Abstract

Students at school are individuals who will definitely face various problems, but the complexity and types of problems experienced by each individual can vary. Problems that are generally experienced by students can be related to personal, social, learning, and career problems. In helping students overcome these problems, guidance and counseling teachers play an important role. By understanding and identifying specific problems, teachers can design appropriate guidance and counseling programs to help students deal with their personal, social, learning, and career problems. The purpose of this research is to help teachers, especially guidance and counseling teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services according to the needs of students. This type of research is a descriptive study with a sample of 64 students at SMP Negeri 94 Central Maluku. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling.Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the most dominant problem occurs in class IX. In this class, learning problems are the most dominant problem with a score of 117 (32.32%). This shows that class IX students at SMP Negeri 94 Central Maluku face difficulties in terms of information on graduation requirements and how to increase their concentration in studying. Therefore, it is necessary to give special attention and further efforts to assist students in overcoming these learning problemss.

Abstract

Asesmen bimbingan dan konseling dalam rangka pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dapat menggunakan Analisis Kebutuhan Peserta Didik (AKPD). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkapkan masalah siswa dengan menggunakan AKPD di SMP Negeri 94 Maluku Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Variabel penelitian yaitu variabel tunggal. Sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan Angket Kebutuhan Peserta Didik (AKPD) yang diadaptasi dari Andori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terungkap masalah peserta didik terbanyak ada pada bidang pribadi sebanyak 101,3%, bidang sosial sebanyak 72,25%, bidang belajar sebanyak 71,32%, dan bidang karir sebanyak 55,4%.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 178 mahasiswa pada Jurusan Ilmu pendidikan FKIP Universitas Pattimura. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala dukungan sosial dan skala stres akademik dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dukungan sosial yang signifikan terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 > 0.05 dan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (4.724 > 1.97353) maka H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima

Abstract

Management is the activity of planning, organizing and controlling the program of activities to be carried out In the process of its application, management is needed for Early Childhood Education Institutions. In today's technological era, archival systems do not only require expertise to document archives manually. Instead, it is online through the available applications.  This research uses the Action research method, which is research that talks about, for and by the community by utilizing interaction, participation and collaboration with the target group. The results of the study showed that PAUD Wastalele Indah and KB Sepakat Al Hidayah 5, can receive input well and take part in document filing training through google drive which has been carried out with the main objective of making it easier for them to face accreditation in the future. Keywords; PAUD Management, Archives, Accreditation

Abstract

Guru Bimbingan Konseling menggunakan Analisis Kebutuhan Peserta Didik (AKPD) untuk memahami dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa dalam penyelenggaraan layanan bimbingan konseling, baik secara individu maupun dalam kelompok. Melalui AKPD, guru dapat melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap perkembangan siswa, memperoleh informasi tentang masalah yang dihadapi, serta menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk membantu siswa dalam mencapai potensi penuh mereka. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini, guru Bimbingan Konseling dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan relevan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik masing-masing siswa.Tujuan dari kegiatan pelaksanaan asesmen kebutuhan peserta didik adalah untuk membantu guru bimbingan konseling mendapatkan informasi kebutuhan peserta didik di sekolah terkait dengan permasalahan  yang dialami oleh peserta didik antara lain masalah pribadi, masalah sosial, masalah belajar dan masalah karir. Proses AKPD dalam membantu guru Bimbingan Konseling mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dari analisis kebutuhan peserta didik (AKPD) dapat membantu guru bimbingan konseling mendapatkan informasi bagi peserta didik yang memerlukan layanan bimbingan konseling, masalah yang paling dominan pada kelas VII masalah bidang pribadi dengan total masalah 208 (45.71%), Kelas VIII masalah belajar dengan total masalah 127 (33.25%) dan kelas IX dengan masalah pribadi dengan total 249 (28.36%) Kata kunci: Pelaksanaan, Asesmen, Kebutuhan, Peserta didik

Abstract

Guru berperan sebagai figur panutan yang sering menjadi contoh bagi peserta didiknya. Melalui pekerjaan mengajar dan mendidik, guru berinteraksi dengan anak didik dari berbagai karakter dan tingkah laku, berusaha menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis di antara keduanya. Meskipun demikian, terdapat peserta didik yang menghadapi tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti kurangnya motivasi untuk mengumpulkan tugas, sering bolos, kurang disiplin, yang dapat menimbulkan respon emosional dari guru. Berbagai tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pkm dilakukan melaui: 1) Persiapan, 2) Pelaksanaan, 3) Pendampinga, 4) Evaluasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan PKM adalah a) Ceramah dan diskusi kelas: untuk menyampaikan konsep – konsep yang penting untuk dimengerti dan dikuasai oleh peserta pelatihan. Metode ceramah yang dikombinasikan dengan gambar dan vidio yang dapat memberikan materi yang relatif banyak secara padat, cepat mudah; b) diskusi kelompok: untuk memberikan kesempatan peserta berinteraksi dan bertukar pikiran; c) tanya jawab: untuk memberi kesempatan peserta bertanya terkait dengan materi yang tidak dipahami. Hasil dari kegiatan Pkm memberikan dampak bahwa ada peningkatan pembelajaran kompetensi sosial emosional bagi guru dengan presentasi 70%.

