Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di daerah tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar (3T) yang menghadapi keterbatasan infrastruktur, tenaga pendidik, serta sarana pendukung pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model pendidikan inklusif berbasis teknologi yang dapat memperkuat akses pendidikan bagi ABK di daerah 3T melalui analisis kesiapan guru, ketersediaan infrastruktur, serta kesesuaian perangkat teknologi dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, orang tua, dan siswa ABK sebagai partisipan, serta mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru terhadap teknologi asistif berada pada kategori tinggi (76%), namun keterampilan teknis masih terbatas (68%) dan ketersediaan infrastruktur rendah (55%). Selain itu, kebutuhan terhadap perangkat asistif mencapai 82%, tetapi kesesuaian perangkat dengan kebutuhan anak baru 56%, meskipun integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum sudah cukup kuat (83%). Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya kesenjangan antara kesiapan sumber daya manusia dengan sarana fisik, sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi peningkatan penyediaan perangkat asistif, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, serta kolaborasi multi-stakeholder untuk mendukung keberlanjutan implementasi. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penguatan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif berbasis teknologi dan memberikan kontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs).

Abstract

Digital economy transformation has become one of the key factors in encouraging the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. As a contributor to more than 60% of GDP, MSMEs face the challenge of adapting to digitalization, especially in inclusive financial management. This research aims to: (1) analyze the readiness of MSMEs to adopt digital-based financial management, (2) identify effective strategies to increase global competitiveness, and (3) develop a conceptual framework for the transformation of the MSME digital economy towards the international market. The research method uses a mixed methods approach, with quantitative data collection through surveys of 300 MSMEs in four regions of Indonesia, as well as qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 30 MSME actors and stakeholders. Quantitative analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while qualitative data was analyzed through thematic analysis. The results showed that digital readiness had a significant effect on inclusive financial management with a path coefficient of 0.65 (p < 0.01), and inclusive financial management contributed to an increase in operational efficiency of up to 38%. In addition, the integration of digital technology encourages the acceleration of transactions and global market access. The qualitative findings confirm that MSMEs that adopt digital financial applications are better able to expand international networks through e-commerce platforms. This study emphasizes that policy interventions, digital financial literacy, and access to inclusive services are key factors in strengthening the global competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs.

Abstract

CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia is one of the companies that has adopted the application of information technology. In the process of its implementation, CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia has not yet had an assessment that became an evaluation process of the management or application of information technology in it. Therefore, an assessment process is needed on the governance and management of the information technology it adopts. To support the assessment process, it is assisted by a framework that can be used as a tool during the assessment process, namely using COBIT 2019. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive method that can describe an event that is happening now through measurement. APO12 and BAI09 sub-domains were obtained based on the mapping results. From the mapping results on the RACI chart and capability level, APO12 is at level 3. As for BAI09, it is at level 2. From the mapping process to the strategic objectives of CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia has a main focus, namely governance on services and a focus on risk management. This result will form a Critical Success Factor (CSF) which will be a direction in providing recommendations as advice given. On the other hand, there is also a website in the form of a dashboard which is a tool to visualize the results of this assessment process.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) outline the Tahfidzul Quran programs at MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah and MA Al-Fathmiyah Lamongan, 2) examine how each school manages the survival of their Tahfidzul Quran programs, and 3) compare the differences in management approaches between the two schools. It employs a qualitative methodology with a multi-site study design, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Analysis follows Huberman's method, involving data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings indicate that while MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah's Takhassus Tahfidz program is internally managed, MA Al-Fathimiyah's program is overseen by LPTQ and implemented within a formal institution. Additionally, MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah's program is integrated with the boarding school, while MA Al-Fathimiyah's is executed by the formal institution on behalf of LPTQ, which is owned by the Foundation.

