Abstract

This study aims to analyse the actualisation of inclusive values in religious learning and examine how the values of tasamuh, ta'awun, and justice are applied at SMA Karuna Dipa Palu, which has a diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and religions. The main objective is to assess how these values strengthen inclusive religious education and identify opportunities and challenges in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative field study method with a case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis to understand the application of inclusivism values in religious education at Karuna Dipa High School, with data analysis carried out using the Miles and Huberman techniques which include data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The formal-textual approach in religious learning actualises the values of inclusivity through the opening, core, and closing stages. In the opening stage, teachers from various religions prepare the class and motivate students. In the core stage, the values of openness, tolerance, mutual assistance, and justice are taught through each religion's teachings. In the closing stage, teachers and students summarise necessary materials and give assignments, thus creating solid social solidarity in the school. Karuna Dipa High School faces challenges in developing inclusivism values, such as limited technological resources, visualisation facilities for materials, and limited learning time. In addition, the lack of sustainable religious programs also hinders students' comprehensive understanding of inclusivism. This research implies that inclusivism values in religious education can strengthen social solidarity and inclusivity in diverse schools but requires increased resources, facilities, and sustainable programs for optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy undertaken by the Village Government of Aji Kuning in carrying out physical development. The research method used in the preparation of this thesis is a qualitative descriptive research method and is a field research using data obtained from observation, interviews, documentation and secondary data. The results of the study show that in carrying out physical development the village has several strategies, namely in formulating a vision and mission through a bottom up approach, namely prioritizing community interests, development planning that looks at environmental aspects so that in development it also prioritizes natural disaster management, guarantees apparatus capacity by increasing capacity village apparatus through training and technical guidance, motivating the apparatus so that the competition that occurs can be positive in order to improve the work ethic and establish good communication and coordination with internal and external parties. From the several strategies carried out, it can be seen that the pattern of development strategy used is the pattern of integrated rural development. In the process of implementing development, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are the high participation of the village community in the stages of planning, implementation, up to monitoring the evaluation of the results of physical development and the existence of an attitude of transparency on the part of the Village Government in terms of implementing physical development. The inhibiting factor is the lack of human resources, namely technical experts and also the difficulty in obtaining heavy equipment assistance in supporting the development implementation process.

Abstract

The distribution chain of plantation commodities continues to encounter persistent structural challenges, particularly effecting the bargaining position of farmers, who remain at a disadvantage when negotiating with intermediaries. This issue is notably experienced by cocoa bean farmers in Southeast Sulawesi. In response to this, the present study examines the development and implementation of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based information system utilizing fuzzy logic algorithms to predict and recommend cocoa bean selling prices in real time. The system also visualizes real time market price fluctuations through dynamic graphs. Designed not only to enhance farmers’ acces to timely and accurate market information, the system also aims to improve their bargaining power and contribute to more transaparent and equitable pricing practice. Furthermore, the system serves as decision support tool for local governments by providing reliable, data driven insights for policy formulation. Research used SWOT approach and was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The prediction system achieved an accuracy rate of 92%, determined by comparing product price values calsulated using fuzzy logic algorithms with actual market prices. Price prediction information system is implemented as a mobile application, making it accesible to farmers, buyers and relevant government agencies. This innovation represents a strategic digital intervention to promote price transparency, enhance farmer welfare and support evidence based policymaking in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving employee performance at the Fire and Safety Department of Buton Regency. The background of this research lies in the importance of managing human resources effectively to ensure optimal performance in high-risk public service sectors such as firefighting. The study aims to identify how HRM functions—specifically organizing, preparation, employee development, compensation, and discipline—contribute to enhancing employee effectiveness and organizational productivity. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to collect data from key informants, including department officials and employees. The results reveal that the Fire and Safety Department has implemented HRM strategies effectively through structured workforce planning, continuous training, employee development programs, performance-based compensation, and strict disciplinary systems. These practices have significantly improved employee readiness, motivation, and overall performance in handling emergency situations. The study concludes that strong HRM implementation plays a crucial role in building a competent, disciplined, and responsive workforce capable of achieving organizational goals and ensuring high-quality public service delivery.