Abstract

Since the advent of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, education has gained significant attention from academics and practitioners. The transformative initiatives introduced by Indonesia's Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, have reshaped the educational landscape, particularly through the "Merdeka Belajar" (Freedom to Learn) program. This qualitative study, utilizing a descriptive approach, investigates the use of assessments by school counselors (BK teachers) and their implementation in guidance and counseling services. The research involved 11 informants, including school principals, BK teachers, and students, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed following Miles & Huberman's methodology. Findings reveal that while BK teachers follow structured steps in using assessments, they face challenges such as the lack of standardized instruments, limited time, and inadequate technological integration. Despite these obstacles, BK teachers strive to improve their practices by effectively communicating assessment results, integrating technology, and implementing actionable insights. The study underscores the necessity for better resources and applications to support the effective use of assessments. Assessments are crucial for understanding students' strengths and needs, providing tailored guidance, and facilitating academic, social, and emotional development. This data-driven approach enhances early problem identification, informed interventions, and the development of students' unique potentials. The study concludes that effective assessment implementation, supported by a positive school environment and adequate resources, is vital for enhancing the quality of guidance and counseling services, ultimately contributing to improved educational outcomes and student well-being.

Abstract

Masa remaja (adolesence) merupakan masa transisi dimana remaja memiliki rasa keraguan akan peran yang harus dilakukannya. Dengan kata lain status remaja merupakan status yang dapat memberikan manfaat untuk mereka agar dapat hidup mandiri tanpa bantuan orang lain dengan melakukan hal-hal yang baru yang berguna untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dirinya. Hal ini membuat karakteristik remaja sedang dalam masa pencarian identitas atau pencarian jati diri menjadi rentan untuk menimbulkan permasalahan. Salah satu perilaku remaja yang kerap menjadi permasalahan adalah tindakan perilaku menyimpang seperti memukul, menendang, menampar dan memanggil teman dengan sebutan hewan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran kekerasan verbal dan non verbal perilaku remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja yang berumur 13–16 tahun berjumlah 314 remaja dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 31 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa kekerasan verbal-nonverbal yang dialami oleh remaja negeri Wakal usia 13-16 tahun adalah kekerasan verbal dengan skor rata-rata 87.9%.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services play a crucial role in student development, yet misconceptions about their implementation persist. This study aimed to examine students' knowledge and misunderstandings regarding counseling services in schools, focusing on their perceptions of counseling roles and effectiveness. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 62 students of the FKIP Counseling Guidance Program at Pattimura University through a structured questionnaire. The results revealed significant misconceptions, with 75.81% of students believing that counseling is merely giving advice, 77.42% perceiving it as limited to certain students, and 74.19% viewing school counselors as "school police." Additionally, challenges in implementation, such as inadequate professional training, lack of stakeholder coordination, and low student engagement, were identified. The findings highlight the need for enhanced communication, targeted awareness campaigns, and structured professional development for school counselors. This research contributes to the literature by emphasizing the necessity of counselor training programs and improved collaboration within schools. Future studies should explore intervention strategies to address these misconceptions and examine their long-term impact on counseling effectiveness in educational settings.

Abstract

Implementation of career guidance in SMEs requires supporting facilities so that the service objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. These facilities include not only physical infrastructure such as career guidance rooms and technology devices, but also resources such as reference materials and evaluation tools. Restricted facilities can hinder the process of optimum career planning for students. Availability of supporting facilities is essential in the implementation of career guidance in the middle school. The various stages in the implementation of the Pkm activities are: 1) Preparation, 2) Implementation, 3) Support, 4) Evaluation. As for the methods used to the goals of PKM are a) Lecture and class discussion; b) group discussion; c) questioning and answering. Results from the Pkm activities show that there are varying interests among the pupils in several professions. Polwan became the main choice with the number of fans reaching 13 (23.2%), followed by TNI as the second choice with 12 fans (21%). The doctor's profession ranks third with 8 fans (14.3%), while the police are in the fourth place with 7 fans (12.5%).
