One of the main tasks of a village office is the population administration handling and permit paperwork service. The village population administration handling at East Tuanbaun Village, the sub-district of North Biboki, the District of North Central Timor up to the current time, is still implemented conventionally. The data processing management, such as letter of recommendations, document filing are still conventionally recorded in books. Such conditions are considered very ineffective and undeniably very time consuming, particularly when someone is trying to find data. Apart from that it is very lackadaisical and results in long queue whenever people come to get their paper work done. We, in this research, develop website-based information system for population administration service named SIADES. This website platform is chosen as it can be easily and freely accessed from any place at anytime. This application is developed using prototype method, providing the system development method can give access to the interaction between the user and the developer. The existence of this application can help the village officers and the society in handling letters of permit. People don't have to come to the village office to get their permit/recommendation letter since they can do it using online website service. On top of that, all the digitally saved data will remain safe and long-lasting.

Desa Fafinesu B terletak di Kecamatan Insana Utara, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Desa ini memliki banyak potensi di bidang pertanian dan peternakan tetapi potensi yang ada tidak terserap dengan baik dikarenakan kurangnya informasi pemasaran. Produk masyarakat lokal dihargai dengan harga rendah karena pembelinya juga terbatas. Pemanfaatan teknologi secara tepat, diharapkan dapat menunjang perkembangan dan kemajuan desa terutama dalam pemasaran produk lokal dan potensi yang dimiliki desa. Menurut Undang-Undang No. 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa menegaskan bahwa desa berhak memperoleh akses yang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan dan menyebarkan informasi pembangunan. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang ini, maka Pemerintah Daerah wajib mengembangkan sistem informasi desa dan pembangunan Kawasan Pedesaan secara mandiri atau bekerjasama dengan institusi yang terkait. Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk merealisasikan website desa yang berisi tentang rencana-rencana kerja pemerintah desa dan juga pemasaran potensi desa dengan melatih aparat di Desa Fafinesu untuk mewujudkan pelayanan Sistem Informasi Potensi Desa Berbasis Website. Pelatihan website Desa Fafinesu dilaksanakan dengan metode workshop dan pendampingan. Pengabdi telah mengembangkan modul pelatihan menggunakan Content Management Systems (CMS). Dengan metode ini diharapkan perangkat desa dapat membuat dan memasukan konten secara berkelanjutan dan website yang telah dibuat terus terbaharui informasinya

