Abstract

This research aims to find out whether leadership style contributes to employee performance. The research population is employees at BPKP East Jakarta. The sample of 48 respondents were employees at the East Jakarta Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). Linear regression results for leadership style (X) of 0.477 indicate that for every 1% increase in leadership style value. The correlation between the leadership style variables has a positive influence while the r value is 0.528 (located in the correlation coefficient interval of 0.40-0.55). The correlation between Employee Performance Variables is not very good. This is indicated by the average value of the total employee performance score (Y) of 32.31, located in the class interval 35.0 – 50.0, which is very bad. The coefficient of determination that leadership style has a contribution of 26.3% to employee performance. The results of statistical tests (t test), obtained a value of tcount> ttable (4.218>2.013) with a significance level of (0.000 <0.05) so it can be concluded that Leadership Style contributes on Employee Performance at the East Jakarta Financial and Development Supervisory Agency

Abstract

The sample of 48 respondents were employees at PT. Three Creation Solutions. Linear regression results for leadership style (X) of 0.477 indicate that for every 1% increase in leadership style value. Abstract

The disciplin and employee performance are a unit in the family of human resources science which certainly affects employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. In this study, work discipline plays an important role in determining the level of performance. The performance of the employee in question can be seen from the work results achieved by employees in terms of quality and quantity in accordance with the employee's duties and responsibilities. Performance is something that can affect the achievement of the company's goals and progress in increasingly fierce competition. In this research, employee work disciplie suggests that performance is one of the elements used in employee assessment which includes discipline to their work, position and organization. This discipline is reflected by the employee's willingness to protect and defend the organization inside and outside of work from being undermined by irresponsible people.

Abstract

Work motivation is the best performance effort given by an employee to achieve maximum standards to the company. Performance appraisal is a management activity to evaluate employee performance behavior and determine subsequent policies. The method used in this research is a survey method, which will collect data from the company by distributing questionnaires or conducting structured interviews as part of the data collection process. This aims to make it easier for respondents to answer than statistical analysis methods. Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique, the influence of performance appraisal  on employee performance can be explained by the following simple linear regression equation: Y = 2.945 + 1.075X. This can be interpreted as follows: if there is no performance appraisal, the value of employee performance is 2.945. If there is a performance appraisal of one unit , the employee's performance will increase by 1.075X. In this study, the author created 20 questionnaire statements for the performance appraisal variable, and the calculated r-value from the questionnaire was greater than the r-table value, so the questionnaire was concluded to be valid, with the highest calculated r-value being from questionnaire no. 3, which had a calculated r-value of 0.498

The motivation and employee discipline are a unit in the family of human resources science which certainly affects employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. The results of the study are, it can be seen that the results of testing the work motivation hypothesis have a significance level of 0.000 and a calculated t value of 5.351 > t table 1.66757. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, so it can be said that motivation (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline because the level of significance of the motivation variable is < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the calculated t value is > t table ( 5.351 > 1.66757) In this research, employee work motivation suggests that discipline is one of the elements used in employee assessment which includes motivation to their work, position and organization. This discipline is reflected by the employee's willingness to protect and defend the organization inside and outside of work from being undermined by irresponsible people.

The results of the study are, it can be seen that the results of testing the work environment hypothesis have a significance level of 0.000 and a calculated t value of 5.351 > t table 1.66757. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, so it can be said that compensation (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty because the level of significance of the compensation variable is < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the calculated t value is > t table ( 5.351 > 1.66757) In this research, employee work loyalty suggests that loyalty is one of the elements used in employee assessment which includes loyalty to their work, position and organization. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pertamina EP Cepu pada Head Office Kuningan Jakarta Selatan. Gaya kepemimpinan memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan arah dan efektivitas suatu organisasi, serta dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 35 karyawan sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik, termasuk regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pertamina EP Cepu. Koefisien regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam gaya kepemimpinan akan berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien korelasi juga mengindikasikan hubungan yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 46% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 54% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti kompensasi, motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja. Uji t juga mengkonfirmasi bahwa pengaruh ini signifikan secara statistik. Kesimpulannya, gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di PT. Pertamina EP Cepu memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu terus memperkuat dan mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang positif, serta memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Saran-saran meliputi pelatihan kepemimpinan, manajemen faktor-faktor lain, umpan balik dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, investasi dalam pengembangan karyawan, komunikasi internal yang efektif, dan pemantauan terus-menerus terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut. Dengan demikian, PT. Pertamina EP Cepu dapat terus meningkatkan kinerja organisasinya dan memastikan pencapaian tujuan bersama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan di RSUD Jatisari Karawang. Topik turnover intention karyawan merupakan hal yang penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, karena kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan dapat berdampak buruk pada efektivitas dan kualitas layanan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 64 karyawan tetap RSUD Jatisari Karawang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, yang menilai efek simultan dan parsial dari kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan untuk pindah kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja telah terbukti memberikan pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama memberikan pengaruh substansial terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen rumah sakit harus meningkatkan kebijakan kompensasi dan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja untuk mengurangi niat pergantian staf. Abstract

The House of Represe  natives of the Republic of Indonesia (House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia) is one of the highest state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system. The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia functions as the people's representative who has the authority to make laws, supervise the implementation of laws, and give approval to the budget proposed by the government. The method used in this study is descriptive. The population in this study is the entire workforce of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia and the research sample is 50 Expert Workers of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires of 10 questions on variable X and 10 questions on variable Y.
