Abstract

The low level of students' understanding of zakat material poses a major challenge in fiqh learning at MAS PP Darussalam Kunir. The dominant lecture method, which is one-way and lacks interactivity, causes students to struggle in comprehending the concepts of nishab and zakat calculation. This learning process requires a more applicative approach to ensure that students not only understand the theory but are also able to apply it. This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in fiqih lessons on zakat by implementing the demonstration method as a solution. This research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection was carried out through pre-tests, post-tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and quantitatively to measure the improvement in students' learning outcomes, and qualitatively to analyze the dynamics of the learning process. The results show that the demonstration method significantly improved learning outcomes. The average pre-test score in the first cycle was 44.5, increasing to 68.7 in the post-test. In the second cycle, the average pre-test score reached 69.7, with the post-test score rising to 81.6. Moreover, students were more motivated, better understood the material, and were active during the learning process. This method of demonstration has proven effective in addressing the challenges of teaching fiqh of zakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS) sebagai sarana untuk membentuk karakter berani dan kreatif melalui integrasi materi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Deskriptif, untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai implementasi dan dampak MPLS bagi Siswa Baru. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung terhadap pelaksanaan MPLS, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah, serta studi dokumentasi terkait kegiatan dan materi MPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MPLS di SMPN 1 Telukjambe Barat tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, tetapi juga sebagai wadah untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa. Program MPLS dirancang dengan kegiatan yang menekankan pada nilai-nilai Pancasila, seperti gotong royong, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab, yang secara langsung memotivasi siswa untuk berani berinovasi dan berkreasi. Penekanan pada kegiatan interaktif dan partisipatif selama MPLS berhasil mendorong siswa untuk mengembangkan keberanian dalam berpendapat serta kreativitas dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa MPLS yang dirancang dengan baik dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, mendukung mereka untuk menjadi individu yang berani dan kreatif dalam menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the behavior of teachers and students at AL-Jaohar IT Middle School, focusing on evaluating their performance in the context of school organization. Through a qualitative approach, the study found that individual and group behaviors have a significant impact on organizational dynamics in these schools. Factors such as motivation, heredity, environment, and education play an important role in shaping their behavior. AL-Jaohar IT Middle School, an educational institution with a relatively young Islamic boarding school system approach, shows the vital role of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in shaping students' leadership attitudes and developing their potential. However, infrastructure constraints such as inadequate facilities are a challenge in optimizing OSIS performance. Teachers' behavior is also influenced by personal, work, structural and work experience characteristics. Principal leadership with a participatory, democratic, militaristic and charismatic approach plays an important role in directing teacher and student performance towards achieving organizational goals. Collaborative strategies in task assignment, motivation, and support for professional development have also proven effective in increasing teacher work participation. The conclusions of this study confirm that a deep understanding of the factors that influence individual behavior in an educational context is essential. Recommendations were presented to improve the quality of school facilities as well as to expand the principal's consultation network with school committees, foundations and academic elements to further the performance of educational organizations.

Abstract

Abstract: The P5-P2RA project is a flagship program of the independent curriculum. One of the themes of the P5-P2RA project is the theme of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is important to instill in students because students play an important role in social change in a developing society. This research aims to analyze how implementing P5-P2RA is an effort to shape students' entrepreneurial spirit in class 5A MIN 1 Surabaya City. The method used is a case study, with data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and interviews. The research results show that the implementation of P5-P2RA can significantly foster students' entrepreneurial spirit. Apart from that, it can also foster an attitude of responsibility, optimism, and independence in students. Keyword: Independent Curriculum, P5-P2RA, Entrepreneurial Spirit Abstrak: Proyek P5-P2RA merupakan program unggulan dari kurikulum merdeka. Salah satu tema dari proyek P5-P2RA ini adalah tema kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan dirasa penting untuk ditanamkan pada diri peserta didik karena peserta didik berperan penting dalam perubahan sosial di tengah masyarakat yang sedang berkembang. Abstract

In the era of society 5.0, high percentage of internet penetration in Indonesia also poses one of the risks, namely related to the misuse of children and person with disabilities's privacy and personal data. Protection of children and person with disabilities's personal data in Indonesia is an urgency that needs to be immediately accommodated in Indonesia regulations. Unfortunately, according the existing regulations, the protection of children's personal data is only found in the Indonesia Personal Data Protection Law and merely regulated in three articles. The problems and challenges in providing legal protection for children and person with disabilities's personal data in Indonesia are in the need for regulations which comprehensively regulate the protection of children's personal data. The Indonesia Personal Data Protection Law can be amended by also including three points, namely: the meaning of special processing, parental and guardian consent, and limitations on the processing of children's personal data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of information technology and regional financial management in improving the quality of regional financial statements in Karawang Regency. The research used a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that the application of integrated financial information systems such as SIPD and SIMDA has improved the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of financial management. The success of implementation is influenced by leadership support, infrastructure readiness, and the competency of human resources. Challenges include inconsistent data integration and technical constraints. The research highlights the importance of synergizing technology and financial governance to produce reliable, timely, and standard-compliant financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze social media optimization strategies in increasing Brand awareness and sales of Batik Putri Sanggabuana Karawang. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research explores the effectiveness of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook in promoting local products. The results show that the use of attractive, educative, and consistent visual content is able to increase public awareness of Batik Putri Sanggabuana. Promotion through social media, including paid advertisements, has proven effective in increasing sales by up to 20%. Nonetheless, challenges such as maintaining content quality and attracting the attention of young audiences are key focuses that need to be addressed. Active interaction with consumers through social media also contributes greatly to building customer loyalty. This study recommends a more structured and creative marketing strategy to expand market reach and strengthen the image of Batik Putri Sanggabuana as Karawang's local cultural identity.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven changes in the payment system and consumption patterns of society, including among employees in the manufacturing industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of digital wallets, financial attitudes, and lifestyles on the consumtive behavior of employees of PT Chang Shin Indonesia Karawang. The method used is associative quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS 30 software. The results of the study indicate that the variables of digital wallets and financial attitudes do not have a significant effect on consumtive behavior. Meanwhile, the lifestyle variable has a significant effect on consumtive behavior. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on consumtive behavior. The implications of this study indicate that it is necessary to increase financial literacy and awareness of lifestyle management to avoid excessive consumtive behavior.

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan yang baik adalah elemen kunci dalam memastikan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Meskipun pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan telah menjadi fokus utama di banyak sekolah, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya masih sering diabaikan. Padahal, partisipasi masyarakat dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran partisipasi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan di sekolah, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah yang telah berhasil melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan dapat memperbaiki aspek pengelolaan sumber daya,  perencanaan anggaran, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.