Abstract

Indonesia's rapid digital transformation has led to an increase in the use of electronic systems in various sectors, but has not been accompanied by adequate regulatory readiness and legal infrastructure to protect people's personal data. The rise of data leakage incidents shows the weakness of the national data protection system, both normatively and institutionally. This research aims to analyze the legal challenges in the implementation of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and formulate normative solutions and policies that are adaptive to the development of digital technology. This research uses a normative legal approach with document analysis methods, statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Data was collected through literature study, regulatory analysis, case studies, and semi-structured interviews with relevant experts. The results show that the implementation of the PDP Law still faces structural challenges, including the absence of an independent supervisory authority, regulatory disharmony between sectors, and low public digital literacy. In addition, regulations have not been responsive to technological developments such as big data and artificial intelligence that bring new dimensions to the risk of privacy violations. This research recommends strengthening supervisory institutions, harmonizing sectoral regulations, and increasing public education on personal data rights as strategic steps towards an effective and adaptive cyber legal system in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially social media, has brought significant changes in the way businesses operate and interact with customers. In the era of digital business, social media has become one of the important tools in building digital business loyalty with its customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social media in increasing customer loyalty in digital businesses. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by a literature study obtained from Google Scholar and social media from Shopee’s E-commerce digital business. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. The results showed that social media plays a role in increasing customer loyalty by increasing customer satisfaction and service quality through customer interaction, promotional media, offering gifts, and sharing interesting content.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of a Web-Based Employee Attendance Information System on a CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia. The application of information technology in employee attendance management has become an increasingly urgent need in various organizations, including CV companies. Syntax Corporation Indonesia faces the challenge of efficient and accurate attendance management. The Information System developed in this study is designed to facilitate recording and monitoring employee attendance and allow real-time data access through an intuitive web interface. This research includes needs analysis, system design, software development, and practical implementation of the Employee Attendance Information System. The development method used is a software development life cycle model that includes requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results of this study show that the Web-Based Employee Attendance Information System implemented in CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia has improved the efficiency and accuracy of attendance management. Employees can easily record their attendance through the web interface, while management can access real-time attendance data and generate relevant reports. In addition, implementing this Information System also allows for more effective attendance monitoring, detection of unauthorized attendance, and taking appropriate actions per company regulations.

Abstract

Background: Syria is one of many Arab countries in the Middle East that are undergoing revolution and civil war. It was motivated by the authoritarian attitude of the government and the economic downturn that occurred until there was popular resistance to Bashar al-Assad's regime. This conflict in Syria has attracted worldwide attention, because one of these cases in Syria has entered into the most glaring case today, namely regarding human rights violations. Aim: This paper is intended to discuss the role of the United Nations (UN) in human rights violations in the Syrian conflict, the conflict in Syria the ruling government that uses the tools of the state (military) to deal with protests by its people, thus, triggers a domestic battle between the government (the ruling regime of Bashar al-Assad) and the civilians. Method: This paper uses qualitative research techniques with role theory analysis, with  a realist theory approach, namely by describing the roles of international organizations (United Nations) where through secondary data, produce descriptive data according to analysis and existing facts of the subject or object observed. Findings: Efforts by the UN and the international community to uphold human rights in Syria are to send former UN secretary-general Kofi Annan to trade in Syria, as well as the Arab League, which calls for opposition groups to unite and proposes the establishment of a transitional government on the proposal of the UN.

Abstract

Development Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) has rapidly open opportunity transformation in system education , especially in developing countries . However , integration technology This present challenge ethical , gap infrastructure and inequality digital literacy . Research This aim For formulate framework Work ethical use implementing Generative AI inclusive and responsible answer in system education national . Method research used​ is studies qualitative with multi- case approach in Indonesia, Kenya, and Bangladesh. Data collected through interview deep with stakeholders interest education , analysis document policies , as well as observation on the project pilot AI integration in schools . Research results show that success Generative AI integration is very depends on three main pillars : (1) clarity policy ethics AI usage , (2) readiness digital infrastructure and training educators , as well as (3) data protection and rights students . Framework proposed work​ covers guide practical based principle justice , transparency , and inclusiveness . Study This expected can become reference for developing countries in build ecosystem adaptive education​ to technology without sacrifice values ethics and justice social .
