Abstract

This study aims to analyze stunting in children in Tangerang Regency using clustering methods such as k-means, Hierarchical Clustering with Agglomerative Nesting, and Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN). Stunting is a significant health issue affecting child growth due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections. The research revealed that k-means produced the best clustering results with a Silhouette Score of 0.52, indicating its effectiveness in categorizing children based on age, nutritional status, and stunting risk. The k-means method identified three clusters: Cluster 0 (ages 46-55 months, good nutrition, no stunting), Cluster 1 (ages 9-18 months, varied nutritional status, high stunting risk), and Cluster 2 (ages 27-36 months, good nutrition, no stunting). The study suggests preventive actions such as balanced nutrition education, regular health monitoring, complete immunizations, and physical activity, alongside curative measures like nutritional consultations and supplements. The findings provide a framework for targeted preventive and curative interventions, enabling Tangerang Regency's health department to effectively address and reduce stunting rates.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital era has placed Information Technology (IT) as a crucial element in the banking industry. PT. Bank XYZ aims to enhance its IT capabilities to achieve its business objectives and become one of Indonesia's top banks. In line with the regulatory requirements of POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2022, this research focuses on a strategic analysis of PT. Bank XYZ's IT architecture using the Pepprard and Ward methods, combined with Anita Cassidy’s approach. The research analyzes the current conditions of the bank’s IT architecture and external factors, employing PEST and Porter’s Five Forces methods, followed by a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. From this analysis, strategic recommendations are provided to support the bank’s IT goals over a four-year period (2024-2028). The strategic plan consists of 19 key IT programs covering applications, data, and technology, aimed at enhancing customer experience, data quality, and infrastructure resilience. This roadmap will help PT. Bank XYZ improve its IT operations and align its technological advancements with its business objectives, positioning the bank for growth in the competitive banking sector. The research contributes practical insights into developing an IT strategy that complies with regulatory standards and supports long-term corporate goals.

Abstract

Drowsiness detection is crucial in maintaining the safety and alertness of individuals, especially in high-risk situations such as driving or operating heavy machinery. This research aims to develop a drowsiness detection system based on facial images using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with a focus on the AlexNet method and its comparison with ResNet. In this study, facial image data was collected from various conditions of drowsiness and normal conditions. Image preprocessing was performed to standardize the size and ensure consistent image quality. AlexNet and ResNet were implemented and trained using the image dataset to identify distinctive patterns that differentiate drowsy faces from faces in a normal state. The results of the experiments showed that the use of AlexNet and ResNet methods effectively detects drowsiness in facial images with high accuracy. However, there are performance differences between the two methods. ResNet demonstrated superior performance in certain conditions, while AlexNet showed advantages in other cases. This research contributes to the development of facial image-based drowsiness detection technology applicable in various fields, including smart vehicles and security systems. The comparison results between AlexNet and ResNet also provide valuable insights for selecting the most suitable CNN method for drowsiness detection applications based on facial images.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi (TI) di Rumah Sakit Medika Dramaga menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019. Hasil audit menunjukkan bahwa meskipun beberapa aspek tata kelola TI telah mencapai tingkat tertentu, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kondisi saat ini dan harapan yang diinginkan. Pada domain APO12 (Pengelolaan Risiko), tingkat kemampuan mencapai 87% pada level 2 dan 73% pada level 3, namun tidak ada pencapaian pada level 4 dan 5. Sementara itu, pada domain APO13 (Pengelolaan Keamanan Informasi), tingkat kemampuan hanya mencapai 82% pada level 2 tanpa pencapaian pada level yang lebih tinggi. Kesenjangan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan risiko dan keamanan informasi masih memerlukan peningkatan signifikan untuk mencapai standar yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini memberikan beberapa rekomendasi, termasuk evaluasi kebijakan manajemen risiko, implementasi teknologi pendukung, pelatihan SDM, dan pengembangan strategi jangka panjang untuk meningkatkan tata kelola TI. Dengan menerapkan rekomendasi ini, diharapkan Rumah Sakit Medika Dramaga dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan keandalan sistem informasi serta meminimalkan risiko kebocoran data.

Abstract

The development of information technology and cloud computing has enabled organizations to manage large-scale data efficiently. PT XYZ, which is engaged in psychological testing for Driving Licenses (SIM), uses a web-based system with a MySQL database that has implemented master-slave replication. However, as the data volume increases to 4,000-5,000 entries per day, the system experiences performance constraints, especially in the speed of read and write queries. This study aims to optimize the performance of the MySQL database by adjusting the server configuration and specifications to improve system efficiency. The test results show that server specification settings, including processor speed, memory size, and replication configuration, play an important role in improving system performance. By adjusting the master and slave server configurations, the system shows a significant increase in database response time and operational efficiency. This optimization is expected to be a reference in the implementation and management of large-scale databases using MySQL replication.

Abstract

The Mobile JKN application that has begun to be implemented in every hospital is the main factor in the success of hospital services. Quite complete features are presented in one application. The variables measured in this study were occurrence (frequency of occurrence), severity (impact), and detectability (monitoring). The research data was obtained based on the results of direct observation at Bhakti Yudha Hospital. Risk management in the use of Mobile JKN is the main topic in this study. This study aims to assess information security risks using the FMEA method. The FMEA method is an error analysis method that arises from the design process of a design work. The results of this study are in the form of Risk Priority Number (RPN) values based on: severity (S = Severity), occurrence (O = Occurrence), and level of detectability (D = Detectability), and a report on risk management results which contains a list of risk analysis priorities accompanied by root causes of problems and risk control measures.

