Abstract

This study aims to determine how reward and punishment can affect employeeperformance at Pt. Cakradigdaya Lokaraya. This research with 6 sources in themarkering division is a research written with a qualitative descriptive method thattakes data with observation, interview and observation techniques at Pt. CakradigdayaLokaraya. Cakradigdaya Lokaraya. The results of this study indicate that PtCakradigdaya Lokaraya provides rewards in the form of intenvise every month toemployees who meet project sales targets, year-end vacations for 2 employees andalso promotions, while the punishment given to employees is in the form of late fines,reprimands, sanctions and also the release of positions. While the effect of givingrewards to employees is to motivate employees, provide a sign for an employee if theperformance is superior and also universal in nature so that employees do not feelneglected by the Company. While punishment affects employees by providing adeterrent effect on employees, improving employee discipline, improving performanceresults, evaluating employee performance.

Abstract

The flow of globalization that is getting faster continues to demand an employee to have good performance. Technological advances can shift employees who perform poorly by retiring early or taking a position. Employees are required to have adequate work skills and good work discipline so that their performance is maintained. This study aims to determine effect of work ability and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Sooplai Indonesia (Warung Pintar Mediterania) either partially or simultaneously. This study used quantitative methods with survey methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT Sooplai Indonesia (Smart Distribution Warung), specifically for the Cakung warehouse, namely 94 people. The sample of this study used the slovin formula, namely 48 people. While the data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that work ability and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sooplai Indonesia (Warung Pintar Distribution). Partially, work ability has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sooplai Indonesia (Smart Distribution Warung), while work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The disciplin and employee performance are a unit in the family of human resources science  study, work discipline plays an important role in determining the level of performance. The performance of the employee in question can be seen from the work results achieved by employees in terms of quality and quantity in accordance with the employee's duties and responsibilities. Performance is something that can affect the achievement of the company's goals and progress in increasingly fierce competition. In this research, employee work disciplie suggests that performance is one of the elements used in employee assessment which includes discipline to their work, position and organization. This discipline is reflected by the employee's willingness to protect and defend the organization inside and outside of work from being undermined by irresponsible people

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi, North Jakarta. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method, where data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 60 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, with partial tests (t-tests) as the basis for decision-making. The partial test results show that the occupational safety variable has no significant effect on employee performance, as well as the occupational health and work environment variables which have no significant effect on performance. The significance value of occupational safety is 0.889, occupational health 0.548, and work environment 0.746, all greater than the significance limit of 0.05. Simultaneously, the occupational safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) variables on employee performance (Y) do not have a significant effect. Thus, it can be concluded that partially the work environment, occupational health, and occupational safety do not contribute significantly to improving employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi North Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment on teacher performance at PAUD Puri Amanah Klari Karawang. The research method used a quantitative approach with descriptive-associative design involving 30 teachers as respondents through total sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with statistical software assistance. The results showed that work environment significantly influenced teacher performance with a significance value of 0.623 > 0.05 and regression coefficient of 0.023. The R² value of 0.009 indicates that work environment contributes 0.9% to teacher performance, while 99.1% is influenced by other factors such as motivation, competence, and leadership. Respondent characteristics were dominated by women aged 21-30 years with S1 qualifications and 5-6 years of work experience. This research provides implications for the importance of optimizing work environment as a basic foundation for improving teacher performance in achieving quality early childhood education goals.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of instructors at PT. United Tractors Tbk. Jakarta. Research methods with quantitative methods with data collection by means of a questionnaire. The population is 32 people from the sample of 32 people which means the type of sampling used is saturated sampling. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to instructors of PT. United Tractors Tbk. Jakarta. The analytical technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the transformational leadership of PT. United Tractors Tbk. Jakarta is in the good category. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination that transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance by 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% which is influenced by other variables. The T test shows that the transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak program pembejaran jarak jauh menggunakan Disscrepancy Model, dikembangkan oleh Malcolm Provus. Menekankan pada pandangan adanya kesenjangan dalam pelaksanaan program. Kata discrepancy berarti kesenjangan, model ini menurut Madaus, Sriven & Stufflebeam (1993: 79-99) berangkat dari asumsi bahwa untuk mengetahui kelayakan suatu program, evaluator dapat membandingkan antara apa yang seharusnya diharapkan terjadi (standard) dengan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi (performance). Membandingkan kedua hal tersebut, maka dapat diketahui ada tidaknya kesenjangan (discrepancy), yaitu standar yang ditetapkan dengan kinerja yang sesungguhnya. Model ini dikembangkan oleh Malcolm Provus, bertujuan untuk menganalisis suatu program apakah program tersebut layak diteruskan, ditingkatkan, atau dihentikan. evaluasi pengajaran merupakan suatu komponen dalam sistem pengajaran, sedang sistem pengajaran itu sendiri merupakan implementasi kurikulum, sebagai upaya untuk menciptakan belajar di kelas. Oemar Hamalik (2001: 145) menyatakan, proses evaluasi umumnya berpusat pada siswa. Ini berarti evaluasi dimaksudkan untuk menngamati hasil belajar siswa dan berupaya menentukan bagaimana kesempatan belajar. Dari dua pendapat di atas evaluasi dimaksudkan untuk mengamati suatu proses pengajaran, di dalamnya meliputi peranan guru, strategi pengajaran, materi kurikulum, dan prinsip-prinsip belajar yang diterapkan pada pengajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemahaman Peraturan pajak. Tarif pajak. Kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak yang melakukan usaha dengan system E-commerce di Jawa Barat tahun 2020. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik melalui aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 26. maka peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu Pemahaman peraturan pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak,Tarif pajak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, Kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Secara simultan Pemahaman Peraturan pajak, tarif pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings that arise due to the performance of health services obtained after comparing the patient with what he feels. This research was conducted at the Hermina Bekasi Hospital because at this institution no research had been conducted on the quality of pharmaceutical services on outpatient satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with an associative method to determine the relationship between service quality variables and patient satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using SPSS 21.0, the value of the influence of Service Quality (X) on Patient Satisfaction (Y) can be narrated using the regression formula Y= a+bX, so the regression value resulting from the calculation above is Y = 16,725 + 0.721X. The constant value (a) is = 16,725 while the coefficient value (b) = 0.721. The meaning of this equation is that if there is no quality of service, then patient satisfaction will be worth 16,725 units. However, if there is an increase of one unit/unit of the service quality variable, it will affect the increase in patient satisfaction by 0.721. Based on the calculations obtained, tcount is 13.092 > t table 1.984, it can be concluded that  is rejected and  is accepted because t count is greater than t table. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

Performance evaluation assesses actual work results using the quality and quantity standards each employee produces. Performance appraisal is a management activity to evaluate employee performance behavior and determine subsequent policies. The method used in this research is a survey method, which will collect data from the company by distributing questionnaires or conducting structured interviews as part of the data collection process. This aims to make it easier for respondents to answer than statistical analysis methods. Based on the simple linear regression analysis technique, the influence of performance appraisal (X) on employee performance (Y) can be explained by the following simple linear regression equation: Y = 2.945 + 1.075X. This can be interpreted as follows: if there is no performance appraisal (X0), the value of employee performance is 2.945. If there is a performance appraisal of one unit (X1), the employee's performance will increase by 1.075X. In this study, the author created 20 questionnaire statements for the performance appraisal variable (X), and the calculated r-value from the questionnaire was greater than the r-table value, so the questionnaire was concluded to be valid, with the highest calculated r-value being from questionnaire no. 3, which had a calculated r-value of 0.498
