Abstract

Peningkatan literasi moderasi beragama di kalangan siswa merupakan tantangan penting dalam pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas media literasi moderasi beragama berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) dalam konteks pendidikan SMA. Mengingat peran teknologi dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar, studi ini dirancang untuk mengeksplorasi potensi AR dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang moderasi beragama. Menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental, penelitian ini melibatkan 211 siswa dari SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan, Sumatera Utara, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Durasi intervensi adalah 8 minggu, dengan kriteria inklusi partisipan meliputi siswa yang telah mengikuti pendidikan agama selama minimal satu tahun dan tidak memiliki pengalaman sebelumnya dengan teknologi AR. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner, observasi terstruktur, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman literasi moderasi beragama pada kelompok yang menggunakan media AR (p < 0.001). Analisis regresi berganda mengidentifikasi frekuensi penggunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kualitas konten sebagai faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas media AR. Observasi menunjukkan tingkat engagement yang lebih tinggi pada kelompok eksperimen, termasuk partisipasi aktif dan diskusi antar siswa. Analisis kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa visualisasi konsep abstrak melalui AR membantu siswa memahami prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama dalam konteks kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media AR efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi moderasi beragama dan merekomendasikan integrasi teknologi ini dalam kurikulum pendidikan agama dan kewarganegaraan.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges faced by teachers in implementing contextual learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan with a focus on the Learning Community aspect. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method, this study involved 30 teachers through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal significant challenges, including difficulties in creating collaborative learning environments, time constraints, challenges in designing relevant learning tasks, student ability gaps, and barriers to technology integration. Contextual factors such as students' socio-economic backgrounds and community expectations also play important roles. Despite facing challenges, some teachers successfully developed innovative strategies. This research highlights the complexity of implementing contextual learning and the need for a systemic approach in educational reform, involving transformation in teaching practices, school structures, and culture

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the use of podcast media in distance learning for extracurricular Youth Scientific Groups (KIR) at SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The subject of this study involved 35 KIR member students. Podcast development goes through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the developed podcast received a "Very Good" rating from material experts (score 3.55) and media experts (score 3.65). The student response was also very positive with an average score of 3.75. The implementation of podcast media showed a significant increase in student understanding, as evidenced by the N-Gain Score analysis. Media Podcast proves to be a flexible, accessible, and engaging learning medium for students in the context of distance learning. This research contributes to the development of distance learning methods for extracurricular activities, with podcast media as an effective solution in overcoming learning challenges during the pandemic

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of the Indonesian language in shaping digital character in the Society 5.0 era. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes various approaches in scientific research related to digital character governance. The results show that character education in the digital era faces challenges and opportunities. Digital literacy, technology-based learning, and social media usage have significant impacts on shaping students' characters. The Indonesian language curriculum needs to be updated to include aspects of digital literacy and the ethics of technology usage. Strengthening collaboration between schools, families, and communities is also necessary to build positive digital characters. Recommendations for the development of digital character through the Indonesian language include enhancing the digital literacy of teachers and students, curriculum adjustments, promoting positive social media usage, and strengthening collaboration among stakeholders. Further research can explore innovative teaching methods in technology-based Indonesian language learning and the long-term impacts of digital literacy integration in Indonesian language education on student character development.Keywords: Digital Character, Governance, Indonesian Language, Society 5.0

Abstract

The collective trauma experienced by the community after natural disasters in Indonesia has a profound psychological impact. This research aims to explore the role of religion in the collective trauma recovery process. This study uses a literature study. This method was used to analyze literature related to the function of religion as a source of emotional, spiritual, and social support in dealing with trauma. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that religion has a significant role in post-disaster recovery through three main aspects. First, religion provides meaning and hope through spiritual beliefs, which helps individuals and communities overcome feelings of loss and uncertainty. Second, religious rituals, such as joint prayers and meaning ceremonies, are a means to strengthen community solidarity and create a safe space to express emotions. Third, religious institutions play a role in providing material assistance, spiritual counseling, and mobilizing volunteers to support the physical and mental recovery of victims. The study concludes that religion not only serves as a source of spiritual strength, but also as an effective social tool in reducing the impact of collective trauma

Abstract

Islamic education in the digital era faces challenges as well as significant opportunities in presenting Islamic values to the younger generation. This literature study method aims to analyze the influence of digital technology developments on Islamic education, especially in the aspects of curriculum, learning methods, and media used. Digital literacy is the main skill that educators must have to effectively integrate technology into the learning process. Platforms such as Islamic-based learning apps, e-learning, and social media have become potential tools in conveying religious teachings in an engaging and interactive manner. Threats in the form of access to negative content, lack of information filters, and potential deviations in moral values are also a concern. This research finds the importance of the role of teachers, parents, and educational institutions in ensuring that technology is used wisely to support the strengthening of Islamic character and moral character. Proper use of digital resources, Islamic education can remain relevant and adaptive to the needs of the times without overriding the essence of religious values. This article emphasizes the need for synergy between technology and spiritual approaches in shaping a generation of intelligent, faithful, and noble Muslims.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum has inspired profound changes in the Indonesian education system, emphasizing the importance of adapting to technological advancements. This research aims to explore how the digitalization of Indonesian language learning can be a crucial strategy in forming excellent students in line with the spirit of the Independent Curriculum. The research methodology used is a quantitative survey approach. The main findings indicate that the integration of technology in Indonesian language learning has a positive impact on the accessibility of learning materials, students' language abilities, and character development. These results reinforce the idea that digital learning can be an effective means to enhance the quality of Indonesian language education. Practical implications include the development of relevant digital content, training for educators in integrating technology, and collaboration among various stakeholders. Recommendations for further development include further research on practical barriers, the development of diverse digital content, collaborative efforts in digital infrastructure development, and continuous evaluation of the implementation of digitalization in Indonesian language learning

