Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of incentives, school culture and teacher performance at SDN 013 South Balikpapan and to know the incentives and school culture simultaneously and partially influence the performance of teachers in SDN 013 South Balikpapan and to know among the incentives and school culture that has a dominant effect on Performance of teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this research is all teachers of SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. The sample of this study amounted to 30 teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the incentive teachers SDN 013 South Balikpapan in good category, school culture SDN 013 Southern Balikpapan is also in good category. There is a simultaneous influence between school incentives and culture on teacher performance SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. There is partial influence between school incentive and culture on teacher performance SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. Keywords: incentives, school culture, teacher performance

Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Organisasi di zaman yang sangat kompetitif saat ini dituntut untuk memberdayakan dan mengoptimalkan seluruh sumber daya yang dimiliki, termasuk sumberdaya manusia/pegawai di dalamnya. Mengelola pegawai dengan berbagai ragam sifat, sikap, dan kemampuan individu sangat diperlukan supaya mereka dapat bekerja menuju satu memanajemen semua sumber daya yang dimiliki untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Satu unsur dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah menciptakan kerjasama dalam tim, akan menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi yang nantinya dapat mewujudkan kinerja pegawai tercapai lebih maksimal. Kontribusi studi perilaku organisasi The purpose of research is to know the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of independent variables include leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance in the Department of Population and Civil Records in Pamekasan District. This research is a quantitative study conducted in the Department of Population and Civil Records in Pamekasan District with a sample of 30 employees, using saturated sample method. The results showed that the leadership style and OCB simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees. Leadership and OCB style partially have significant influence on employee performance. Among the two independent variables, the leadership style has a dominant influence. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service nurses at Islamic Hospital (RSI) Siti Hajar Sidoarjo, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and service strategies nurse service quality development at RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo. In this study, researchers used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. That is, data collected from depth interviews, field observations, and related documents. Data analysis in this study using three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In this study researchers in the analysis by using triangulation to check the validity of data / test data credibility. The results showed that the quality of nurse service at Islamic Hospital (RSI) Siti Hajar Sidoarjo is generally good, in terms of tangible dimension, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphathy, although there are still some shortcomings or complaints, but all informants stated that the nurse service at Islamic Hospital (RSI) Siti Hajar Sidoarjo is good. Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Peranan sumberdaya manusia sangat penting pada organisasi, karena sumberdaya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penggerak utama atas jalannya organisasi. Sumberdaya manusia merupakan input terpenting menjaga kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi. Organisasi yang sudah memiliki kuantitas dan kualitas 2006). Menurut William PA. et al (2006), faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai antara lain : 1) ability (kemampuan yang dapat dikembangkan), 2) vapacity (kapasitas yang sudah tertentu), 3) help (bantuan untuk terwujudnya kinerja), 4) incentive (insentif material maupun nonmaterial), 5) environment (lingkungan tempat kerja), 6) validity (validitas), 7) evaluation The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the condition of employee ability, employee motivation, infrastructure and employee performance at Health Office Indargiri Hulu District. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of employee's capability, employee motivation and partial and/or simultaneous infrastructure to the performance of the employees at Health Office of Indargiri Hulu Regency. This research type is explanatory survey. The number of employees who made the sample of research as many as 95 people. The statistical technique to be used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows the variables ability, motivation, facilities and infrastructure and performance of health officer of Indargiri Hulu Regency Regency are all good enough category. Ability, motivation and facilities and infrastructure simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of health personnel of Indargiri Hulu Regency. Ability, motivation and facilities and infrastructure partially have a significant influence on the performance of health personnel of Indargiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze transformational leadership style, organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation which is moderated by PT Tirta Investama Pandaan. The population in this study were employees who worked in Manufacturing Area 2 of PT Tirta Ivestama Pandaan. The number of samples taken by 58 respondents with the sampling method was simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with SPSS and hypothesis testing. The results showed that transformational leadership style was not significant to employee performance, organizational culture was not significant to employee performance, transformational leadership style had a significant effect on employee work motivation, organizational culture significantly influenced work motivation; Transformational leadership style and organizational culture increase motivation towards performance, transformational leadership style and organizational culture improve performance with work motivation as a moderating variable. Abstract

This study aims to describe, knowing the simultaneous and partial effect of compensation, work motivation, work performance and teacher job satisfaction on SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City through work performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City. The sample of this study amounted to 55 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data collection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study showed that compensation had a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher work performance. Compensation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work performance has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN in Balikpapan City 3 through work performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN in Cluster 3 Balikpapan City through work performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of competence and incentives on teacher work performance at SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 36 teachers of SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan. The entire population was used as the research sample or respondents because there were less than 100 people. The results of the study show that teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher work performance at SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan. Then teacher incentives have a significant effect on the work performance of SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan teachers and stimulant competencies and incentives have a significant effect on teacher work performance at SMK Sinar Pancasila Balikpapan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the Bromo Exotica Festival in improving the performance of regional artists in the cultural sector program ProPharmaru District, the positive response of artists in the area and also the extent of the performance of regional artists in developing local cultural wisdom. This needs to be done by researchers to be able to analyze the description of the implementation of the bromo exotica festival and know the structure of cultural programs in the Probolinggo Disporaparbud, as well as to know the extent of positive responses from local artists and what are the efforts of artists in order to develop local cultural wisdom in each region. In this research there are 8 (eight) people as resources who will be expected to provide valid and accountable supporting data. The research was carried out in the tourism objects of the Sand Bromo Sea, the Probolinggo Disporaparbud office, and several areas where artists live. The results of this study indicate that there is an inseparable link between Disporaparbud's cultural programs and the performance of artists in their efforts to develop local cultural wisdom, especially in the Probolinggo district.Keywords: bromo exotic festival, performance of local artists

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service, patient satisfaction, obstacles faced byClinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo in realizing patient satisfaction. This research is a qualitative research toanalyze patient satisfaction in Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Primary data were obtained from in-depthinterviews of patients, doctors, nurses, administrators, and owners Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Basedon the results of the research can be known that first, the overall service quality is good enough thisassessment is based on the five indicators of service quality is only one indicator that gets poor penalaian,while the rest get good penilain, good enough, and very good. Second, patient satisfaction in receivinghealth services at Clinic Hj.Tarpiane also considered satisfactory. This conclusion is based on 3indicators of patient satisfaction. The three obstacles that are possessed by the Clinic are as follows: (1)The management is unable to fulfill the patient's wishes, (2) The services provided are not in accordancewith the competence specification (3) the human resources are still incomplete, (4) which does not matchthe patient's expectations. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the simultan and partial influence of transformational leadership, motivation and work environment on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan and to know which variables have a dominant influence on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaires to employees of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees. Sampling is done by using census method and data testing technique used in this research include validity test, reliability test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, motivation and work environment have a significant influence simultaneously and partially on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. Motivation has a dominant influence on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, work environment, employee performance
