Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of work ethics and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the offices in Kampar district, the offices in Kampar district totaled 21 offices. The population in this study was the entire number of civil servants in Kampar district, amounting to 969 people, while the sample was random sampling, the sample was taken 10% of the population, so the sample in this study was 97 people. Analysis of the data used in this study is to test the quality of the data consisting of validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption testing using normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, while for hypothesis testing using multiple regression test. Data processing in this study using SPSS version 20.0. The results of data processing on the hypothesis indicate that work ethics has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. While the second hypothesis, the results of data processing indicate that compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted. The results of R2 show that the contribution of work ethics and compensation on employee performance is 41.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) pada Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitaif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner/angket dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui analisis regresi linier berganda yang diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,720, yang dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak adalah 72%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini, seperti kualitas pelayanan, tingkat penghasilan dan persepsi wajib pajak terhadap sanksi. Hasil uji t statistik juga menghasilkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari of significant yaitu 0,000 <0,05. Besarnya nilai koefisien regresi X1 0,029 dan X2 0,860 dengan bilangan kostanta 9,988. Persamaan garis regresinya adalah Y=9,988+0,029 X1+0,860X2. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan dan kesadaran wajib pajak maka semakin tinggi kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan objek penelitian karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Internal Audit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian 42 responden. Penelitian menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, selanjutnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran pada penelitian ini sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinannya dengan memperbaiki aspek-aspek yang dirasa kurang diterapkan kepada bawahan. Selain itu, agar tetap mengawasi tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan khususnya pada jam kerja dan agar lebih meningkatkan lagi pemberian motivasi terhadap karyawannya.

Abstract

This article aims to present an in-depth analysis of the phenomena, problems, and shortcomings in implementing talent management, especially in the context of assessment and psychological test functions. This effort is aimed at increasing understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by organizations in maximizing optimal utilization of talent. This article uses a quantitative approach, which looks for the relationship between existing variables from problems between independent and dependent variables. The population of this study is several leaders in various Umrah and Hajj Travel companies in Depok and Bekasi, with maximum questionnaire distribution and collected answers that returned as many as 35 respondents. Then this data will be processed. Data analysis after getting questionnaire answers returned with data analysis techniques using SPSS 24, by looking for influences between independent and dependent variables. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that both Assessment and Psychological tests have a significant influence on Talent Management. This shows the importance of using holistic assessment methods in managing talent within an organization. Careful assessment of employees not only helps in identifying existing talent but also allows organizations to develop more effective talent management strategies. It is recommended from the results of this article that organizations be advised to involve different types of assessments, including assessments and psychological tests, in their talent management processes. Thus, they can gain a more holistic understanding of employees and maximize the potential of existing talent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Yayasan pengembangan potensi sumber daya pertahanan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yayasan pengembangan potensi sumber daya pertahanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel nya menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 86 orang. sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan interview, metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v.3.0. dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling). Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Qualitative research concept articles: phenomenology, grounded theory, ethnography, case studies, and narratives are scientific literature articles within the scope of research methodology. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of research methodology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sinta. The results of this article are: 1) Phenomenology plays a related role to the concept of qualitative research; 2) Grounded theory is related to the concept of qualitative research; 3) Ethnography is related to the concept of qualitative research; 4) Case studies relate to the concept of qualitative research; and 5) Narrative relates to the concept of qualitative research.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Bojongkulur mempunyai potensi menjadi tujuan wisata populer, namun upaya pemasaran dan promosi tetap harus dilakukan. Guna meningkatkan daya tarik dan eksposur Desa Wisata Bojongkulur, diadakan sesi pelatihan cara membangun website WordPress dasar. Dengan bantuan pelatihan ini, masyarakat lokal akan mampu membuat dan mengelola website dasar yang dapat digunakan untuk mengiklankan kegiatan, layanan, dan lokasi wisata Desa Wisata Bojongkulur. Tujuannya, dengan terselesaikannya program ini, masyarakat setempat akan lebih siap untuk secara mandiri mempromosikan potensi wisata Desa Wisata Bojongkulur secara online, sehingga akan mendongkrak jumlah pengunjung dan mendongkrak perekonomian daerah.

Abstract

This community service initiative aimed to strengthen the digital marketing capabilities of local culinary MSMEs in Jatimekar, Bekasi, by providing hands-on training on the use of Instagram and TikTok for promotional purposes. Conducted on June 15, 2025, the program involved 25 participants from small-scale food and beverage enterprises. The training covered digital promotion strategies, content creation using tools like Canva and CapCut, and techniques for enhancing brand awareness through storytelling and visual media. Implemented through interactive sessions and direct mentoring, the program resulted in increased participant understanding of digital marketing and improved confidence in creating promotional content. Post-training evaluations showed that over 80% of participants successfully produced and shared content on social media platforms. The initiative demonstrated the effectiveness of structured and participatory digital literacy programs in supporting sustainable business growth and expanding market reach for MSMEs in the digital economy.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital capacity of women-led social communities in Kranggan, Bekasi, through content management training and storytelling techniques. In the digital era, the ability to create and manage content is essential for maintaining visibility and increasing engagement in online spaces. Conducted on May 25, 2025, the program involved 30 female participants from local social organizations. The training focused on developing compelling content, impactful narratives, and utilizing platforms like Instagram and TikTok to support community initiatives. The results indicate improved participant understanding of digital content and storytelling concepts, as well as greater confidence in using social media positively and productively. This program contributes significantly to digital-based community empowerment and opens up creative opportunities for women to be actively involved in public discourse through online platforms.
