Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan metode tutor sebaya (Peer Tutoring) sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, siklus I dengan materi jurnal penyesuaian dan siklus II neraca lajur dan laporan keuangan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Keuangan 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya (peer tutoring) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata diklat menyusun laporan keuangan pada siswa kelas XI Keuangan 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pamekasan.

Abstract

The development of reading as one of the basic abilities that a protégé must possess, consists of several stages according to his age and developmental characteristics. This research is based on the low ability of the letters of ibitidaiyah madrassa students. In general, this research aims to improve the ability to recognize children with aspect 1) know and understand the letter 2) know and understand the sound of letters 3) write letters correctly. The specific purpose of this research is to improve the correct spelling through the use of letter cards for 2nd graders MI Ma'arif NU 2 Pancasan as many as 29 students. The step used in this study is by means of playing letter cards. The subject is ibtidaiyah madrassa students. A research procedure is research conducted through cycles of action as Classroom Action Research (CAR). Each step starts from: (1) planning, (2) the implementation of actions, (3) observations, (4) analysis and reflection results. The results prove that the use of letter cards can improve the ability to write the correct spelling for students of madrasah ibtidaiyah. Proven students' learning performance in the average initial condition when compared to the final condition of the child rose by 0.9 or 16.07%. From the results of this study is expected to be used as a consideration material for madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers in teaching the spelling of Bahasa Indonesia, especially in low classes in order to use letter cards as a learning aid.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how effective the implementation of legislation in protecting consumers of Electric Cigarettes reviewed from Law Number 36 Year 2009 on Health and Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. And how the efforts of Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) and Health Office of Samarinda Protect Consumer E-Cigarette (E-Cigarette) This research was conducted in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Provincial Health Office and East Kalimantan Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) Office By conducting interviews related to this research. In addition, the authors also interviewed with some elktronik cigarette seller and also conducted interviews to several Consumers Electronic Cigarettes. Based on the results of the discussion of the author, it can be concluded as follows: the application or effectiveness Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health and Law No. 8 of 1999 About Consumer Protection in practice has not been realized, whereas Electronic Cigarettes can be categorized as Tobacco Products because it has Meet the qualification of addictive substances. Effort of Health Service to protect consumer of Electronic Cigarette until now is only danger warning to use Electronic Cigarette to society by taking result of research sample which have done by State first doing research on Electronic Cigarette and Health Department have not conducted official research related to Electronic Cigarette so that not yet PP 109 Year 2012 as a rule of law that can be applied to Electronic Cigarettes, it takes legal efforts from the government regarding the existence of Electronic Cigarettes in the community, especially about what legal rules that can normatively be a legal umbrella for Electronic Cigarettes, this is to protect consumer rights in Indonesia. Abstract

Rencana mengenai pembangunan jalur kereta api menuju pelabuhan Bakauheni yang diinisisasi oleh Kementerian Perhubungan Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian diharapkan dapat terlaksana sehingga dapat mengurangi pembebanan lalu lintas pada jalan raya.  Dengan adanya rencana pembangunan jalur kereta pelabuhan Bakauheni akan memberikan suatu pemilihan moda baru yang lebih kompetitif kepada masyarakat yang menuju atau dari Pulau Jawa melalui pelabuhan Bakauheni. Dengan latar belakang tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang akan mempengaruhi penumpang yang menuju atau dari Pulau Jawa melalui pelabuhan Bakauheni dengan melihat  Karakteristik penumpang dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penumpang yang menuju/dari Pulau Jawa melalui pelabuhan Bakauheni dalam pemilihan moda transportasi umum. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptis analitis.  Metode ini menggambarkan suatu peristiwa dan selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis terhadap analisis yang timbul. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan kategori responden yang mendominasi pemilihan pelayanan kereta api rencana tersebut adalah responden dengan kategori tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)/Sederajat (33,3 %), jenis pekerjaan Lainnya (23,2 %), jumlah pendapatan per bulan Rp 2,5 juta – 5 juta (24,2%), dan pengeluaran biaya transportasi per bulan Rp 400.000 – 500.000 (21,2 %).  Pengolahan data hasil survei kuisioner terhadap penumpang kapal ferry menunjukkan bahwa pilihan pelayanan kereta api rencana tertinggi yaitu “Pasti Memilih Kereta Api dengan Tarif Rp 15.000 dengan waktu tempuh lebih cepat 0,5 jam” (57 %).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of fermented corn tumpi on the fat tail sheep fattening and sheep production performance which includes the consumption of feed dry matter (DM), daily weight gain, and feed conversion. The study consisted of three treatments, namely, control diet without tumpi corn fermentation (P0), feed containing 30% tumpi fermentation (P1), and feed containing 60% tumpi corn fermentation(P2). Replicates at each treatment consists of three sheep. The method used in this study is completely randomized design (CRD) using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and significantly different results in a further test using the least significant difference test (LSD). The results showed that the use of fermented corn tumpi are not significantly different (P> 0.05) on dry matter intake. But the use of fermented corn tumpi significantly different (P <0.05) on daily weight gain and feed conversion. Average daily weight gain was  the highest in P1 of 140.47 grams / head / day. Keyword : Sheep, fattening, tumpi corn fermentation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of professionalism, competence, independence and accountability on audit quality, both simultaneously and partially on corporate public accounting firms in Semarang. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire in the research area in the city of Semarang. The population in this study were all auditors at public accounting firms in Semarang. The model of analysis in this study uses several regression analysis model techniques and linear analysis used is the F test, t test and R2. The results of proving the hypothesis and discussion show that professionalism partially has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality, Competence partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Audit Quality, Independence partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Audit Quality, Accountability partially has a negative and insignificant effect. on Audit Quality. Furthermore, professionalism , Competence, independence,and accountability simultaneously have a significant effect on Audit Quality.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Golongan darah merupakan informasi yang penting bagi setiap individu, karena menentukan berbagai aspek medis seseorang yang meliputi antara lain keperluan transfusi darah, transplantasi organ dan kehamilan. Keberhasilan dalam berbagai aspek medis tersebut sangat ditentukan oleh kecocokan golongan darah. Hasil survei pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa Anak-anak dan pengelola  Panti Asuhan Katolik Sonaf Maneka Kupang  banyak yang belum mengetahui manfaat mengetahui golongan darah dan belum memiliki informasi tentang golongan darahnya masing-masing. Tujuan: memberikan pengetahuan kepada anak-anak dan pengelola panti Asuhan Sonaf Manek di Kupang tentang pentingnya mengetahui golongan darah dan memberikan informasi tentang golongan darahnya masing-masing. Metode: Penyuluhan dilakukan oleh tim mahasiswa dan dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah dalam skema Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat Desa (PKMD) dengan metode ceramah yang didukung penggunaan media poster. Evaluasi kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan dengan kuesioner, sedangkan pemeriksaan golongan darah sistem ABO (A, B, AB dan O) dan Rhesus dilakukan secara langsung oleh mahasiswa Program Diploma Teknologi Laboratorium Medik. Hasil: Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan dengan media poster meningkatkan pemahaman peserta akan pentingnya pengetahuan tentang golongan darah. Kesimpulan: hasil pemeriksaan golongan darah menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dan pengelola panti asuhan yang bergolongan darah A, B, AB, O berturut-turut 23, 43, 7, dan 27% serta seluruhnya memiliki golongan darah Rhesus Positif (Rh+). Kata kunci: media poster, panti asuhan, pemeriksaan golongan darah, pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat desa _______________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Blood type is important information for every individual, as it determines various aspects of a person's medical such as the need for blood transfusions, organ transplants, and pregnancy. The compatibility of blood types largely determines success in various medical aspects. The preliminary survey results show that many children and tenants at the Sonaf Maneka Catholic Orphanage in Kupang did not know the benefits of knowing their blood type and did not yet have information about their respective blood groups. Objective: to provide knowledge to the children of the Sonaf Maneka Orphanage at Kupang about the importance of knowing their blood type and providing information about their respective blood groups. Method: Counseling was carried out by a team of students and lecturers of Muhammadiyah University in the Village Community Health Development (PKMD) scheme with the lecture method supported by media posters. Evaluation of activities carried out by questionnaires, ABO, and Rhesus system blood group examinations were carried out directly by students of the Diploma Program of Medical Laboratory Technology. Result: Results of the analysis showed that the outreach activities with posters increased participants' understanding of the importance of knowledge about blood groups. Conclusion: the results of the blood group examination showed that orphanage tenants with blood types A, B, AB, and O were 23, 43, 7, and 27% respectively and all were Rh-Positive (Rh+). Abstract

