Abstract

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT Internasional Kreasi Nusantara di Tangerang. Metode : Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan berjumlah 58 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan data dan menyebar angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil : Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 67,7%. Implikasi : Disiplin dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan maka implikasi penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan cara menciptakan lingkungan kerja yg nyaman serta memberikan motivasi kerja yg mendukung guna meningkatkan semangat kerja dan prestasi kerja karyawan agar produktivitas karyawan meningkat

Abstract

Kesadahan air di dalam tanah dipengaruhi oleh kondisi geologi lokasi air tanah. Kondisi geologi yang banyak mengandung Ca dan Mg akan menyebabkan tingginya kesadahan air yang dapat menyebabkan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesadahan total, kadar kalsium, dan kadar magnesium dalam air sumur beserta pola distribusi spasialnya. Penelitian dilakukan pada 5 sumur di Kelurahan Kota Uneng Kabupaten Sikka pada bulan September 2024. Analisis tingkat kesadahan total, kadar kalsium, dan kadar magnesium dilakukan menggunakan metode kompleksometri. Sedangkan analisis pola distribusi parameter dilakukan dengan menggunakan sofware surfer 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan konsentrasi kesadahan total (675 – 1.212,5 mg/L CaCO3), kadar kalsium (80 – 230 mg/L), dan kadar magnesium (115 – 154,91 mg/L) dalam 5 sumur di Kelurahan Kota Uneng Kabupaten Sikka tidak memenuhi standar baku mutu untuk keperluan higienis dan sanitasi menurut PerMenKes No.32 Tahun 2017 dan standar air minum menurut WHO. Adapun tingkat penyebaran parameter dipengaruhi oleh jenis batuan, kemiringan, dan arah aliran air tanah. Semakin rendah suatu daerah maka semakin tinggi nilai kesadahan total, kadar kalsium dan kadar magnesium.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas pegawai bagian marketing di PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Depok, Jawa Barat secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 36 pegawai bagian marketing yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji t parsial, uji F simultan, dan koefisien determinasi (R Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,642 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,592 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Secara simultan, pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 36,664 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,690 menunjukkan bahwa 69% variasi produktivitas pegawai dijelaskan oleh pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Tangerang Selatan.baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 55 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, auto korelasi, uji Regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t secara parsial dan uji F secara simultan. Hasil penelitian bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,871 > 1,675) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,303 > 1,675) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (43,150 > 3,175) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil nilai R-square bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja bersamasama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 62,4%, sedangkan sisanya 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Village development is an important aspect to promote equitable welfare, empower local communities, and improve governance. This study examines the influence of transformational leadership, work culture, and competence on the performance of Village Fund managers, with work commitment as a mediation variable and government policy as a moderation variable. A quantitative approach with explanatory design is used. The population consists of the managers of the Village Fund, including the village head, secretary, treasurer, and other officials directly involved in the management of the fund. A sample of 360 respondents was selected using stratified cluster sampling to ensure representation across regions and roles. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire based on a validated theoretical construct and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings show that competence, leadership, and work culture significantly affect the work commitment and performance of Village Fund managers. Work commitments are confirmed as significant mediators, while government policies effectively moderate the relationship between commitment and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the work environment in improving employee performance at CV. Tirta Sasmita Pamulang, a company engaged in the production and distribution of mineral water. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews with 7 informants who are employees of CV. Tirta Sasmita Pamulang, and documentation. The results of the study show that the work environment, which includes physical aspects (such as workspace layout and supporting facilities) as well as non-physical aspects (such as employee relations and communication with superiors), has a significant influence on employee performance. A conducive work environment has been proven to enhance work spirit, efficiency, and employee productivity. This study recommends that the company pay greater attention to workplace comfort and improve internal communication in order to achieve optimal work outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on employee loyalty and its impact on employee performance at PT. Serambi Nusantara. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS on 30 respondents, the study found that both financial and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, employee loyalty was found to have a positive impact on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance for companies to balance financial compensation with non-financial aspects—such as recognition, career development, and a supportive work environment—in order to enhance employee loyalty and improve overall performance sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Work Culture, Competence, and Career Development on Employee Performance through Compensation at PT Pelindo Regional 2 North Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative and descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling method, involving 241 respondents. The analytical tool applied in this study is Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: (1) Work culture has a positive effect on compensation with a path coefficient of 0.195; (2) Competence has a positive effect on compensation with a path coefficient of 0.110; (3) Career development has the strongest positive effect on compensation with a path coefficient of 0.532; (4) Work culture has a negative effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of –0.066; (5) Competence has a positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.060; (6) Career development has a negative effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of –0.204; (7) Compensation has a positive and the most dominant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.764; (8) Work culture has a positive indirect effect on employee performance through compensation with a path coefficient of 0.149; (9) Competence has a positive indirect effect on employee performance through compensation with a path coefficient of 0.084; and (10) Career development has the strongest indirect effect on employee performance through compensation with a path coefficient of 0.406. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of PT Pelindo Regional 2 prioritize a fair and performance-based compensation system, as it has been proven to be the most dominant factor in improving employee performance. Furthermore, career development and competence enhancement should be accompanied by proportional rewards and welfare improvements to ensure productive outcomes and encourage optimal employee contributions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pacific Removindo in Jakarta. The research uses a quantitative associative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 76 respondents who are employees of PT. The results showed that partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 23.966 + 0.477 X1, t-value = 2.957 > t-table = 1.996, and a significance of 0.004. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.155 + 0.705 X2, t-value = 5.456 > t-table = 1.996, and a significance of 0.004. Simultaneously, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.329 + 0.266 X1 + 0.571 X2. The F-value is 32.204 > F-table = 3.122 with a significance of 0.000, and the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.469 or 46.9%. This means that 46.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by compensation and work discipline, while the remaining 53.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline also positively and significantly affects employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Pacific Removindo.
