Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of business ethics and strategic management in companies in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. Data analysis is inductive / qualitative and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization, namely triangulation (combined) techniques. The results of the study found that the analysis of the implementation of business ethics and strategic management in companies in Indonesia confirms that business ethics is a very important aspect for the survival of the company. Companies that apply business ethics well can build trust from colleagues, the community, and customers, which is an important capital to maintain business continuity. Therefore, companies have a responsibility to maintain and improve standards of business ethics to achieve sustainable growth. On the strategic management side, its role is also very important in achieving the company's long-term goals, adapting to changes in the business environment, and directing human resources. By implementing good business ethics and effective strategic management, companies in Indonesia can better face business challenges and contribute to sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digitization on the quality of administrative services in Karangwangi Village, Cirebon, amidst the government’s smart village initiative aimed at improving public service efficiency and village governance. The research aims to analyze community satisfaction, identify challenges in digitalization implementation, and provide strategic recommendations for enhancement. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with village officials and residents, direct observations of digital service usage, and review of relevant documents. Findings reveal that while digitization has positively influenced service speed and transparency, significant obstacles remain, including limited digital literacy among residents, inadequate technological infrastructure, and insufficient training for village officials. Community satisfaction with digital services is generally high, yet access and information transparency need improvement. The study concludes that to maximize the benefits of digital administration, efforts must focus on enhancing infrastructure, expanding training programs for officials and residents, and increasing socialization about digital services. This research offers valuable insights for policy makers and village governments seeking to optimize digital transformation in rural public services and supports broader efforts to modernize administrative functions at the village level.

Abstract

Desa Ondorea merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Nangapanda, Kabupaten Ende, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang mengakui keberadaan Fungsionaris Adat sebagai mitra pemerintah desa dalam memelihara dan  memanfaatkan  kekayaan desa dalam pembangunan dan kesejahteraan  masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian  lapangan (kualitatif)  yang dalam penelitian  disebut penelitian yuridis  empris yaitu penelitian dilakukan dengan cara terjun langsung kelapangan penelitian untuk mengumpulkan informasi sebagai suatu fakta yang dibutuhkan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan wawancara dari narasumber-narasumber yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kedudukan fungsionaris adat Desa Ondorea sebagai pembantu pemerintah desa, sebagai wadah permusyawaratanuntuk membantu menyelesaikan persoalan dan sebagai pihak yang mengambil bagian dalam pembangunan desa, sertaterdapat duafungsionaris adat di Desa Ondorea didalamnya yakni  kepala suku dan mosalaki, dimana kedua fungsionaris adat ini memiliki peran  masing-masing dalam pembangunan desa, kepala suku menjalankan perannya sebagai pihak yang ikut bagian dalam musyawarah pembangunan desa dan ikut sertadalam pelaksanaan pembangunan desa sedangkan mosalaki yang memiliki peran dalam mengurus tanah ulayat, pemimpin ritual adat dan penyelesaian konflik dalam masyarakat.(2)Faktor penghambat peran fungsionaris adat saat pembangunan desa adalah kurangnya komunikasi, kurangnya kesadaran hukum dan kurangnya partisipasi fungsionaris adat.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan guna memberikan kepuasan masyarakat menjadi strategi utama bagi organisasi pelayanan administratif di Indonesia salah satunya Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil. Suatu pelayanan dinilai memuaskan apabila pelayanan tersebut dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan publik dapat menjadi indikator yang dapat menentukan kepuasan masyarakat dalam memperoleh kebutuhannya dalam hal pemenuhan atas hak-hak administratif penduduk dan perlindungan yang berkenaan dengan penerbitan dokumen kependudukan Pemerintah menerbitkan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik dalam rangka memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik dari para aparatur pemerintah. Terwujudnya pelayanan publik yang berkualitas merupakan memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik dari para aparatur pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan penggalian secara langsung dari sumbernya yakni mengkaji Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pelayanan Publik dalam Konteks Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Manggarai. Pelayanan publik yang di berikan dispendukcapil Kabupaten Manggarai kurang maksimal Faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan Undang-undang No.25 Tahun 2009 dalam konteks pelayanan publik di bidang kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil di kabupaten Manggarai terdapat beberapa factor yang menghambat proses pencatatan sipil yaitu : Sarana dan prasarana yang kurang

