safe animal protein for consumption. Processed chicken products are classified as high risk, thus food safety risk mitigation becomes critical. This community service program aims to assist the partner in identifying, measuring, and analyzing critical risk factors in chicken meat production using the Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) approach. Conducted at RPA CV. Satria Jaya in Pasuruan, the program applied both quantitative-descriptive and participatory approaches. Results reveal that immersion before chickens are fully dead, lack of certification among halal slaughterers (JULEHA), and negligence in reciting basmalah during slaughtering are the most critical risks. Suggested improvements include adjusting pre-soaking duration, recruiting competent JULEHA, and developing a process control information system. These findings are expected to support the reinforcement of food safety risk management systems in the partner's slaughterhouse.

Abstract

Industri komponen otomotif dituntut untuk memenuhi standar kualitas dan efisiensi yang sangat tinggi untuk menjaga daya saing. PT. Astra Mandiri Jaya (AMJ), sebagai pemasok komponen interior, menghadapi tantangan berupa bottleneck pada salah satu lini perakitan manual. Masalah utama teridentifikasi pada stasiun kerja perakitan panel pintu, di mana proses pemasangan klip dan sekrup secara manual memakan waktu lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan, seperti komponen yang hilang atau tidak terpasang sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan modifikasi pada assembly jig (alat bantu perakitan) dengan pendekatan Poka-Yoke untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan proses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi jig dengan penambahan sensor deteksi dan aktuator pneumatik berhasil menurunkan waktu baku perakitan secara drastis. Waktu baku sebelum perbaikan adalah 5,54 detik/komponen, dan setelah perbaikan turun menjadi 2,57 detik/komponen. Hal ini menghasilkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu sebesar 53,61% serta eliminasi potensi cacat produk lolos ke proses selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate an effective and sustainable marketing strategy for PT. XYZ in response to the declining sales of ceramic floor tiles from 2021 to 2024. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method by utilizing SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to evaluate internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats that influence marketing performance. Data were collected through interviews with marketing decision-makers, documentation of sales reports, and direct observation of the company’s marketing activities. The SWOT analysis revealed several strategic issues, including limited promotional outreach, fluctuating customer demand, pricing pressure from competitors, and untapped market opportunities. Based on the SWOT matrix, strategic alternatives were formulated by combining internal and external factors into four categories: SO (Strength–Opportunity), WO (Weakness–Opportunity), ST (Strength–Threat), and WT (Weakness–Threat). The findings indicate that the most crucial strategy is to enhance digital marketing and promotional activities, particularly through online platforms and social media. Additional strategies include the development of environmentally friendly products and the formation of strategic distribution partnerships to expand market reach. These strategies are expected to strengthen PT. XYZ’s competitive position, align with evolving consumer trends, and increase overall market share. The study concludes that the application of SWOT analysis offers a structured and practical framework for identifying marketing priorities. Consequently, the SWOT-based strategic analysis places PT. XYZ in Quadrant I, supporting an aggressive strategy. This approach is beneficial as it leverages the company's strengths to seize external opportunities such as market penetration, product development, vertical integration, and diversification. Abstract

In keeping up with the development of the lifestyle of the surrounding residents. As well as business strategy movements such as minimarkets such as Indomart and Alfamart that are familiar everywhere, performance efforts to retain Alyasini Mart minimarket consumers are very important in order to plan the overall marketing communication program process or marketing mix. This study aims to explain the influence of marketing mix strategy on purchasing decisions at Alyasini Mart Rembang, and among the variables are products, prices, promotions, locations. To measure the above influence, the researcher used a quantitative approach with a sample survey type, this study was 100 respondents who were consumers of Alyasini Mart. The data analysis used is analysis with multiple regression analysis, validity test of classical assumption test, hypothesis test (T and F test) with the help of spss, the results of this study show that product variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Price partially has a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Promotions partially have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Places partially have a positive and significant influence impact on purchase decisions. Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alyasini Mart Rembang.

Abstract

BERKAH PANDAAN Using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis ) Method. The aim of this research data is to determinan the process of controlling the quality of bricks at CV. Berkah Pandaan using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) Method. The approaches used are SWOT and FMEA. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis is defined as a method used to identify the causes and consequences of a failure. SWOT is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate company strategy. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities, but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. Based on result of this research, the causes of defects that occur at CV. Be identified. BERKAH PANDAAN is caused by two thigs, namely in terms of humans and machiens, form the human perspective it is mosly caused by a lack of work concentration so that the quality of work decreases, this is triggered by working environmental conditions that are less supportive, including room temperatures that are too hot, insufficient lighting. Engine noise that is too loud in terms of the engine usually occurs because the engine is experiencing downtime.

