Abstract

Santri dan santriwati merupakan faktor penentu di suatu wilayah pesantren apakah terjadi penularan virus corona atau tidak. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa antara lain dengan menerapkan perilaku hidupbersih dan sehat seperti selalu menggunakan masker saat tampil, dan menjaga jarak. Santri memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam memutus mata rantai penularan covid-19. Sehingga kemampuan dan pemahaman serta sikap perlu ditingkatkan dalam sikap siswa dan siswa yang ingin melakukan tindakan preventif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap siswa terhadap tindakan 3M. Metode penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil:Berdasarkan beberapa artikel penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan di atas, tergambar bahwa pengetahuan siswa tentang pencegahan covid-19 cukup tinggi, namun mereka belum mampu menerapkan perilaku dansikap yang baik dalam pencegahan covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan tindakan 3M dengan p-value= 0,072 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini jugamenunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara sikap dan tindakan 3M dengan p-value= 0,01. Kesimpulannya adalah pengetahuan siswi tentang pencegahan covid-19 cukup tinggi namun tidak sejalan dengan sikap dan tindakan siswi tersebut, sehingga untuk dapat melakukan pencegahan covid-19 masih kurang dan dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan masih kurang.Kata kunci: Covid-19, pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan 3M, pesantren

