Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information technology adoption on knowledge sharing intention by involving the leadership style variable as a mediator. The sample of this research was taken from 102 lecturers of a private university in Indonesia using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 software as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that information technology adoption has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing intention, either directly or through leadership style mediation. Therefore, leadership style can be a variable mediator that strengthens the influence of information technology adoption on knowledge sharing intention.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of brand leadership (consisting of the dimensions of quality, value, innovation, and popularity) perceived by consumers of an e-commerce website on customer satisfaction among private college students. The sample of this research was taken from 1026 students using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality dimension has the most influence to drive customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity. The study notes that consumers have logical opinions on leading brands even when they are not yet popular. Online reviews and word-of-mouth reviews can be used to increase brand popularity based on the best product quality.

The questionnaire, designed as a self-reported survey, was distributed to permanent employees of a manufacturing company in the automotive sector. Data was collected from 203 employees. The hypothesis was tested using structural equation modeling. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee innovative work behavior and motivation to learn to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the effect of transformational leadership on employees' innovative work behavior as well as the impact of innovative work behavior variables. Abstract

Effective supply chain management (SCM) has become a potentially valuable way to secure competitive advantage and improve organizational performance because competition is no longer between organizations but between supply chains. This study examines the relationship between the influence of SCM practices on competitive advantage and organizational performance. The data for this study were collected from 165 employees in one of the MSMEs in the Agroindustry in Indonesia. Survey data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results suggest that higher levels of SCM practices can lead to increased competitive advantage and improved organizational performance. Also, competitive advantage can have a direct positive impact on organizational performance. This study also confirms the mediating effect of competitive advantage on the relationship between SCM practices and organizational performance.