Abstract

Inspektorat mempunyai tugas membantu Bupati dalam membina dan mengawasi pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan Daerah dan tugas pembantuan oleh perangkat Daerah. Permasalahan dan tujuan skripsi adalah: (1) Seberapa jauhkah pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malaka? (2) Apa faktor penghambat pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malaka terhadap kinerja dan keuangan Daerah?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yakni mengenai ketentuan pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam menganalisis suatu kejadian, fenomena atau keadaan sosial dalam suatu daerah. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanan tugas dan fungsi Pengawasan Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malaka terhadap Kinerja dan Keuangan Daerah melalui Audit, Review, Evaluasi dan Pemantauan, bertujuan untuk Penyusunan Laporan Hasil Pengawasan. Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorat daerah Kabupaten Malaka harus ada sedikit peningkatan pada bidang auditor dan penambahan sarana dan prasarana serta tambahan anggaran untuk pengawasan yang beresiko tinggi. Harus tepat waktu dalam penyampaian laporan hasil pemeriksaan, dan semakin menurunnya jumlah atau tingkat penyalahgunaan keuangan, serta tercapainya program kerja pengawasan tahunan sehingga hasil laporan dapat ditindak lanjuti secara maksimal. (2) Faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan inspektorat daerah Kabupaten Malaka terhadap kinerja dan keuangan Daerah yaitu Keterbatasan anggaran, Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang bisa memfasilitasi kegiatan pengawasan serta kurangnya sumber daya manusia/auditor dalam pelaksanaan seluruh program kegiatan.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pemerintah negara berdasarkan Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dalam rangka melaksanakan tujuan negara yakni mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Pulau Sumba di Nusa Tenggara Timur mempunyai potensi pariwisata  yang sangat besar, ini menjadi perhatian untuk pemerintah agar lebih memperhatikan destinasi wisata agar dapat dikembangkan dengan baik. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1)Sejauh Manakah Pengembangan Potensi Pariwisata oleh Pemerintah Desa dalam Peningkatan Perekonomian Desa di Desa Umbu Pabal Selatan dan Desa Umbu Pabal, Kecamatan Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat, Kabupaten Sumba Tengah? (2) Apakah Yang Menjadi Faktor Penghambat Pengembangan Potensi Pariwisata oleh Pemerintah Desa Dalam Peningkatan Perekonomian Desa di Desa Umbu Pabal Selatan dan Desa Umbu Pabal, Kecamatan Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat, Kabupaten Sumba Tengah? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, yakni penelitian yang datanya langsung diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian terhadap responden 20 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan potensi pariwisata oleh pemerintah desa di desa umbu pabal selatan dan desa umbu pabal mulai dari tahap perencanaan sammpai pada tahap pengevaluasi belum dikembangkan secara baik. Faktor penghambat pengembangan potensi pariwisata oleh pemerintah desa di desa umbu pabal selatan dan desa umbu pabal, yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia aparatur pemerintah desa yang masih minim, promosi potensi pariwisata oleh dinas pariwisata dan ketrampilan masyarakat memberdayakan potensi pariwisata yang ada di desa.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially social media, has brought significant changes in the way businesses operate and interact with customers. In the era of digital business, social media has become one of the important tools in building digital business loyalty with its customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social media in increasing customer loyalty in digital businesses. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by a literature study obtained from Google Scholar and social media from Shopee’s E-commerce digital business. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. The results showed that social media plays a role in increasing customer loyalty by increasing customer satisfaction and service quality through customer interaction, promotional media, offering gifts, and sharing interesting content.

Abstract

Advances in information technology provide a fairly rapid influence in the world of education to improve learning outcomes where the use of IT makes it easier for users to use it anywhere and anytime. One of the desires of students or parents for children's learning outcomes is to obtain optimal grades and be able to support them to achieve their goals. One way is by adding learning through online learning applications that are available in various types. Therefore, researchers want to find out more about the effectiveness of learning through online learning applications. The aim is to find out whether or not the use of online learning applications is effective in improving student learning outcomes at school X Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling and totaled 40 respondents. The data received will be processed carefully so that the research results show that online learning applications have an effectiveness valued in improving student learning outcomes and the effectiveness of learning through online learning applications is quite good.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of cyberloafing and organisational commitment on the performance of employees in the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs of Kuningan District (Dinas et al.), as well as to gain an understanding of the moderating influence of self-control in the relationship between cyberloafing and organisational commitment on employee performance. This research is motivated by frequent cases where employees engage in cyberloafing, negatively affecting their performance. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method, utilising a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Using the random sampling method, the research sample consists of 70 randomly selected department employees. The SPSS program is used to analyse the data in this research. The research results indicate a negative and significant influence between cyberloafing and employee performance, while organisational commitment positively influences employee performance. Additionally, the test of the interaction of self-control as a moderator in the relationship between cyberloafing and organisational commitment on employee performance shows that self-control weakens the influence of cyberloafing on employee performance. In conclusion, individuals with high levels of self-control can reduce potentially harmful negative actions.
