Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan tidak terbatas hanya pada sarana untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik serta pembiasaan pola hidup sehat, namun juga berkontribusi dalam mendukung pertumbuhan karakter dan interaksi sosial peserta didik, khususnya dalam keterampilan bermain futsal. Mengingat adanya perkembangan kurikulum, khususnya kurikulum merdeka yang tekenal pada diferensiasi pembelajaran dan kebutuhan individu siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis dan membandingkan efektivitas dua pendekatan pembelajaran, yakni Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dan Differentiated instruction (DI), dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa SMP dalam keterampilan bermain futsal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest. Kelompok dipilih secara random untuk menerima treatment antara kelompok yang menggunakan pendekatan TaRL dan DI. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan instrumen yang dikenal dengan Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) yang telah tervalidasi untuk menilai performa siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji-t dependen dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25.0, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua pendekatan pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain futsal. Pendekatan DI terbukti lebih signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa secara menyeluruh. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan DI lebih efektif dibandingkan TaRL dalam mendukung peningkatan keterampilan bermain futsal siswa, terutama sejalan dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka yang menitikberatkan pada proses pembelajaran yang adaptif dengan fokus pada peserta didik.

Abstract

The research aims to generate the interactive virtual-based learning media through RME. In addition, the research aims to identify the result level of the interactive learning media. The quality criteria used based on the Nieveen criteria, which are valid, practice and effective. The type of this research is based on Borg & Gall's simply model which suitable with the research needs. The analysis data was the validity of learning media which obtained from material experts and media experts, the practically of media learning which obtained from the students 'assessment, and the effectiveness which obtained from the results of students' learning test. The results shows that the developed multimedia in learning mathematics is valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Quality Education in forming a generation of young leaders through Basic Student Leadership Training (LDKS) implemented in the Asriloka Wonosalam Ecotourism Area. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with a comparative qualitative descriptive approach, this research examines various literatures related to leadership education, ecotourism, and sustainable development. The results show that the integration of the Quality Education concept in ecotourism-based LDKS contributes significantly to building adaptive, innovative and sustainability-oriented leadership characters. LDKS participants gain direct leadership experience through experiential learning, which includes managerial skills, decision making, problem solving, and social and environmental awareness. In addition, the ecotourism area provides a supportive learning environment, where participants can develop conservation-based leadership skills, green entrepreneurship, and community empowerment. The implication of this study confirms that the ecotourism-based LDKS approach can be an effective alternative education model in producing young leaders who are not only smart and competitive, but also have high concern for the environment and society. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the curriculum, increase collaboration between educational institutions, ecotourism managers, and local communities, as well as continuous evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of the program in the long term.

Abstract

The development of digital technology demands innovation in e-module-based teaching materials, but its implementation in Indonesia still faces challenges in developing creative thinking and independent learning. This study aims to: (1) analyze the need for developing a problem-solving-based mathematics e-module, (2) develop an e-module prototype, and (3) test its effectiveness in the Independent Curriculum. A qualitative descriptive method was applied to 32 seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Godean using a creative thinking test instrument and a learning needs questionnaire, with qualitative data analysis. The results showed that 90.63% of students were interested in e-modules even though 53.13% had low creative thinking skills and 68.75% considered mathematics difficult, while also identifying the need for teaching materials that match the characteristics of the curriculum. The conclusion of the study indicates that problem-solving-based e-modules have the potential to be an innovative solution with recommendations for broader testing for comprehensive validation.

Abstract

The digital revolution has completely changed the way companies approach marketing, especially in industries such as construction that have traditionally relied on conventional methods. Since then, comic strips have been seen as an effective medium to build brand identity and connect with audiences. Their unique combination of visuals and storytelling cuts through the noise of digital content, making complex topics accessible and memorable. This study examines how GoCement, as a progressive construction platform, has integrated comic strips into its digital marketing strategy. Using Robin Landa's structured design approach, a five-stage process (orientation, analysis, conception, design and implementation) was used to create a comic strip that aligns with GoCement's brand values. The goal of the project was to increase engagement, with audiences not only interacting more frequently but also retaining brand messages for longer. Insights from this project show how a comic titled “Project Molor” can remind and educate readers how to use the GoCement app to avoid mistakes. This approach offers a way to balance education, promotion and entertainment, creating specialized content that appeals to both experts and newcomers. This strategy highlights the growing importance of creative visual storytelling in B2B marketing, where standing out and being remembered is just as important as consumer-facing campaigns.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of selling price and sales volume on the sales of Toko Jaya Aik, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The Toko Jaya Accounting Report 2018-2019 with a 2-month sample was used as a research taxi. Data was collected by means of internet literature research and literature research observations. Multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and T test were used for data analysis in this study. The results showed that the selling price had a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Toko Jaya's bottom line. Sales have a positive and significant impact on Toko Jaya's bottom line, either partially or all at once

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi numerasi merupakan kemampuan untuk menggunakan berbagai macam angka dan simbol yang berhubungan dengan matematika dasar untuk memecahkan persoalan kehidupan sehari-hari, kemampuan untuk menganalisis informasi yang disajikan dalam beragam bentuk grafik, tabel, bagan serta menganalisis hasil informasi dan menarik keputusan. Bahan ajar yang belum meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut perlu digunakan. Sehingga, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan LKPD berbasis Realistic Mathematics Education untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest posstest control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII D (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas VII A (kelas kontrol). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan soal tes kemampuan literasi numerasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD berbasis Realistic Mathematics Education lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa daripada penggunaan LKPD sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan LKPD disajikan dengan informasi-informasi berbentuk angka, data, dan simbol yang berhubungan dengan matematika. Selain itu, dengan pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD siswa dituntut untuk dapat menganalisis berbagai informasi berbentuk grafik, tabel, bagan, dan kemampuan menarik sebuah kesimpulan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD berbasis Realistic Mathematics Education efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This study used a sample of 16 respondents who had worked for approximately three years. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used SPSS, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership style and organizational culture influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which Brand Reputation, Product Quality, and Price influence consumers' Repurchase Intention of Respiro Ridingware products in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied is probability sampling with a simple random sampling method, and the Slovin formula was used to determine the number of respondents, totaling 100 participants. The research findings indicate that Brand Reputation, Product Quality, and Price simultaneously have a significant influence on consumers' Repurchase Intention.Keywords: Brand Reputation, Product Quality, Price and Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Historical valuation of fixed assets often does not reflect the current fair value, so revaluation is one of the accounting policies that can measure this gap. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of fixed asset revaluation on the company's financial statement performance and capital structure, through a case study at PT. Lumbung Pedia Keramik. The variables used include Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Fixed Assets to Net Worth, and Return on Investment (ROI). The analysis method is a normality test followed by a Paired Sample t-Test to compare the ratios before and after the revaluation. The results of the study stated that fixed asset revaluation did not provide a significant difference in the three ratios. The implication of this finding is that although revaluation increases the book value of assets, its direct effect on financial performance and capital structure is not automatically significant. This study suggests that companies carefully consider the costs and benefits of revaluation before its implementation
