Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation, individual characteristics and work experiencesimultaneously and or partially have an effect on the performance of employees in the General Sectionof Regional Secretary of Pamekasan Regency, Madura. Furthermore, this research is to know amongmotivation, individual characteristic and work experience which have dominant influence to employeeperformance at General Section of Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan. The type of researchused in this study is the type of explanatory research. This research was conducted in General Sectionof Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan with total sample of 64 employees. The results showedthat simultaneously, motivation, individual characteristics and work experience have a very significanteffect on employee performance and partially, motivation, individual characteristics and work experiencehave a significant effect on employee performance in General Section of Regional Secretariat ofPamekasan Regency. All independent variables partially have a significant effect on employeeperformance in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pamekasan Regency; and motivationvariables have the most dominant influence in mempengruhi employee performance in the GeneralSection Regional Secretariat Pamekasan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership of school principals, climatic organizations and teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. In addition to know and analyze the leadership and performance of teachers also partially affect the performance of teachers SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban which locked 47 people. The sample in this study was teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban which totaled sampling or using sampling census method. The number of samples of this study as many as 47 people hereinafter referred to as respondents. In this research, simple linear regression analysis technique. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant influence between principal performance and organizational climate on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. There is a significant role between principal and climate leadership simultaneously on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. Abstract

This study aims to describe academic supervision, school culture and teacher achievement at SMPN 7Balikpapan, and to know and test the performance of teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. This researchuses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study were all teachersat SMPN 7 Balikpapan. The sample of this study held 47 teachers. The sampling technique uses asaturated sample. Method using data using questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis method andmultiple regression analysis, F test and t test. The result of the research shows that academic supervisionand school culture either partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on teacher achievementof SMPN 7 Balikpapan. Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the teachers of SD III Gugus III West Balikpapan, theleadership style applied and the teacher performance of SDN Gugus III West Balikpapan, to determinethe role and style of leadership simultaneously and partially towards the performance of teachers ofSDN Gugus III West Balikpapan. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatoryresearch. The population in this study were all teachers at SDN Gugus III West Balikpapan. Anexample of this study was aimed at 32 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Datacollection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis methods are descriptive andmultiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the teacher's commitment of SDNGugus III West Balikpapan in good category, the leadership style of the principal in the teachers ofSDN Gugus III West Balikpapan is also in good category. Likewise, the performance of the teachers ofSD III Gugus III West Balikpapan is in good category. The proof is that there is a relationship betweenorganizational commitment and leadership style on the performance of teachers at SDN Gugus IIIWest Balikpapan. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the Influence of Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance to Employees of Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Pasuruan. To know the significant influence of Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance partially or simultaneously and to know among Motivation, Remuneration and Job satisfaction factors that have dominant influence to Employee Performance. The Population in this research were all employees of Executives Office of Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Pasuruan 68 people. The results descriptive analysis show that Motivation mean 4.42, mean remuneration 4.18, job satisfaction mean 4.23 and employee performance with mean of 4.37 already in very high condition range 268 scale. Motivation, Remuneration and Job Satisfaction partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Of the three variables that are used as Employee Performance predictor, the remuneration variable is identified as the strongest variable affecting Employee Performance compared to the other two variables, namely Motivation, and Job Satisfaction.Keywords: motivation, remuneration, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Torjun Sampang Regency with the number of research samples as many as 32 personnel, The purpose of this study is 1) To describe the motivation, organizational culture, leadership of principal and teacher performance, 2) To know the effect simultaneously the motivation, organizational culture, and leadership of the principal against the performance of teachers, 3) To know influence of motivation on teacher performance, 4) To know influence of organizational culture on teacher performance of SMA Negeri 1 Torjun Kabupaten Sampang; 5) To know influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, organizational culture and leadership of principals have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Partially, motivation, organizational culture and leadership of principal have a significant effect on teacher performance.Keywords: motivation, organizational culture, principal leadership, teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. Partially work motivation and work environment on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City. 2. To find out the simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed throughout the population. Analysis of the data used in this study are: multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Conclusion Based on data analysis: it is explained that: 1. Work motivation and work environment have a partial effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City, proven by t-test (partially) 2. Based on the results of the calculated F value (simultaneously) work motivation and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Probolinggo City 8 Junior High School teachers. Based on the t test results it is known that the work environment has a dominant influence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 8 Probolinggo City. Abstract

This research is to understand and describe the ability of school principals, the work environment, and the ability of teachers at the Sub Rayon 10 Middle School in the Probolinggo District Education Office. Then to understand and analyze the simultaneous and partial between managerial and school abilities to improve the performance of the teachers of the Sub-Rayon 10 Public Middle School Probolinggo District Education Office. This research is a quantitative explanatory research with 109 participants. The results of the study showed that simultaneous related to the principal's managerial ability and work environment that was significant to the teacher's ability. Partially, there is an influence on managerial principals on teacher performance as well as a significant relationship with the work environment on teacher performance Keywords: managerial ability, work environment, teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe motivation, school organizational culture, work discipline and teacher performance in the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency and to analyze the influence of motivation and school organizational culture on teacher performance with teacher work discipline as an intervening variable. This research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 54 teachers in the Regional Coordinating Office for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency, the sample in this study was determined as many as 54 people using the census sampling method. This study uses the SEM method with PLS. The results showed that Motivation, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Teacher Performance Coordinator of the Education and Culture Subdistrict District of Rangsang Meranti Islands Regency were good, the effect of motivation on discipline was positive and significant, organizational culture on discipline was positive and insignificant, motivation on performance is positive and significant, organizational culture on performance is positive and not significant, discipline on performance is positive and significant, motivation on performance in intervening work discipline is positive and significant, organizational culture on performance is intervened by discipline work is positive and not significant

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control and The purpose of the authors of conducting this research was to describe and test and analyze the effect of education and training on teacher performance through motivation at the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education and Culture, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research approach is included in the quantitative research approach. The population in this study were 54 teachers and the sample used in this study was 54 people. In this study the authors conducted a sampling using a census sampling technique. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, teacher performance, teacher motivation, education and training and teachers in the District Coordinator's Office for Education and Culture in Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency are in high condition, education and training has a significant effect on motivation, motivation has a significant effect on work performance Teachers, education and training have a significant effect on teacher performance. Education and training have a significant effect on teacher work performance, through motivation..
