Abstract

Alkopini is a small and medium enterprise engaged in the manufacture of hommade sandals with synthetic leather as the basic material. The purpose of this service is to help expand the market and increase the selling value in the market by introducing the brand more widely to the community in the Pasuruan Regency area. In this service method using SWOT analysis. The results of the service show an increase in the production of the Alkopini praduk from 15 pairs of sandals a day to 20 to 25 pairs of sandals a day. Through this community service, the service team helps expand the Alkopini sandal market by using brands and packaging with the aim of attracting more consumers and using the sandal products produced and increasing the selling value of each product produced.

Abstract

The chicken meat processing agro-industry at the Slaughterhouse (RPA) plays a key role in ensuring safe animal protein for consumption. Processed chicken products are classified as high risk, thus food safety risk mitigation becomes critical. This community service program aims to assist the partner in identifying, measuring, and analyzing critical risk factors in chicken meat production using the Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) approach. Conducted at RPA CV. Satria Jaya in Pasuruan, the program applied both quantitative-descriptive and participatory approaches. Results reveal that immersion before chickens are fully dead, lack of certification among halal slaughterers (JULEHA), and negligence in reciting basmalah during slaughtering are the most critical risks. Suggested improvements include adjusting pre-soaking duration, recruiting competent JULEHA, and developing a process control information system. These findings are expected to support the reinforcement of food safety risk management systems in the partner's slaughterhouse.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the palletizer machine at PT XYZ using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and to identify the main causes of failure through the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) approach. OEE measurement includes three key parameters: availability, performance rate, and quality rate. The results show that the OEE value ranges between 91%–93%, which exceeds the JIPM standard of 85%, but has yet to consistently meet the company's production target of 91%. The Six Big Losses analysis revealed that the highest loss was due to equipment failure, accounting for 1.7%, with the palletizer contributing 55% of the total technical downtime. FMEA identified three critical components with the highest Risk Priority Numbers (RPN): the push box motor, sliding motor, and hydraulic oil pump. Root causes were further explored using a fishbone diagram

Abstract

Maju dan tidaknya UMKM yang terdapat pada suatu desa atau kelurahan merupakan indikator dari tingkat kesejahteraan dari masyarakat tersebut, dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi internet yang berarti dimulainya era revolusi industri 4.0, hal ini menjadi permaslahan tersendiri bagi pelaku UMKM yang berada diperkotaan, terlebih lagi mereka  masih canggung dalam dunia digital.  Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pengembangan pemasaran UMKM batik dan makanan minuman diKelurahan Tembokrejo berbasis Digital Marketing melalui workshop yang diikuti pelaku UMKM serta pembuatan dan pengelolaan website Kelurahan Tembokrejo. Adanya kompetitor yang ketat dalam pemasaran serta tren produk yang begitu kom petitif, beragamnya media digital dalam pemasaran membuat pelaku UMKM diTembokrejo Kota Pasuruan menjadi kesulitan untuk bersaing dalam memperluas pemasaran produk. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini melalui pendekatan Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD), pendekatan ini berbasis aset, kekuatan serta potensi yang ada, dengan melakukan observasi ke beberapa UMKM dimulai dengan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi informasi yang berkaitan dengan UMKM secara rinci. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan pendekatan ABCD adalah terdapat banyak UMKM yang belum memahami bagaimana caranya memanfaat media-media digital untuk digunakan dalam pemasaran, sepertihalnya  WhatsApp Business,belum memahami teknik- foto profil produk yang menjual. Setelah serangkain pelatihan kami lakukan dapat terlihat pelaku UMKM sudah mulai merubah model pemasarannya melalui media-media digital serta juga uda mulai melakukan integrasi pemasaran yang tidak hanya pada satu  media digital, 3 dari 6 UMKM sudah memanfaatkan  model digital marketing.

Abstract

Industri komponen otomotif dituntut untuk memenuhi standar kualitas dan efisiensi yang sangat tinggi untuk menjaga daya saing. PT. Astra Mandiri Jaya (AMJ), sebagai pemasok komponen interior, menghadapi tantangan berupa bottleneck pada salah satu lini perakitan manual. Masalah utama teridentifikasi pada stasiun kerja perakitan panel pintu, di mana proses pemasangan klip dan sekrup secara manual memakan waktu lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan, seperti komponen yang hilang atau tidak terpasang sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan modifikasi pada assembly jig (alat bantu perakitan) dengan pendekatan Poka-Yoke untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan proses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi jig dengan penambahan sensor deteksi dan aktuator pneumatik berhasil menurunkan waktu baku perakitan secara drastis. Waktu baku sebelum perbaikan adalah 5,54 detik/komponen, dan setelah perbaikan turun menjadi 2,57 detik/komponen. Hal ini menghasilkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu sebesar 53,61% serta eliminasi potensi cacat produk lolos ke proses selanjutnya.