Abstrak - Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di masa ini berlangsung sangat pesat sehingga banyak mengubah pola pikir masyarakat dalam mencari dan mendapatkan informasi. Banyak bidang pekerjaan manusia yang merasakan dampak dari perkembangan TIK di era moderen. Salah satu bidang yang mendapatkan dampak yang cukup baik dari perkembangan ini adalah bidang pendidikan. Dalam Era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0, mengharuskan setiap manusia cakap dalam menggunakan literasi digital di bidang digital.Dari masalah di atas maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi dalam bidang TIK yang dapat mempermudah kinerja dari SD Katholik Bioni. Sistem Informasi website Sekolah Dasar yang berisi berita-berita penting dari SD ini contohnya, dapat menampilkan informasi profil sekolah yang berisi gambaran besar tentang sekolah, informasi jumlah siswa, informasi jumlah guru, menampilkan pengumuman kepada publik dan dapat mendownload modul pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku.Agar kinerja dari sistem informasi berbasis web ini bisa berjalan dan di kembangkan secara baik dan terstruktur maka di butuhkan Model yang bisa mendukung dan mempermudah jalannya sistem nantinya. Sehinga dari kesimpulan tersebut Model yang cukup berkembang sekarang dan cukup efisen yang bisa di gunakan adalah Model SDLC.Kata kunci: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, Model SDLC, Sistem Informasi website Abstract - The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at the moment is going so fast that much has changed the way people think in searching for and obtaining information. Many fields of human work are affected by the development of ICTs in the modern era. One area that gets a pretty good impact from this development is education. In the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0, it requires every human being to know how to use digital literacy in the digital field.From the above issues, we need an information system in the field of ICT that can facilitate the performance of Bioni Catholic SD. Basic School website information system that contains important news from this SD, for example, can display school profile information containing a big picture of the school, information about the number of students, information number of teachers, displays announcements to the public and can download learning modules according to the curriculum applicable.In order for the performance of this web-based information system to run and be developed properly and structured, there is a need for a model that can support and facilitate the future of the system. Abstrak - Imunisasi adalah cara untuk memperkuat kekebalan tubuh sehingga kebal akan virus. Oleh sebab itu jadwal imunisasi menjadi salah satu informasi yang sangat penting karena di beberapa puskesmas penjadwalan imunisasi bayi masih sering mengalami kendala yaitu para petugas puskesmas masih menggunakan cara mamual dalam menginformasikan jadwal imunisasi,sehingga orang tua bayi sering melupakan jadwal imunisasi anaknya. Di era globalisasi saat ini perlu adanya inovasi penggunaan teknologi dalam bidang kesehatan untuk membantu para petugas puskesmas dalam menyampaikan jadwal imunisasi kepada orang tua bayi secara efekKrtif dan efisiensi. Dalam jurnal ini akan membahas tentang sistem informasi penjadwalan imunisasi pada bayi di puskesmas kaubele berbasis sms gateway serta sebagai sarana penginformasian mengenai penjadwalan imunisasi kepada orang tua bayi. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam membangun sebuah sistem informasi penjadwalan imunisasi adalah metode waterfall, dikarenakan metode ini memiliki tahapan pengerjaan dilakukan secara berurut dan sistematis. Pemakaian metode ini sangat terorganisir karena setiap tahapan mempunyai proses dan dokumen sehingga mudah dalam pengembangan sesuai pengguna atau user.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi,SMS Gateway,Penjadwalan Imunisasi,Waterfall,Website Abstract - Immunization is a way to strengthen the body's immunity so that it is immune to viruses. Therefore, the immunization schedule is one of the most important information because in some health centers scheduling immunization of infants still often experience obstacles, namely the health center officers still use the mamual way of informing the immunization schedule, so that parents of babies often forget their child's immunization schedule. In the current era of globalization, it is necessary to innovate the use of technology in the health sector to assist health center officers in delivering immunization schedules to baby parents effectively and efficiently. This journal will discuss the information system for scheduling immunizations for infants at the Kaubele health center based on sms gateway and as a means of informing parents about immunization scheduling. The method used by the author in building an immunization scheduling information system is the waterfall method, because this method has stages of work carried out sequentially and systematically. The use of this method is very organized because each stage has processes and documents so that it is easy to develop according to the user or user. Abstrak – Salah satu bentuk kepedulian pemerintah terhadap kehidupan masyarakat adalah dengan memberikan bantuan bagi yang membutuhkan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara (TTU) melalui Dinas Sosial aktif memberikan bantuan setiap tahunnya. Set Top Box (STB) merupakan bantuan pemerintah secara langsung yang diberikan kepada masyarakat berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Tujuaannya agar masyarakat yang kurang mampu juga dapat menikmati hiburan dan informasi berupa tontonan siaran televisi dari rumah masing-masing. Untuk dapat menerima bantuan STB, data warga penerima harus sudah didaftarkan dan sudah dianalisis oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) TTU. Masalah yang muncul adalah banyaknya data warga yang harus dihitung secara manual dan tentunya akan memakan waktu yang lama. Dalam upaya mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis website yang dapat membatu dalam proses pengolahan data penerima bantuan secara cepat dan tepat. Sebagai metode perhitungan digunakan Simple Adjective Weighting (SAW). Metode ini menganalisis data-data yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan yaitu: Termasuk rumah tangga miskin, termasuk dalam DTKS (Data Terpadu Kemiskinian sejahtera), memiliki televisi tabung, lokasi, bersedia menerima dan memanfaatkan. Hasil dari keputusan ini ditampilkan dalam bentuk daftar (list) nama penerima bantuan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, terbukti efektif dalam menangani proses analisis dan perhitungan penerima bantuan STB. Perhitungan lebih cepat, tepat, dan pemberian bantuan juga tepat sasaran. Data penerima bantuan bisa tersimpan lebih baik karena sudah berbasis digital, serta pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih mudah.Kata kunci: Set Top Box, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode SAW. Abstract - One form of government concern for people's lives is by providing assistance to those in need. The North Central Timor Regency Government (TTU) through the Social Service actively provides assistance every year. Set Top Box (STB) is direct government assistance provided to the community based on certain criteria. The aim is so that less fortunate people can also enjoy entertainment and information in the form of watching television broadcasts from their homes. To be able to receive STB assistance, data on recipient residents must have been registered and analyzed by the TTU Communication and Information Service (KOMINFO). The problem that arises is that there is a lot of citizen data that has to be calculated manually and of course it will take a long time. In an effort to overcome this problem, a website-based Decision Support System (DSS) was developed which can help in processing data on aid recipients quickly and precisely. As a calculation method, Simple Adjective Weighting (SAW) is used. This method analyzes data that is in accordance with predetermined criteria, namely: Including poor households, included in DTKS (Integrated Data on Prosperous Poverty), having a tube television, location, willing to receive and use it. The results of this decision are displayed in the form of a list of names of aid recipients. With this system, it has proven effective in handling the analysis and calculation process for STB aid recipients. Calculations are faster, more precise, and assistance is also right on target. Data on aid recipients can be stored better because it is digitally based, and making reports is easier.Keywords:Set Top Box, Decision Supprot System, SAW Method.

