Abstract

In the world of education, the quality of education is greatly influenced by educators. With efforts to improve the quality of educators, quality education will be achieved. To advance the quality of educational institutions, the Head of Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Darussalam Kroya has a significant role in improving the competency and quality of educators. Therefore, madrasah heads who can manage standards effectively and efficiently are needed to improve the quality of educators. This article provides an overview of how the Head of RA Darussalam Kroya manages educational institutions to create quality educators. The data collected in this research was collected through interviews and observations at the research location, using a descriptive qualitative method approach. The Head of Madrasah RA Darussalam Kroya has a human resource development strategy program that includes pedagogical, personality, professional, and social competence. Activities carried out by school principals include Discussions, further studies, PPG supervision, workshops and training. The Head of Madrasah RA Darussalam Kroya has interpreted appropriate human resource development steps to improve the competence of teachers and education staff. ABSTRAKDalam dunia pendidikan, kualitas pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendidik. Tanpa upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik, kualitas pendidikan tidak akan pernah tercapai. Untuk memajukan kualitas lembaga pendidikan, seorang Kepala Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Darussalam Kroya memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas pendidik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kepala madrasah yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola standar secara efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang cara Kepala RA Darussalam Kroya mengelola institusi pendidikan dengan tujuan menciptakan pendidik yang berkualitas. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi di lokasi penelitian, dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Kepala Madrasah RA Darussalam Kroya memiliki program pengembangan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi professional, dan kompetensi sosial. Kegiatan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah diantaranya; Diskusi, Studi lanjut, Pengawalan PPG, Workshop dan Diklat. Kepala Madrasah RA Darussalam Kroya telah mengintepretasikan langkah-langkah pengembangan SDM yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

As a communication tool, social media has linguistic aspects ranging from letters to discourse, so it is important to be researched from a linguistic scientific point of view to find its meaning. This research aims to identify, elaborate, and analyze digital discourse on Twitter social media related to political elements. This research is based on the multimodal meaning related to communication modes in the form of signs such as writing, images, photos, videos, and other forms that have visual meaning in finding meaning in a communication in twitter posts. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The research data is in the form of posts on Twitter accounts that contain political elements. The data analysis technique in this study goes through the reduction and classification stage based on the use of communication modes in digital political discourse. Data collection techniques are carried out by documenting, listening, and taking notes. The results of the research are in the form of identification and explanation of how multimodal has meaning and meaning in digital political discourse on Twitter social media and the contribution of semiotic fashion in the form of writings, images, photos, videos, and other forms that have visual meaning in digital political discourse on Twitter social media as relevance regarding the views of the interests of discourse producers, digital discourse makers with certain semiotic modes to realize discourse,  and interests aimed at the creation of political digital discourses such as identity politics, politics of struggle, and power politics.
