Abstract

Pelatihan dan bimbingan dalam pembuatan LKS berbasis digital bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan edupreneurship guru dan peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengadopsi metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan serangkaian siklus. Siklus pertama, dikenal sebagai KUPAR (Know, Understanding, Plan, Action, dan Reflection). Evaluasi data dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang disebarkan kepada peserta. Hasil dari kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan keterampilan guru terkait edupreneurship dan pembuatan LKS Digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan Wizer.Me mengalami peningkatan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Mayoritas peserta sudah memiliki pengetahuan tentang Canva sebelum pelatihan, namun setelah pelatihan dan bimbingan, mereka mampu meningkatkan nilai desain LKS Digital mereka, menjadikannya lebih menarik dan bernilai. Sebelumnya, guru hanya merancang LKS Digital berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dan karakteristik materi, namun setelah pelatihan, hasilnya jauh lebih menarik dan memiliki nilai tambah. Sehubungan dengan pengenalan dan penggunaan situs web Wizer.Me, sebelum pelatihan, guru sama sekali tidak familiar dengan platform tersebut. Namun setelah pelatihan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan Wizer.Me meningkat hingga mencapai 82%, meskipun beberapa peserta masih perlu mengoptimalkan fitur-fitur yang tersedia di Wizer.Me. Dalam hal penerapan LKS Digital dalam pembelajaran, mayoritas guru telah memahami pentingnya menggunakan LKS Digital dalam proses pembelajaran, mencapai tingkat 84%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the perceptions of primary school teacher education students regarding STEAM. The type of research used in research is a qualitative-descriptive type of research. A questionnaire, consisting of 4 question items with multiple-choice answers and 48 statement items using a Likert scale. The collected data was transmitted in the form of questionnaire data to 100 students in the fifth semester of the Primary School Teacher Education UKI Toraja. The researcher then analyzed the data that had been collected. The results showed that, on average, students heard the term STEAM for the first time and only knew courses in the field of STEAM separately. The perception of the students towards STEAM regarding attitudes, opinions, and the environment is good. The students' motivation and belief to take courses in the STEAM area are already visible. The students are also very interested in studying STEAM courses and do not find these courses too difficult. The students also agree that the knowledge acquired in STEAM can help in developing a future career as a teacher. From an environmental point of view, however, the student's perception is positive that the curriculum, the facilities, the parents/relatives, and the lecturers strongly support STEAM learning.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the role of literacy in increasing reading interest in 3rd grade elementary school students. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. The informants of this study were the principal, the homeroom teacher, and 3rd grade elementary school students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation The collected data is then processed through the phases of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the literacy program was good at increasing reading interest in 3rd grade elementary school students. The role of literacy is very important in increasing students' interest in reading in Grade III. The literacy program is phased, with an emphasis on the habituation phase (15-minute reading), the development phase (answers to enriching books), and the learning phase (linking literacy in all subjects). From this, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of the school literacy movement supports the increase in the students' interest in reading. Therefore, the implementation of literacy in primary schools needs to be improved, not only for reading skills but also for other literacy.

Abstract

Teaching is a component of the success of education. Technological knowledge (TK) or technological knowledge, which is one of the frameworks of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK), is knowledge that students possess in order to be able to transmit or impart content to facilitate understanding for students. The aim of this study was to identify the kindergarten students of prospective primary school teachers in elementary science learning. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The research population are the students of the UKI Toraja Elementary School Teacher Education Class of 2019. While the research sample consists of students who have taken the courses Introduction to School Fields, Science Learning Development, and Computer Applications, there are no less than 72 respondents. The instrument used is an instrument developed from the research of Akyuz, Desstya, and Mishra, tested for validity and reliability and specially designed for the elementary school level. Data processing is done using the Microsoft Excel application, where the collected data is then searched for the average score per indicator and category. The results of the study showed that the average overall TK of the primary school teacher candidates in elementary science instruction was 7,3. From these results, it can be concluded that the kindergarten teacher candidates for primary school are classified as "high" in science lessons.