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini bukanlah sesuatu hal yang susah didapatkan saat ini, karena sudah masuk ke semua lini kehidupan masyarakat. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terus berinovasi dan transformasi serta semakin canggih, dengan kecanggihannya bisa memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi kehidupan masyarakat. kemudahan tersebut juga dirasakan dalam dunia ekonomi terutama dalam perdagangan. E-commerce juga melibatkan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan proses transaksi elektronik seperti transfer dana elektronik, pertukaran data elektronik. Melalui sistem penjualan berbasis web, perusahaan memiliki peluang yang sama agar dapat bersaing dan berhasil bisnis di dunia maya. Maka untuk mempermudah para pengusaha atau penjual Minuman Lokal Tradisional(sopi) penulis membuatkan suatu sistem dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dalam penelitian ini. Metode waterfall adalah model klasik yang bersifat sistematis, berurutan dalam membangun software. Namun model ini sebenarnya adalah “Linear Sequential Model”. Model ini sering disebut juga dengan “classic life cycle” atau metode waterfall. Model ini termasuk ke dalam model generic pada rakayasa perangkat lunak dan pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Winston Royce sekitar tahun 1970 sehingga sering dianggap kuno, tetapi merupakan model yang paling banyak dipakai dalam Software Engineering (SE).Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, E-commerce, Waterfall,Website, Sopi. Abstract - The current development of information and communication technology is not something that is difficult to obtain nowadays, because it has entered all aspects of people's lives. Information and communication technology continues to innovate and transform and is becoming increasingly sophisticated, with its sophistication it can provide many conveniences for people's lives. This convenience is also felt in the economic world, especially in trade. E-commerce also involves activities related to electronic transaction processes such as electronic funds transfer, electronic data exchange. Through a web-based sales system, companies have the same opportunity to be able to compete and succeed in business in cyberspace. So, to make it easier for entrepreneurs or sellers of traditional beverages (sopi), the author created a system using the waterfall method in this research. The waterfall method is a classic model that is systematic, sequential in building software. However, this model is actually a "Linear Sequential Model". Abstract: The main objective of the research is to develop a digital-based Blood Donor Information System (SIDORA) with an Android platform for the Kefamenanu Regional General Hospital (RSUD). SIDORA can manage incoming and outgoing bloodstock information data, as well as donor data. The waterfall method was used to develop SIDORA. The development of this method starts with the analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. SIDORA can provide information such as blood availability and manage monthly reports systematically. The results of implementing SIDORA have proven to resolve problems regarding bloodstock information at Kefamenanu Regional Hospital. Officers can easily see the process of distributing bloodstock in the blood warehouseAbstrak: Tujuan utama dari penelitian adalah mengembangakan Sistem Informasi Donor Darah (SIDORA) berbasis digital dengan platform android untuk Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kefamenanu. SIDORA dapat mengelola data informasi stok darah masuk dan keluar, serta data pendonor. Metode Waterfall atau Air Terjun digunakan dalam mengembangkan SIDORA. Urutan pengembagnan metode ini mulai dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan tahap perawatan atau maintenance. SIDORA dapat menyediakan informasi seperti ketersedian darah dan kelola laporan setiap bulan secara tersistem. Hasil dari penerapan SIDORA terbukti dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan mengenai informasi stok darah yang ada di RSUD Kefamenanu. Petugas dengan mudah melihat proses penyaluran stok darah yang ada di gudang darah.

The service quality of a Community Health Center does have a great impact on the patients' satisfaction. The Maubesi Community Health Center is one of the health services centers in Maubesi Village which serves a number of six surrounding villages. Given that many patients are making use of this health center, the service quality of the medical staff is of course quite essential. Patients' satisfaction is the primary factor which becomes the image benchmark of a community health center. Up to now, patients' satisfaction is measured in the conventional way, namely by writing on papers. The use òf paper certainly makes it hectic when the time for data compilation and analysis processing is due. To overcome this problem, the researcher developed a website-based information system (SISKESAN) to measure patients' satisfaction level at Maubesi Community Health Center. SISKESAN was developed based on website, to make it easy whenever and wherever the data is to be accessed. The system employs Service Quality Method (Servqual) to measure patients' satisfaction level using hope and fact values. To set up this system the researcher made use of Waterfall Method known as measurable gradual stages. By implementing SISKESAN at Maubesi Community Health Center, the patients' satisfaction level becomes easier in measurement. Patients can easily access the website and fill in the questionnaires prepared in the system. The result can be straightly seen by the staff in charge and it will become the benchmark for future policy making.

The Prima Mandiri Farmers Group is a business that operates in the field of selling local herbal medicine, including noni herbal medicine, ginger herbal medicine, soursop herbal medicine, white turmeric herbal medicine and ginger herbal medicine. However, based on the results of observations and interviews with business owners, it was stated that the marketing and sales system used by the Prima Mandiri Farmers Group is currently still done manually, that is, buyers must come directly to the business premises to see the various kinds of products available. Of course, with this sales system it will take up consumers' time to obtain information easily and accurately. So, an Android-based application will be designed to help sellers promote products and make it easier for customers to order local herbal medicine based on Android. This M-Commerce application is named Jamlok Shop (Local Jamu Shop). The method used in building this application is the waterfall method, the name of this model is actually "Linear Sequential Model" where this describes a systematic and sequential or gradual approach, which must start from the initial design stage to the final stage. software development.
