Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of production cost variables and promotional costs on the net profit of Teh Tarik Armanda MSMEs. The sampling strategy for this research combines a quantitative approach with descriptive verification techniques using purposive sampling techniques. For the 24 month period between 2022 and 2023, data on production costs, promotional costs and net profit are used in this research. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the data, accompanied by simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, Teh Tarik Armanda's net profit is significantly influenced by the production cost variable of 0.000<0.05, but not significantly by the promotion cost variable of 0.092>0.05. In addition, Teh Tarik Armanda was simultaneously significantly impacted by both production costs and promotion costs (0.000<0.005).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to strengthen the relationship between production and sales costs and profits at the "ade sewing" MSME convection. One of the businesses that provides clothing production services is the "ade sewing" convection which is located in Anggadita village, Kec. Explain. Hypothesis testing The t test, F, and coefficient of determination (R2) coefficient of determination (R2), t test, and F test are three multiple linear regression analysis instruments used in the quantitative descriptive method of this research. This research focuses on MSMEs that use "ade sewing" convection. The results of the research show that in convective "sewing" MSMEs, production costs have a significant effect on income as indicated by a t test value of 3.257 > t 1.997 and a significance level of 0.004 < 0.005. At the significance threshold of 0.001 < 0.005, sales costs have quite a large influence on profits, this is indicated by the t test findings of 4.054 > 1.977 t. With a determined f value of 34.826 > 3.13 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005, production and sales costs have a fairly large influence on profitability.

Abstract

Cooperatives, as business entities, are always encouraged to play an active role in providing credit services needed by the community. By providing credit to small and medium businesses, it is hoped that this sector can improve the quality of its activities. This research aims to test and analyze the effectiveness of the Receivables Management and Control System at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative in Rengasdengklok. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The analytical methods used include analysis of Receivable Turn Over (RTO), Average Collection Period (ACP), Arrears Ratio, Collection Ratio, as well as evaluation of the cooperative control system. The research results show that internal control of receivables at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative has been implemented in accordance with COSO standards. Although providing credit to cooperatives from 2018 to 2022 is considered quite effective, it still fluctuates every year due to the significant impact of Covid-19 which causes economic uncertainty, resulting in many cooperative members experiencing delays in paying loans at maturity.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Transmart Karawang. In the current era of globalization, demand from consumers is increasing so as to provide profitable potential for the business world. A survey was conducted on the customer value index of 10 stores in Indonesia, one of the retail companies that is experiencing these problems is Transmart which occupies the fourth position. Reporting from kompas.com, it is said that at least 12 Transmart outlets will be permanently closed throughout 2022. The problem of declining sales levels at Transmart Karawang, as evidenced by the decreasing number of customers visiting the store, is the main subject of this study. This phenomenon is believed to arise due to consumer skepticism about their purchasing choices, which are influenced by product completeness and sales promotions. The purpose of this observation is to understand how product completeness and sales promotion affect consumer purchasing decisions at Transmart Karawang. This research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis methodology using SPSS version 27.0 software to evaluate the effect of product completeness and sales promotion on purchasing decisions at Transmart Karawang. The research findings show that 82.9% of consumers in Transmart Karawang are influenced in their purchasing choices by the presence of product completeness and purchase promotions. A total of 17.1% of the evaluation was influenced by unresolved issues in this study.

Abstract

The development of technology and social media has accelerated rapidly, it is not wrong if this condition is an opportunity for business actors to use it as a marketing medium for their business products to reach more consumers. Sweet Ice Tempuran is an MSME in the culinary sector that implements social media platforms as an effort to attract and reach more consumers. This study intends to analyze the influence of social media marketing and sales promotion on purchasing interest. This study involved 96 consumers from MSME Sweet Ice. The data collection technique used was through the use of a questionnaire; and data analysis was carried out by applying hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0. The results of this study show that partially, the variables social media marketing (X1) and sales promotion (X2) have a positive and significant influence on purchase interest (Y). And simultaneously the variables social media marketing (X1) and sales promotion (X2) have a significant effect on purchase interest (Y) by 52.6%, while other results are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The world of marketing in the current era has changed rapidly, moving from traditional concepts to modern ones. Therefore, business people and businesses should be able to adapt to the dynamics of market developments and be able to produce innovative ideas that can attract consumer attention to their products. Population growth rates also influence the actions companies must take. The size of the community's needs is also influenced by the ever-increasing population growth rate, such as Alfamart and Indomaret Perumnas Karawang. This study aims to find out the comparison of the determination of the five research variables related to service qualifications between Alfamart and Indomaret perumnas Karawan by applying a type of comparative research and involving 100 respondents who shop at Alfamart and Indomaret perumnas Karawang. By applying quantitative research techniques, namely collecting data through the use of questionnaires and then displaying it in descriptive statistics. The findings of this study indicate that there are important variations among five service quality factors: tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, assurance, and reliability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of production costs and cost of goods sold on profits generated by MSMEs in Cilok Wonogiri. The elements that form production costs are production costs, including: raw material costs, direct and indirect labor costs, general production costs and inventory of goods in process, including: inventory of goods in process and inventory of goods. ongoing. Meanwhile, the cost of goods sold factor includes total production costs and finished product inventory (initial finished product inventory and final finished product inventory). These factors will influence the selling price of the product. Primary and secondary data are the types of data used in research. Primary data was taken from direct observation of subjects to obtain accurate data along with the results of company interviews. Secondary data was collected through company records regarding data relating to production costs and cost of goods sold which will affect the profits obtained from sales of Wonogiri cilok. Researchers examine production costs using company calculations and production cost data for 2022. The analysis technique used by the author is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to explain the calculation of production costs according to the full cost method, then this information is used as a basis for determining product selling prices to determine MSME profits.

This study aims to determine the performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023 using Profitability and Liquidity financial ratio analysis. The type of research used is Descriptive Quantitative data used in the form of numbers or qualitative data arranged in the form of numbers. Data and Information are obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study examines the transformative role of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir in fostering socio-economic development within its surrounding community. By implementing empowerment programs that integrate students (santri) and local residents, the pesantren not only serves as an educational institution but also as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth. Through job creation, vocational training, and cooperative development, the pesantren enhances local livelihoods while fostering self-reliance. Key initiatives include hiring local labor in agriculture, construction, and livestock management, as well as operating cooperatives that supply essential goods to both the pesantren and the broader community. Moreover, entrepreneurial training has empowered local residents to establish and sustain small businesses, reducing economic dependency and promoting financial resilience. The findings reveal a significant socio-economic impact, demonstrating how pesantren-based initiatives can serve as scalable models for community-driven development. Strengthening partnerships with government agencies and private sectors could further amplify these impacts, ensuring long-term economic sustainability. This study contributes to the discourse on the role of Islamic educational institutions in community empowerment, offering insights for policymakers and development practitioners seeking to integrate religious institutions into broader socio-economic frameworks.
