Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki strategi manajemen perubahan yang efektif dengan mengambil pembelajaran dari keberhasilan transformasi organisasi. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi literatur, dan penelitian perpustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai strategi yang digunakan dalam manajemen perubahan untuk memperoleh wawasan tentang faktor-faktor kunci yang menyebabkan keberhasilan transformasi organisasi. Dari hasil penelitian, terungkap bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi manajemen perubahan yang efektif, antara lain membangun komunikasi dan komitmen yang kuat dari pimpinan dan karyawan, melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari semua stakeholder, menyediakan pelatihan dan dukungan yang memadai, serta mengimplementasikan perubahan secara bertahap dan terukur. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan yang visioner dan adaptif dalam mengelola perubahan serta kesiapan organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan yang cepat dan kompleks. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi penting bagi praktisi manajemen untuk merancang dan melaksanakan strategi manajemen perubahan yang efektif dalam konteks transformasi organisasi.

Abstract

Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta community service activities in collaboration with Pulau Seribu Village, Pulau Harapan.  Along with the widespread use of the internet in today's life, every business needs digital marketing. The presence of TikTok adds to the list of social media that have the potential to help promote and develop businesses in Indonesia. Apart from that, using Tiktok social media is not only about posting product photos but also how to package the product content to make it attractive and have bargaining value. The problem that industry players often experience in using Tiktok social media is creating interesting and easy content. In implementing this assistance, the implementation was carried out using the discussion method to map the problems faced by MSMEs in using Tiktok social media. This discussion was used to map the extent of problems in creating TikTok content and using Canva as well as by providing training and mentoring. The activity assistance was attended by around 25 participants from representatives of MSME actors on Harapan Island, Kep Seribu, Jakarta. The final result of this activity is that participants have an overview of using Canva and Tiktok. This activity is also expected to increase partner empowerment, namely the creation of MSMEs that have good knowledge and skills in optimizing digital marketing, especially Canva and Tiktok, in increasing sales. The methods used in this activity are lectures, training and discussions. Overall, the Digital Marketing training activities for UMKM Pulau Harapan, Kep Seribu Jakarta with the theme Canva and Tiktok Optimization went well. It is also hoped that this training can support and help MSME players to improve their ability to use and utilize Digital Marketing Tiktok and Canva to the fullest

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect in supporting productivity and work sustainability, especially in the agriculture and livestock sectors, which carry a high risk of work-related accidents and occupational diseases. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and awareness of workers in the agriculture and livestock sectors regarding the importance of applying OSH principles in their daily activities. The activity was carried out on June 13 and 14, 2025, in the 3rd-grade classroom of Palayangan State elementary school, Warnasari Village, Pangalengan Sub-district, Bandung Regency, with a total of 25 participants consisting of vegetable farmers and livestock breeders. The methods used in this training included interactive lectures, group discussions, simulations on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of basic OSH concepts and their motivation to apply them in their respective businesses. This activity is expected to be an initial step in creating a safer and healthier work culture within the village community.

Abstract

Background: Kekerasan seksual merupakan  perbuatan yang merendahkan, menghina, melecehkan, serta/ ataupun menyerang badan, serta/ ataupun fungsi reproduksi seorang, sebab ketimpangan kedekatan kuasa serta/ ataupun gender, yang berdampak ataupun bisa berdampak penderitaan psikis serta/ ataupun raga tercantum yang mengusik kesehatan reproduksi seorang serta hilang peluang melakukan pembelajaran dengan nyaman serta maksimal. Terdapat beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah tindakan kekerasan seksual pada perempuan, diantaranya jangan percaya penuh kepada orang lain yang bukan teman dekat, menghindari obrolan-obrolan yang berbau pornografi, dan jika diperlukan telah memiliki alat pelindung diri, seperti alat setrum dan semprotan cabe. Selain itu, hal-hal yang dapat kaum perempuan atau korban lakukan untuk meningkatkan upaya kewaspadaan dan akuntabilitas dengan menciptakan suasana. Metode: Menyelenggarakan seminar sehari kepada mahasiswa tentang prinsip utama dari penanganan kekerasan seksual adalah mengutamakan kepentingan terbaik bagi korban. Pencegahan kekerasan seksual dapat dilakukan dengan pembelajaran atau edukasi, penguatan tata kelola, dan penguatan budaya komunitas. Sasaran pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual harusnya menyeluruh, mulai dari mahasiswa, dosen, tenaga kependidikan (pustakawan, tenaga administrasi, dan lain-lain), warga kampus, bahkan masyarakat umum. Hasil: terdapat bentuk-bentuk pelecehan seksual dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga, Pelecehan seksual berdasarkan perlakuan, Pelecehan seksual berdasarkan batasannya, Pelecehan seksual berdasarkan pelakunya.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to explore how talent management and cyberloafing behavior affect employee performance, with job satisfaction acting as a mediating factor. The study focuses on the increasing occurrence of cyberloafing in digital workplaces and highlights the significance of talent management strategies in improving employee productivity. A quantitative method utilizing structural equation modeling-partial least squares was used to examine the connections between talent management, cyberloafing behavior, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The study sample included permanent employees from LP3I College in the West Java region, chosen through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that talent management has a significant effect on both job satisfaction and employee performance. Conversely, cyberloafing behavior negatively impacts performance but does so indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was identified as a significant mediator, strengthening the relationship between talent management and performance while mitigating the significant impact of cyberloafing. The study concludes that organizations should prioritize enhancing talent management practices and creating a work environment that fosters job satisfaction. These measures can help minimize the negative impact of cyberloafing and encourage overall improvements in employee performance.

Abstract

Pengembangan wisata Air Panas di Desa Karyamekar, Kabupaten Garut, menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya literasi digital mitra (UMKM dan kelompok tani) serta belum adanya identitas branding destinasi yang kuat dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan (SDGs). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam melakukan promosi pariwisata digital menuju pengembangan pariwisata Air Panas yang berkelanjutan dan selaras dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14–15 November 2025 di aula Kantor Desa Karyamekar dan diikuti oleh 22 peserta. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan teknis, dan praktik langsung pembuatan konten digital untuk promosi pariwisata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta secara signifikan, di mana evaluasi post-test mencatat lebih dari 80% peserta telah memaham terhadap strategi promosi digital, pengelolaan media sosial, serta konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan. Peserta juga mampu menghasilkan konten promosi pariwisata berbasis foto, video, dan narasi yang mempromosikan potensi wisata Air Panas Karyamekar untuk mendukung pariwisata Desa Karyamekar yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for retail micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) amid intensifying digital market competition; however, many MSMEs adopt digital technologies without strengthening structured governance and administrative systems, resulting in fragmented and unsustainable digital initiatives. This study aims to examine the roles of Digital Governance Effectiveness and Agile Administration in shaping Omnichannel Excellence and to analyze their impact on MSME performance and competitiveness. A quantitative confirmatory research design was employed, involving 120 retail MSME owners and managers who have adopted at least one digital channel, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Digital Governance Effectiveness significantly enhances Omnichannel Excellence, Agile Administration improves organizational responsiveness and adaptability, and Omnichannel Excellence positively influences MSME performance and competitive advantage. These findings imply that successful digital transformation in retail MSMEs depends not only on technological adoption but also on structured digital governance mechanisms and agile administrative capabilities to ensure sustainable performance. This study contributes to the development of a governance-based digital transformation framework and provides practical insights for MSMEs in designing integrated and sustainable digital strategies.
