Abstract

This article aims to describe the mentoring program for the implementation of the e-BANGKIT Android-based application for teachers in the Aluh-aluh Teacher Working Group (KKG) in carrying out the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) based on local wisdom. The program was motivated by the limited educational infrastructure in wetland areas, which hampers efficiency in administration and documentation of learning. The applied methods included workshops, intensive training, field assistance, the establishment of digital school driving teams, and periodic evaluations. These stages were designed to enhance teachers’ digital literacy, strengthen competencies in integrating technology, and ensure the program’s sustainability after the mentoring phase. The results show that the use of e-BANGKIT simplifies P5 administration, improves teachers’ skills in managing digital data, and facilitates systematic documentation of local wisdom–based activities. Moreover, the formation of digital school driving teams plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of application utilization. In conclusion, this mentoring program successfully strengthened teachers’ digital literacy, supported the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, and provided a practical solution to overcome educational infrastructure limitations in the Aluh-aluh region.

Abstract

The e-BANGKIT application is a digital innovation developed under the BANGKIT program to enhance efficiency and facilitate the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), based on local wisdom in wetland environments at the elementary school level, through the integration of Android-based technology. This study aims to: (1) develop the e-BANGKIT application as a digital innovation for the P5 program in elementary schools within wetland areas, and (2) evaluate the effectiveness of the e-BANGKIT application in supporting the implementation of P5 in those schools. The research employed the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results show that the product underwent validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and language experts. Product trials were conducted to measure teacher and student responses in three elementary schools. Data were collected using observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. Validation results indicated average scores of 84.6% from subject matter experts, 89.5% from media experts, and 90% from language experts. Teacher questionnaires yielded a score of 82.8%, while a limited trial with fifth-grade students resulted in a score of 94.8%. These findings suggest that the e-BANGKIT application is feasible, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study examines the legality of halal certification for imported food and beverage products in Indonesia based on prevailing positive law and the mandatory procedures that must be followed by producers or importers before distributing their products in Indonesia. Halal certification serves not only as a form of legal protection for Muslim consumers but also as a mandate of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance. Imported products entering Indonesia must undergo a registration process and comply with import regulations, including meeting halal standards. However, in practice, the halal certification process for imported products often encounters challenges, particularly when the country of origin does not have a mutual recognition agreement on halal certification with Indonesia. This research uses a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach, analyzing laws, legal literature, and relevant policies issued by the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH). The findings indicate that legal recognition of halal certificates for imported products in Indonesia requires international cooperation in the field of halal assurance. The case of imported marshmallows containing non-halal ingredients circulating in the market highlights the lack of coordination and weak supervision by BPJPH and the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). This study is analyzed using the theory of legal certainty, which is closely related to consumer protection.

Abstract

Tradition of delegating marriage guardianship (tawkil wali) to Habaib in Pekalongan from the perspective of legal anthropology. This practice arises not from the absence of a legal guardian (wali nasab), but from a sense of religious reverence and the belief that such delegation brings blessings and spiritual legitimacy to the marriage. The study employs a qualitative method with a sociological-empirical approach, drawing on primary data from interviews with local residents who engaged in the practice. Findings reveal that this tradition is deeply embedded in the community's cultural and religious fabric, recognized as a legitimate form of living law. While normative Islamic law requires a nasab guardian or a judge, in this local context, Habaib are seen as respected religious authorities worthy of receiving such delegation. The tradition serves not only legal-religious functions but also reinforces social harmony and cultural continuity, reflecting the pluralistic nature of legal practice in local Islamic communities.
