Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the specific influence of competency, work discipline, and organisational culture on the performance of employees at Mojogedang State High School. This study applies a quantitative descriptive technique and employs a saturation or census sample. Data was collected using dispersed questionnaires. The data underwent analysis using the t test, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination (R2). The research findings suggest that both competency and organisational culture significantly and positively influence employee performance. Nevertheless, work discipline has a favourable albeit insignificant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of service quality, price perception, customer trust, and promotions on customer satisfaction. Based on the objectives to be achieved, this research is categorized as quantitative descriptive research. This research was carried out at the research location at the Surya Madina Umrah Foundation. In this research, the objects of this research are Umrah customers at the Surya Madina Foundation. The planned time for research is January – December 2023. The population in this study is all 286 Surya Madina Surakarta Umrah pilgrims. The research took 50% of the population as a sample, namely 143 Surya Madina congregation members. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling. After obtaining sufficient data, the data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis tools which were processed using SPSS 26 software. The conclusions obtained were that service quality, price perception, customer trust and promotions had an influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Problem in this research,  student learning achievement is not optimal because many average scores are still below the minimum standard (KKM). This indicator is an important indicator for knowing the determinant factors that influence it. The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze the influence of teacher appreciation on learning achievement. (2) to analyze the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement. (3) to analyze the influence of classroom management on learning achievement. (4) to analyze the influence of learning interest on learning achievement. The research object was Budi Utomo Jatipuro Wonogiri Middle School, with a sample size of 95 students drawn proportionally. Data for all variables were collected using a questionnaire with five alternative answers. The instrument used met the established standards for validity and reliability, and the research data also met the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression was the data analysis technique used. The research results show that: (1) teacher appreciation significantly influences learning achievement. (2) learning motivation significantly influences learning achievement. (3) classroom management significantly influences learning achievement. (4) learning interest significantly influences learning achievement.