Abstract

The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is used to control the supply of raw materials in a company. A company to implement policies in raw material planning must have the right calculation so that there are no advantages and disadvantages in the supply of raw materials. This study aims to determine whether the application of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method in the "Duta Collection" business unit in planning the supply of raw materials can run effectively and efficiently. Material requirements planning using MRP method in this paper uses the lot sizing method, where the lot sizing methods used are Lot-for-Lot, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), as well as using the Exponential smoothing and least squares forecasting formula as a reference for know the amount of raw material needs in the future. From the calculation of the cost of raw materials in 2016 the total cost of raw material inventories incurred by the Duta Collection business unit was Rp12,797,247,650. Whereas by using the MRP method the total cost incurred was the Lot-for-lot Method of Rp 35,904,531,000 and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method of Rp 5,886,092,567. From the two MRP methods above, it can be seen that the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method has the lowest total inventory cost of Rp 5,886,092,567, - meaning the company can minimize inventory costs by 2.2% of the costs incurred. So as such it is proven that one of these MRP methods can play a role in efficient cost of raw material inventory in the Duta Collection business Unit.

Abstract

During this time, UD. Seneng Damai made a purchase of raw material by just guessing when the amount of goods in the warehouse is running out. This research is expected to help the company to consider and determine the policy in inventory control activities in order to run more effectively and efficiently. So by applying EOQ method, UD. Seneng Damai will know how much order (order quantity) of raw materials buckles and when should the company to re-order raw material buckles during period 2018. Research type used is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Sources of data in this study using secondary data sources obtained directly from the company. Data collection using interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is using Economic Order Quantity method. The results of the analysis prove that if the company applies methods Economic Order Quantity in 2018 in the optimal purchase of raw materials, there is a difference in savings expenditures total costs for raw materials of Rp. 150.305, -. Based on the results of the analysis, it should be UD. Seneng Damai applies Economic Order Quantity method in determining the optimal quantity of raw material purchase, so it can minimize the total cost incurred by the company every year.

Abstract

Xxx is one of the companies engaged in construction that produces paving stones. The obstacle experienced by this company is that demand is sometimes soaring and sometimes soaring is caused by a lack of careful planning and maximum profits derived by the company. Therefore, companies need a certain basic calculation to optimize the amount of profit. Optimization is needed to analyze the making of paving and optimize profits by using the Linear Programming method. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the analysis of paving production and determine the optimal profit. Retrieval of data obtained from direct observation or observation at PT. XXX. The data needed in this study are: product data, raw material purchase price data, sales data and production boundary data. In solving this problem the researchers used the Linear programming method and Smoothing forecasting methods obtained by Z_max as follows: Z_max = 540X_1 + 556X_2 + 707X_3 With the limit function: 327,27X1 318.18X2 With the requirements X_1 X_2 X_3 ≥ 0 So the analysis is obtained is the most optimal product sold per month are: DC 06: 106,732 M ^ 2, DC 08: 339,402 M ^ 2, TC 06: 13.109 M ^ 2 The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that the optimal profit obtained is Rp. 75,460

Abstract

PT.Joyo Continues is a company engaged in shipping services and distributors of imported soybeans from abroad such as the USA, Brazil and Argentina which will be distributed again to local soybean craftsmen, especially the Pasuruan region and its surroundings, this research was conducted to determine which suppliers are really effective and suitable according to the characteristics of the company, as well as being able to provide the best profit for the company, this research is also intended to help companies determine strategies in facing increasingly competitive market competition. Selection of this supplier uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SWOT (Strengths Weakeness Opportunity Threats) method. SWOT analysis is a systematic identification of various factors to formulate a company strategy. While AHP is a multicriteria decision-making technique, in which quantitative factors and qualitative factors are combined, so that quality, position, and evaluation can be carried out in the form of variable-variative evaluations (Saaty, 1994). , quality, distribution and consistency as well as company strategy to optimize marketing strategy amidst the global crisis caused by the pandemic, obtained the USA as an alternative to the main supplier.

Abstract

NLP isafurniture manufacturing company that uses three types of wood, namely mahogany, pine, and teak. Handling and processing sawdust waste is a challenge that needs to be overcome effectively so that the waste can become a product that has added value. The value-dded product in question is souvenir craft. The utilization of coarse sawdust can be mixed with epoxy resin to form composite materials, which can be used as the basic material for souvenir crafts. It is known that the strength of composite materials increases with the increasing composition of the resin in composite materials, and the character of composite materials If the composition of sawdust is higher, the resulting composite material will be opaque and lighter. Then the manufacture of composite materials will use a ratio of 1:1. Regional attributes, cultural elements, innovation in form, design, and ease of application are important factors to consider when designing a product for souvenirs. The collected data is needed to be translated into the interpretation of product requirements to be used in making the Objective Tree and Morphological Diagrams. Evaluation of alternative product designs is carried out by considering the minimum risks.
