Abstract

Turnover Intention is a mental or psychological choice that exists between an individual's approach to continuing or stopping work. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work fatigue, work stress and workload on turnover intention in non-PNS employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Service. The population and sample used in the research were all non-PNS employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Service, totaling 60 people using non-probability sampling techniques, more precisely saturated sampling. This research method is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used SPSS version 25. The results showed that Job Fatigue, Job Stress and Workload had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This paper aims to comprehend how training, employee loyalty, and organizational culture affect workers' achivment. An in-depth explanation of the elements that directly improve worker performance will be provided by this article. A systematic literature review (SLR) is used in this process. 30 papers were found through the use of the keywords "training, employee loyalty, organizational culture, and work performance" in a database that was obtained from Google Scholar publications. These articles were then assessed for this study. The application of articles discussing how training, employee loyalty, and organizational culture affect workers' achivment. This literature will show various types of different influences on work performance. The research results show that the resulting role of training, loyalty and organizational culture - from several literature reviews is proven to have a positive influence on work performance. This literature is also influenced by training, employee loyalty and organizational culture which is proven to have an influence on work performance. This is a finding in this research and can become a framework for empirical conceptual research

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of real work in terms of quality and quantity achieved. Some literature on improving performance still has inconsistencies such as organizational culture. In several articles it has been proven to have a positive influence, however, other research has not been proven to have an effect on teacher performance. The aim of this research is to analyze organizational culture, self- efficacy, and work discipline on teacher performance. The research methodology involved 55 high school respondents with a sampling technique using a census sample. while data processing uses SPSS version 23. The results of the research show that organizational culture can be concluded that the hypothesis is proven to have an effect on teacher performance, but self-efficacy and work discipline on teacher performance can be concluded that the hypothesis is not proven to have an effect on teacher performance. The results of several literature reviews provide an in-depth understanding of the positive relationship between the influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy and work discipline on teacher performance, and these findings can be used as a reference for future empirical research.

Abstract

Affective commitment is an attachment of emotional feelings from employees who can contribute to the organization that can lead to good behavior in an effort to improve organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and transformational leadership on affective commitment mediated by person organizational fit. This study used quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques involving 51 respondents in the Regional Inspectorate of Bantul Regency, while processing data using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results showed that servant leadership and transformational leadership were not proven to have a positive effect on affective commitment, but servant leadership and transformational leadership were proven to have a significant positive effect on person organizational fit, person organizational fit had a significant positive effect on affective commitment and able to mediate between servant leadership and transformational leadership on affective commitment.