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological advances have become a new driver for economic growth, especially in the financial sector, where fintech has been able to become a new instrument to encourage growth in this sector. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence between financial literacy and the increased use of financial technology (fintech) in generation z in the era of society 5.0. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research is primary data where the data is obtained directly from respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed to generation z in Bandar Lampung City. The respondents of this research are generation z in Bandar Lampung City who were born in 1997-2005. Data analysis techniques use software Smart PLS vers 3.. The results of this research are that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the use of financial technology in generation z in the city of Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Cluster analysis is a method used to group data with similar characteristics. There are various clustering methods adapted to different types of data. K-Prototypes is a clustering method that can be applied to mixed numerical and categorical data. The data used in this study are mixed numerical and categorical data derived from the Village Potential data in 2021. The aim of this research is to group villages in West Java based on variables from the Indeks Pembangunan Desa (IPD). Clustering using three clusters adapted to village status according to IPD resulted in 931 villages in cluster-1, 1880 villages in cluster-2, and 2104 villages in cluster-3. The characteristics of cluster-1 villages are villages that have adequate health and education facilities and good infrastructure conditions. Cluster-2 has an average numeric variable lower than cluster-1 but higher than cluster-3.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant effect of the work environment, job market considerations, internship experience, motivation, and financial rewards on student interest in pursuing a career in Islamic banking among post-internship students of the Islamic Banking study program in Semarang City, either simultaneously or partially.The population in this study were post-internship students of the Islamic banking study program in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who coincidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample.The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis models. While the data analysis technique uses the F-statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t-statistical test which is processed using the SPSS 25 program.The results of hypothesis testing and discussion show that the work environment, job market considerations, internship experience, motivation, and financial rewards simultaneously have a significant effect on student interest in pursuing a career in Islamic Banks in post-internship students of the Islamic Banking study program in Semarang City. Partially, work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, consideration of the job market, internship experience, and financial rewards have a positive and insignificant effect on students' interest in a career in Islamic Banks for post-internship students of the Islamic Banking study program in Semarang City.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the equation of the principles of human rights (HAM) in two important historical documents, namely the Medina Charter and the 1945 Constitution (1945 Constitution) Indonesia. The Medina Charter, as the first social contract in Islamic history, and the 1945 Constitution, as the Indonesian constitution, has a big impact in the development and protection of human rights in each context. This study uses a document analysis method to identify and compare the principles of human rights contained in the two documents. It was found that there were a number of equations of human rights principles in the Medina Charter and the 1945 Constitution, even in different contexts. Universal principles such as freedom of religion, the right to life, and right of justice appear to be present in both documents. However, the implementation and interpretation of these principles can vary depending on differences in the context of history, culture, and politics in which these documents are produced. In addition, this research also highlighted the role and development of the concept of human rights from the Medina Charter to the 1945 Constitution. Although there are a number of changes and adjustments, it appears that human rights principles have become an integral part of the legal structure in accommodating community needs. In conclusion, although there are contextual differences between the Medina Charter and the 1945 Constitution, this research identifies the equation of human rights principles that reflect universal human values. Understanding of this equation can provide further insight about the evolution of the concept of human rights in history and how these values ​​remain relevant in the context of modern society.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilatar belakangi oleh situasi dan kondisi Di Sekretriat DPC PERADI Mataram-NTB bersama para Advokat, Advokat Magang dan staf di DPC PERADI Mataram-NTB, advokat berstatus penegak hukum yang mempunyai kedudukan yang sejajar dan setara dengan unsur penegak hukum lainya, yaitu polisi, jaksa dan hakim karena advokat sudah mendapatkan legitimasi formal dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2003 tentang advokat, sehingga advokat berperan penting dalam proses penegakan hukum baik di dalam maupun di luar pengadilan. Dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas profesinya, seharusnya hak-hak advokat yang dimiliki dan dijamin dalam undang-undang advokat, pelaksanaanya harus betul-betul menjadi atensi semua pihak dalam rangka membantu kelancaran tugas advokat sehingga perlindungan hukum yang dilakukan terhadap klien dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sifat penelitiannya bersifat deskriptif-analitik. Sumber data yang digunakan ialah sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan DPC PERADI Mataram-NTB, sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku-buku dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian dan sumber data tersier. Dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang Peranan Advokat Dalam Penegakan Hukum Di Indonesia (Studi Di Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Peradi Mataram-NTB).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of competence, compensation, and motivation on the performance of employees in the financing department (a case study at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Semarang Branch Office, MT. Haryono) either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees of the financing department at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Semarang MT Branch Office. Haryono. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, as many as 35 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used the F Statistical Test, the Coefficient of Determination (R2), and the t-Statistical Test. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of competence, compensation, and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the financing department at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Semarang MT Branch Office. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its influence on employee performance at the Kepiting Soka Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Pangkalan Batu, Langkat Regency. This MSME operates in the soft-shell crab processing sector and faces challenges in maintaining product quality and production efficiency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that TQM implementation remains informal and unstructured. Although work practices such as precision and compliance with instructions reflect basic TQM principles, employee understanding of the concept is limited. Employee involvement in quality evaluation is also minimal, and there is no documented quality management system in place. The main obstacles In applying TQM in this MSME include a lack of training, limited resources, and the absence of clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Therefore, a gradual implementation of TQM is necessary, starting with the development of SOPs, regular training, and strengthening commitment to quality. These steps are expected to improve employee performance and enhance the competitiveness of The product in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Kampung Lalang, a logistics and delivery service company. Optimal employee performance is the result of a combination of internal drive (motivation) and compliance with work regulations (discipline). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are operational employees at JNE Kampung Lalang. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS software. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 1.000 and a significance of 0.000. Conversely, work discipline has a negative but significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of -0.388 and a significance of 0.000. This finding indicates that increasing work motivation can encourage increased employee performance, while negative results from work discipline. This study emphasizes the importance of management in properly understanding the internal factors that influence performance so that the policies implemented do not have a counterproductive impact.

Abstract

Athlete data management is an essential aspect of sports development, particularly for organizations such as the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI). In KONI Pesisir Selatan Regency, athlete data collection has traditionally been conducted manually, leading to various issues such as delays in information processing, data entry errors, and difficulties in archiving. This study aims to design and develop a web-based athlete data management information system to improve efficiency and accuracy in data handling. The development method applied is the Waterfall model, which includes stages of problem identification, data collection, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was implemented using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. Testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method, and the results showed that all system functions operated as intended, including athlete and coach data management, training schedules, and report generation. This system has proven to enhance speed, accuracy, and organization in athlete data management compared to the previously used manual method.