Abstract

Indonesian language learning in the digital era offers significant potential for enhancing students' character. This research explores digital exploration in the context of Indonesian language learning with a focus on improving student character. Qualitative research methods are used with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA). Findings from this research highlight the importance of digital literacy, the use of conventional and digital media, and integrated language learning management with a 21st-century approach. The research indicates that the integration of digital technology in Indonesian language learning can enhance creativity, self-directed learning, and students' adaptability skills. However, challenges such as critical thinking inability, declining writing skills, and the effectiveness of online learning are also encountered. Recommendations for future research include further studies on the effectiveness of specific digital media, the development of innovative learning models, and the analysis of trends and innovations in the use of digital technology. Suggestions for educational practitioners include digital literacy training, the development of integrated curricula, and collaboration with technology industries to strengthen the implementation of digital technology in Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of sharia banking promotional media innovation based on educational games using Scratch for high school students. Using a quasi-experimental design and one-group pretest-posttest approach, the research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra, involving 45 students from grades X, XI, and XII. Results showed a significant increase of 35.2% in Islamic financial literacy scores from pre-test to post-test. Further analysis revealed a substantial increase in understanding of key Islamic banking concepts such as riba (60.6%), mudharabah (81.6%), musyarakah (86.4%), and ijarah (91.0%). The educational game proved to be effective in narrowing the understanding gap between students, as reflected by the decrease in the standard deviation of post-test scores. Factors contributing to the effectiveness of this media include the suitability of Generation Z characteristics, active learning approach, personalization of learning experience, and the use of gamification elements. This research has important implications for curriculum development, teacher training, collaboration with the Islamic banking industry, and policy development related to Islamic financial literacy at the national level. The findings highlight the potential use of gaming technology in improving Islamic financial literacy among the younger generation, supporting the government's efforts in increasing Islamic financial inclusion as outlined in Indonesia's Sharia Economic Masterplan 2019-2024.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas inovasi media promosi perbankan syariah berbasis game edukasi menggunakan Scratch untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Dengan menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest, penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Sumatera Utara, melibatkan 45 siswa dari kelas X, XI, dan XII. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan sebesar 35,2% dalam skor literasi keuangan syariah dari pre-test ke post-test. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan peningkatan pemahaman yang substansial terhadap konsep-konsep kunci perbankan syariah seperti riba (60,6%), mudharabah (81,6%), musyarakah (86,4%), dan ijarah (91,0%). Game edukasi terbukti efektif dalam mempersempit kesenjangan pemahaman antar siswa, yang tercermin dari penurunan standar deviasi skor post-test. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas media ini meliputi kesesuaian dengan karakteristik Generasi Z, pendekatan pembelajaran aktif, personalisasi pengalaman belajar, dan penggunaan elemen gamifikasi. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk pengembangan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, kolaborasi dengan industri perbankan syariah, dan pengembangan kebijakan terkait literasi keuangan syariah di tingkat nasional. Temuan ini menyoroti potensi penggunaan teknologi game dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan generasi muda, mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan syariah sebagaimana digariskan dalam Masterplan Ekonomi Syariah Indonesia 2019-2024. Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has significantly transformed the education sector, particularly in enhancing the quality of learning at the senior high school level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of AI-based learning media in improving students' conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and classroom engagement. A quantitative research approach with a quasi-experimental design was employed, dividing students into an experimental group using AI-based media and a control group employing conventional learning methods. Data were collected through concept comprehension tests, learning motivation questionnaires, and classroom engagement observations. The findings indicate that students utilizing AI-based learning media exhibited a significant improvement in conceptual understanding compared to the control group. Additionally, AI enhanced learning motivation by offering a more interactive and personalized learning experience. In terms of engagement, students in the experimental group participated more actively and explored learning materials more deeply than those using traditional methods. However, the implementation of AI technology in education still faces several challenges, such as school infrastructure readiness, teachers' digital literacy, and accessibility limitations in certain regions. This study recommends the development of educational policies that support the gradual integration of AI into the school curriculum, accompanied by teacher training programs and infrastructure improvements. Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah menengah atas (SMA) dan sederajat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis AI dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi, motivasi belajar, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experiment), di mana siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan media berbasis AI dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes pemahaman materi, kuesioner motivasi belajar, serta observasi keterlibatan siswa di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang belajar menggunakan media berbasis AI mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, AI mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan personal. Dari segi keterlibatan, siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen lebih aktif dalam berpartisipasi dan mengeksplorasi materi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Meskipun demikian, implementasi teknologi AI dalam pembelajaran masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti kesiapan infrastruktur sekolah, literasi digital guru, serta keterbatasan akses di daerah tertentu. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung integrasi AI dalam kurikulum sekolah secara bertahap, disertai dengan pelatihan bagi tenaga pengajar dan peningkatan fasilitas infrastruktur pendidikan.