Abstract

Kampung Tempe Parerejo merupakan sentra usaha kelompok masyarakat yang terletak di desa Parerejo Kecamatan Purwodadi, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Terdapat beberapa warga masyarakat desa Parerejo yang membuka usaha pembuatan tempe walaupun usaha tersebut masih bersifat usaha kecil (UMKM). Bekerja dalam bidang pengolahan hasil pertanian, termasuk usaha pembuatan tempe dan turunannya yang telah berlangsung cukup lama, sehingga terbentuk beberapa kelompok usaha yang memerlukan perbaikan dalam naungan Kampung Tempe Parerejo. Perbaikan sistem produksi tempe sebagai sentra produksi diperlukan ketersediaan alat produksi dan bahan baku kedelai yang cukup, biasanya sulit didapat pada waktuwaktu tertentu. Program pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pendampingan perbaikan sistem produksi tempe dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan pelibatan seluruh masyarakat usaha melalui perbaikan sistem produksi, termasuk pemasaran dan strategi pengembangannya. Tujuan Penelitian adalah memperbaiki sistem produksi tempe melalui analisis kebutuhan, partisipasi aktif dan pengembangan usaha yang berorientasi produktivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sistem produksi tempe yang produktif dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dan pengembangan Kampung Tempe Parerejo

Abstract

This study aims to formulate an effective and sustainable marketing strategy for PT. XYZ in response to the declining sales of ceramic floor tiles from 2021 to 2024. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method by utilizing SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to evaluate internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats that influence marketing performance. Data were collected through interviews with marketing decision-makers, documentation of sales reports, and direct observation of the company’s marketing activities. The SWOT analysis revealed several strategic issues, including limited promotional outreach, fluctuating customer demand, pricing pressure from competitors, and untapped market opportunities. Based on the SWOT matrix, strategic alternatives were formulated by combining internal and external factors into four categories: SO (Strength–Opportunity), WO (Weakness–Opportunity), ST (Strength–Threat), and WT (Weakness–Threat). The findings indicate that the most crucial strategy is to enhance digital marketing and promotional activities, particularly through online platforms and social media. Additional strategies include the development of environmentally friendly products and the formation of strategic distribution partnerships to expand market reach. These strategies are expected to strengthen PT. XYZ’s competitive position, align with evolving consumer trends, and increase overall market share. The study concludes that the application of SWOT analysis offers a structured and practical framework for identifying marketing priorities. Consequently, the SWOT-based strategic analysis places PT. XYZ in Quadrant I, supporting an aggressive strategy. This approach is beneficial as it leverages the company's strengths to seize external opportunities such as market penetration, product development, vertical integration, and diversification. Abstract

In keeping up with the development of the lifestyle of the surrounding residents. As well as business strategy movements such as minimarkets such as Indomart and Alfamart that are familiar everywhere, performance efforts to retain Alyasini Mart minimarket consumers are very important in order to plan the overall marketing communication program process or marketing mix. This study aims to explain the influence of marketing mix strategy on purchasing decisions at Alyasini Mart Rembang, and among the variables are products, prices, promotions, locations. To measure the above influence, the researcher used a quantitative approach with a sample survey type, this study was 100 respondents who were consumers of Alyasini Mart. The data analysis used is analysis with multiple regression analysis, validity test of classical assumption test, hypothesis test (T and F test) with the help of spss, the results of this study show that product variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Price partially has a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Promotions partially have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Places partially have a positive and significant influence impact on purchase decisions. Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alyasini Mart Rembang.

BERKAH PANDAAN Using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis ) Method. The aim of this research data is to determinan the process of controlling the quality of bricks at CV. Berkah Pandaan using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) Method. The approaches used are SWOT and FMEA. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis is defined as a method used to identify the causes and consequences of a failure. SWOT is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate company strategy. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities, but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. Based on result of this research, the causes of defects that occur at CV. Be identified. BERKAH PANDAAN is caused by two thigs, namely in terms of humans and machiens, form the human perspective it is mosly caused by a lack of work concentration so that the quality of work decreases, this is triggered by working environmental conditions that are less supportive, including room temperatures that are too hot, insufficient lighting. Engine noise that is too loud in terms of the engine usually occurs because the engine is experiencing downtime.

Abstract

The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is used to control the supply of raw materials in a company. A company to implement policies in raw material planning must have the right calculation so that there are no advantages and disadvantages in the supply of raw materials. This study aims to determine whether the application of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method in the "Duta Collection" business unit in planning the supply of raw materials can run effectively and efficiently. Material requirements planning using MRP method in this paper uses the lot sizing method, where the lot sizing methods used are Lot-for-Lot, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), as well as using the Exponential smoothing and least squares forecasting formula as a reference for know the amount of raw material needs in the future. From the calculation of the cost of raw materials in 2016 the total cost of raw material inventories incurred by the Duta Collection business unit was Rp12,797,247,650. Whereas by using the MRP method the total cost incurred was the Lot-for-lot Method of Rp 35,904,531,000 and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method of Rp 5,886,092,567. From the two MRP methods above, it can be seen that the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method has the lowest total inventory cost of Rp 5,886,092,567, - meaning the company can minimize inventory costs by 2.2% of the costs incurred. So as such it is proven that one of these MRP methods can play a role in efficient cost of raw material inventory in the Duta Collection business Unit.
