Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar profitabilitas yang mendorong tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur pada tahun 2018-2022. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan tinjauan literatur secara sistematis dan tiga tahap: perencanaan, implementasi, dan pelaporan. Hasil dari pendekatan pencarian termasuk 480 artikel relevan dari database Google Scholar, yang kemudian diolah untuk menunjukkan bahwa hanya 20 jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria makalah jurnal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 dan 2022. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang substansial sebagai penentu tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dengan semakin tingginya tingkat tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan diklaim oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Online Shopping Experience, and Price Fairness on Consumer Loyalty, with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable, among users of Skintific skincare products in Padang City. The growing trend of skincare product usage and the increasing frequency of transactions through e-commerce highlights the importance of understanding the factors influencing consumer loyalty, particularly within the context of intense competition in the beauty industry. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method and purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 160 respondents who were active users of Skintific products, aged 18–35 years, and residing in Padang City. Data processing and analysis were conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) statistical tool with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that both Product Quality and Online Shopping Experience have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, either directly or through the mediation of Customer Satisfaction. However, Price Fairness was found to have no significant influence on Consumer Loyalty, either directly or indirectly through Customer Satisfaction. Overall, Customer Satisfaction was proven to be a significant mediating variable that strengthens the influence of the independent variables on consumer loyalty. The implications of this study suggest that Skintific should focus on improving product quality and online shopping experiences, as well as considering fair price perceptions, to maintain and enhance consumer loyalty in an increasingly competitive skincare market

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of scarcity on flash sales on impulse buying and shopping enjoyment, with attitude toward flash sales as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on 130 Shopee customers in Padang City who had previously participated in flash sale programs. Data collection was carried out through a survey by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the hypothesis testing stages, it was found that attitude toward flash sales and scarcity on flash sales did not have a significant effect on impulse buying. Furthermore, in the direct effect testing stage, scarcity on flash sale was found to have a positive and significant effect on attitude toward flash sale and shopping enjoyment. The hypothesis testing results also show that shopping enjoyment has a positive effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, in the indirect effect testing, shopping enjoyment was found to mediate the relationship between scarcity on flash sales and impulse buying.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian daerah, namun keterbatasan literasi keuangan dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan X Koto, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, sebagai respon terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha lokal. Tujuan program adalah memperkuat pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pencatatan keuangan yang lebih sistematis sekaligus membekali mereka dengan keterampilan pemasaran digital. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan terpadu, diskusi partisipatif, serta praktik langsung menggunakan aplikasi SIApik untuk pembukuan dan aplikasi Lynk.co untuk pemasaran produk. Sebanyak 25 pelaku UMKM terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil awal menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya pemisahan keuangan rumah tangga dengan keuangan usaha, serta mulai tumbuhnya keterampilan menggunakan media digital dalam memasarkan produk. Kegiatan ini memberikan rekomendasi agar pendampingan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, mengingat sebagian peserta masih menghadapi keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan adaptasi teknologi.

Abstract

This research aims to theoretically understand the concept of service leadership and explore its impact on individual and team performance in the workplace. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The SLR approach applied in this research is as follows: the first stage is to collect literature, then analyze it, and finally conduct a content analysis where the SLR findings are discussed and conclusions are drawn. The findings explain that servant leadership is closely related to leadership ethics, perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, creativity, work engagement, and intrapreneurial ability. Leaders who practice servant leadership tend to create work environments that are inclusive and values-based and encourage individuals' personal and professional growth. Servant leadership can be considered a powerful and relevant approach to building an ethical, innovative, and high-performing organizational culture.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review and bibliometric approach to explore emerging trends around resilient leaders. This research method utilizes a systematic literature review (SLR) with a bibliometric approach using the keyword resilient leaders, totaling 46 manuscripts that will be reviewed further. The results can be explained by the fact that resilient leaders are confident in their ability to overcome challenges and lead effectively in complex situations. Resilient leaders are authentic leaders who emphasize honesty, integrity, and transparency as critical characteristics of strong leaders. The role of resilient leaders in digitalization highlights the ability of resilient leaders to lead organizations through digital transformation, ensuring that organizations remain resilient and adaptive in the ever-changing digital age.