Angkutan umum penumpang rute Rajabasa – Bakauheni yang digunakan saat ini dirasa kurang nyaman. Pola pergerakan orang di ruas jalan di Provinsi Lampung pun tidak berimbang dengan pertumbuhan penanganan jalannya. Rencana pembangunan kereta api menuju pelabuhan Bakauheni akan mengurangi pembebanan pada jalan raya dan memberikan pemilihan moda baru kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna kendaraan dalam pemilihan moda transportasi kereta api rencana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan membagikan kuisiner kepada penumpang kapal ferry yang melakukan perjalanan dari/ke Pelabuhan Bakauheni – Merak dengan cara pengambilan sampel data menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji Chi-square dan Cramer’s V menunjukkan bahwa faktor karakteristik penumpang yang memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dalam memilih moda kereta api rencana yaitu tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan, jumlah pendapatan per bulan dan jumlah biaya transportasi.

Abstract

The shift in preaching media in line with the development of information and communication technology demands media activists understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of preaching in the current digital era. Based on this, this study focuses on analyzing the situation of millennial preacher Habib Ja’far al-Hadar on the social media platform YouTube. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach with a digital ethnography approach. The research findings indicate that his strengths include being a Habib, having competent knowledge (credible scholarly certification), having good morals, being polite and humble, and, most importantly, being tech-savvy in the current digital era. His weaknesses include being relatively young, so his “wisdom” may still be considered lacking and not fully representing the Islamic sect he follows. Opportunities for his preaching include the many young people who need an “enjoyable” preaching style, the dominance of new media among millennials who are seeking their identity and God, and the scarcity of preachers who can bring the “mosque” to young people who find it challenging to step into the “mosque.” Finally, the threats to his preaching include the possibility of a negative image due to his association with “lost youths” with careless, liberal, or even atheist attitudes and unorthodox thinking.

Abstract

The case in Sumberpoh Village, Maron Sub-district, Probolinggo Regency, there was a siri marriage between a widow and a widower. The researcher has conducted a pre-survey in Sumberpoh by interviewing Mrs. Tun as a relative who was present at the marriage contract between Mrs. S and Mr. I. Where the marriage between Mrs. S and Mr. I who acts as a marriage guardian is not included in the order of guardians in accordance with what is listed in KHI, but the one who acts as a marriage guardian is the son of Mrs. S with the initials F, because indeed Mrs. S is a widow with 1 child. The author uses the type of field research. This research was conducted in Sumberpoh Village, Maron District, Probolinggo. The majority of scholars are of the opinion that women cannot marry themselves or marry others. Shafi'i, Maliki, and Hambali are of the opinion that if a woman who has reached puberty and has the right to marry herself is still a girl, then it is the guardian who has the right to marry her. But if she is a widow, then the right lies with both of them. So for the status of a widow she has more rights over herself, meaning that a widow when getting married is allowed without a guardian.
