Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis TPACK ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru khususnya terkait pembuatan instrument pembelajaran bebasis media digital. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diperuntukkan bagi guru guru SD Gugus 02 di Kecamatan Jonggat Pelaksanaan kegiatan telah diadakan di SDN No 1 Puyung dan disajikan dalam pendekatan workshop melalui ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab. Penyajian tersebut meliputi : Prinsip Prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka dan TPACK, Model Model Pembelajaran yang Mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka, Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran, Pembuatan TPACK dengan Canva, Simulasi Pembuatan Media, Video dan Asesment Pembelajaran. Motivasi dan antusiasme yang begitu tinggi dari peserta terlihat saat pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, disamping respon peserta yang begitu positif dengan tingkat antusiasme sebesar 90% terlihat saat pelakasanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Tingkat kepuasan guru yang sangat tinggi dengan adanya kegiatan ini tentunya memberikan hasil yang sangat baik disamping adanya harapan yang sangat besar dari para guru akan diadakannya kegiatan lanjutan.

Abstract

Elementary school students possess diverse talents and interests, one of which includes an aptitude and enthusiasm for mathematics. These students require appropriate activity to nurture and develop their potential. Mathematics competitions serve as an effective platform to channel students' interest in the subject. This community service program was conducted with the objective of providing academic support to students at SDN 7 Mataram in preparing for mathematics competitions. The program was implemented from February to March 2025, comprising a total of 16 sessions. The method of implementation involved intensive mentoring through the administration of non-routine Olympiad-level mathematical problems. The outcomes of the program indicate that students became increasingly adept at tackling non-routine problems. This was evidenced by a marked improvement in their performance over the evaluation test on the mentoring sessions. It is anticipated that this initiative will contribute positively to the development of students’ mathematical interests and also their readiness in competing in mathematics competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kesalahan penalaran dalam menyelesaikan masalah pola bilangan. Analisis kesalahan dilakukan berdasarkan prosedur penalaran matematis ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Tahapan penalaran matematis dalam penelitian ini meliputi mengidentifikasi sebuah pola, membuat dugaan, memberikan bukti, dan memberikan argumen tanpa bukti. Subjek penelitian kelas VIII A dan VIII B SMPN 1 Pringgasela tahun ajaran 2024/2025 dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Untuk memperdalam hasil penelitian dipilih 3 siswa untuk setiap jenis kelamin. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen tes pola bilangan dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase kesalahan penalaran matematis yaitu: (i) siswa perempuan tahap mengidentifikasi sebuah pola 50%, membuat dugaan 33%, memberikan bukti 17%, dan memberikan argumen tanpa bukti 22%; (ii) siswa laki-laki tahap mengidentifikasi sebuah pola 22%, membuat dugaan 100%, memberikan bukti 67%, dan memberikan argumen tanpa bukti 56%; (iii) penyebab kesalahan siswa perempuan kurang teliti memahami soal dan kurang terbiasa dalam menyimpulkan hasil akhir; (iv) penyebab kesalahan siswa laki-laki karena kurang memahami materi pola bilangan, kurang teliti dalam perhitungan, kurang teliti memahami soal dan tidak terbiasa dalam menyimpulkan hasil akhir. Kata Kunci: Analisis Kesalahan; Penalaran Matematis; Pola Bilangan; Jenis Kelamin.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the ability to memorize the Qur'an and the mathematics learning outcomes of 11th-grade students at MA Putri Al-Aziziyah in the 2023/2024 academic year. Memorizing the Qur'an requires a high level of concentration, which also plays a role in enhancing brain performance. When brain cells are utilized positively and actively, brain performance improves, making students who are accustomed to memorizing the Qur'an tend to have better cognitive function. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach, involving 63 samples from a total of 170 students. Data was collected through oral tests and interviews and analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation. The results indicate that both mathematics learning outcomes and the ability to memorize the Qur'an are very good. The data shows that 57.14% of students have memorized 1-10 juz, 14.28% have memorized 11-20 juz, and 28.58% have memorized 21-30 juz. Based on the data analysis, a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05 was obtained, indicating a positive relationship between the ability to memorize the Qur'an and mathematics learning outcomes, with a correlation value of 0.257, signifying a weak relationship between the two variables.

Abstract

English for Mathematics (EFM) is one of the important courses to prepare the prospective mathematics teacher in teaching mathematics using English as language of instruction. Besides that, EFM also enable the students in mathematics education department to employ more references as learning sources. Reflected to the important of students’ ability in EFM, we plan to develop the textbook related to the course. The whole study will use the method of Research & Development with three steps of Preliminary Research, Prototyping Stage dan Assessment Phase. The present study was focused on the first stage to analysis the needs of the textbook development. The subjects were 27 students of second year mathematics education study program in a state university in Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. The subjects were experienced the course of EFM in previous year. The data were gathered from students’ written work and interview with students and lecturers of EFM. We analyzed the data using quantitative descriptive method to evaluate the students’ mastery in EFM. From the analysis, it was found that the students’ score were lacking in mathematical terms and spoken language of mathematical symbols. The interview with the lecturers also confirmed that the learning sources in EFM is still limited. Therefore, to support the students in learning EFM better, the textbook is highly needed.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local culture-based problem-posing test on linear programming material for eleventh-grade high school students and determine the content validity of the developed test based on expert judgment. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Four-D (4D) model. The developed test was designed to measure students’ abilities in three types of problem-posing activities: pre-solution posing, within-solution posing, and post-solution posing, by integrating local cultural contexts such as economic and agricultural activities around the Sembalun area of Mount Rinjani. The validation was conducted by two mathematics education experts and one local culture expert. The results showed that the developed test achieved a high level of content validity with an average score of 3.75, categorized as very valid. Therefore, the local culture-based problem-posing test developed in this study is considered feasible and valid to be used in assessing students’ abilities to formulate, develop, and solve contextual mathematical problems.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang masih didominasi model pembelajaran langsung membuat kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa tergolong rendah. Untuk mengatasinya, diterapkan model Creative Problem Solving (CPS) berbantuan aplikasi Photomath agar siswa lebih aktif, sistematis, dan percaya diri dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh model CPS berbantuan Photomath terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas X SMAN 4 Mataram tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experimental tipe Posttest Only Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, di mana kelas X-1 (30 siswa) sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-4 (30 siswa) sebagai kelas kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui Posttest kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV). Hasil uji-t menunjukkan , sehingga diterima. Artinya, terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas ekperimen dan kontrol. Uji Effect Size menghasilkan nilai kategori sangat kuat. Dengan demikian, penerapan model CPS berbantuan Photomath berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.