Abstract

The Indonesia Engineers Association has used Microsoft Dynamics Axapta (AX) enterprise resource planning (ERP) software as its operational support system. However, there are obstacles that are obstacles to completing business processes effectively by users, which have an impact on declining work performance and not achieving company targets. In addition, for the next 3 years, IT solutions are also needed to be able to support business development in the company. The implementation of Enterprise Architecture is expected to be the answer for the Indonesia Engineers Association in the next 3 years, so that the company can be more productive and develop as well as there is alignment between the business strategies owned by the company to optimize the use of information systems and information technology owned by the Indonesia Engineers Association. The basis for choosing using the TOGAF ADM method in designing Enterprise Architecture is that TOGAF ADM has a complete methodology, clear and structured stages, so that the design and specifications become easier and reduce the implementation risks faced by the Indonesia Engineers Association. This research is expected to provide insights for policymakers and enterprise architecture practitioners in selecting and implementing the framework that best suits the context and needs of their organizations. In addition, this study also provides recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of enterprise architecture in the Indonesia Engineers Association.

Abstract

Layanan paylater telah menjadi fenomena signifikan dalam ekosistem keuangan digital Indonesia, menawarkan kemudahan akses pembiayaan konsumen namun sekaligus menimbulkan kekhawatiran terkait dampak multi-dimensinya. Lonjakan outstanding utang paylater yang mencapai Rp30,36 triliun pada 2024 dan tingginya angka impulse buying (6,4%) menunjukkan urgensi analisis komprehensif terhadap layanan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak multi-dimensi layanan paylater terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, perilaku konsumsi, dan risiko sosial di Indonesia, serta mengkaji implikasi regulasi dan literasi keuangan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan temuan dari jurnal akademik, laporan resmi, dan data industri yang diterbitkan pada periode 2019 hingga 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan paylater secara signifikan meningkatkan daya beli konsumen dan mendorong pertumbuhan pesat transaksi e- commerce. Namun, kemudahan yang ditawarkan paylater juga meningkatkan kecenderungan impulse buying dan perilaku konsumtif, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Perubahan perilaku ini, apabila tidak diimbangi dengan literasi keuangan yang memadai, berpotensi menimbulkan utang rumah tangga yang tidak terkendali dan mengancam stabilitas keuangan nasional. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya regulasi yang ketat dan edukasi keuangan yang komprehensif untuk memitigasi risiko tersebut. Penguatan kolaborasi antara regulator, pelaku industri, dan lembaga pendidikan direkomendasikan agar manfaat paylater dapat dioptimalkan sekaligus meminimalisir dampak negatifnya bagi konsumen dan sistem keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan sistem pemantauan detak jantung berbasis Internet ofThings (IoT) menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor ECG AD8232, protokol MQTT, danplatform Node-RED sebagai antarmuka visual. Sistem ini dirancang untuk melakukan akuisisisinyal jantung, mengolah data menjadi nilai Beats Per Minute (BPM), serta menampilkaninformasi secara real-time melalui dashboard berbasis web yang dapat diakses menggunakansmartphone maupun perangkat lain. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dengan tahapananalisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan sinyal EKG dengan latensi rata-rata ±180 ms,sesuai dengan target real-time (<200 ms). Selain itu, sistem berhasil mengklasifikasikan kondisijantung ke dalam kategori normal, tachycardia, bradycardia, atrial flutter, dan arrhythmia, dengantingkat akurasi mencapai 92% berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan data simulasi (dummy)maupun data sensor aktual. Fitur tambahan seperti notifikasi visual dan audio, serta fungsi resetgrafik (Clear Graph) berjalan sesuai rancangan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Validasidengan alat referensi (pulse oximeter) menunjukkan selisih nilai BPM rata-rata ±5 bpm, yangmasih dapat diterima untuk aplikasi non-klinis. Dengan hasil tersebut, sistem ini dapat digunakansebagai solusi monitoring mandiri untuk kesehatan jantung, serta memiliki potensi pengembanganlebih lanjut melalui integrasi penyimpanan data historis, enkripsi komunikasi, maupunimplementasi aplikasi mobile

Abstract

This study aims to simplify business processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a recruitment process and improve the performance of the recruitment business process. In this study, the authors used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The conceptual framework model in this research consists of problems, methods, comparative experiments, and results, so the research procedure also needs to be carried out because it is wrong one crucial process, from the results of the analysis using the Quality Evaluation Factor (QEF) researchers found that there were findings of four quality factors that did not match the target of the employee recruitment process in PT. Indofresh is the business process of receiving application files and screening application files, invitation business processes, business processes of candidates present in the test and psychological test process, and business processes of participants to continue the interview process. Of the four quality factors, researchers identified the causes of discrepancies in the recruitment process in observations and interviews conducted and used them as a basis for improvements to the corresponding kids. Modeling carried out using BPMN is then simulated to get several recommendation results on each quality factor.
