Abstract

This research aims to create an accounting information system for receipts and disbursements. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature related to the problem. The results of research conducted at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera showed that the processing of receipts and disbursements data was still done manually, so it was necessary to design an accounting information system to facilitate these activities. The Waterfall method is used for software development. The models used are Flowmap, Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams which are then implemented using web programming language and MySQL as the database. This research resulted in the creation of an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera by facilitating the process of data entry, data processing and reporting. By making this system capable of producing reports more efficiently, quickly, easily and accurately.

Abstract

Loan information systems at banks have the goal of providing the best loan services to customers and being able to improve bank operations. This study aims to design and create a bank lending information system application with a case study at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan West Bandung Branch. The research method was conducted qualitatively by conducting interviews, observation, and literature study. The software development method used is the prototype. The design of a bank information system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and is implemented with the programming language PHP and My SQL as a database. Application test with the black box. With this application as a means of processing banking data, it can run quickly and optimally.

Abstract

Krenies Indonesia is a snack food supplier company for resellers - resellers inIndonesia. That way sales at Krenies Indonesia are very important to know theturnover in the form of sales reports, as a promotional medium, and orders.Unfortunately, recording and processing Krenies Indonesia sales data are stillmanual, so it takes a relatively long time. To optimize the computer technology thatis already available, the purpose of this study is to build a design of a snack salesinformation system using a website as a medium for promotion, recording, andreporting of sales. The data collection method that the researcher uses is interviews,observations, literature studies, and internet studies. This system approach methoduses a prototype that has advantages in developing the system to be made, time andcommunication to the user will play an active role. By designing Data FlowDiagrams (DFD) and using the PHP programming language and Mysql database,it produces 2 features or facilities, namely for admins and for customers. Processingand recording sales make it easier for admins and customers to place orders.

Abstract

Melaporkan jumlah penyakit adalah kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan oleh petugas di seluruh sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam Sistem E-Klaim BPJS terdapat pelaporan 20 besar penyakit. Oleh karena itu, penulis merasa terdorong untuk merancang sistem informasi pelaporan 20 besar penyakit pasien BPJS rawat jalan agar petugas dapat lebih mudah membuat laporan penyakit terbesar. Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung, sekarang masih menggunakan Website E-Klaim BPJS untuk memperoleh laporan 20 besar penyakit pasien BPJS rawat jalan sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya Website yang sulit diakses karena terkendala sinyal atau banyaknya orang yang mengakses Website tersebut. Metode Waterfall digunakan dalam mengembangkan perangkat lunak ini. Perancangan pada aplikasi ini, dimulai dengan pembuatan Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram(ERD) lalu diterapkan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 dan disimpan pada media penyimpanan Microsoft Access. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini yaitu dapat memudahkan petugas dalam membuat pelaporan 20 besar penyakit pasien BPJS rawat jalan dengan cepat dan tepat. Sistem informasi pelaporan 20 besar penyakit pasien BPJS rawat jalan nantinya dapat langsung diakses disistem informasi manajemen milik Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung.

Abstract

Merealisasikan sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik dalam pembuatan laporan 10 besar penyakit pada pasien rawat inap, memerlukan sistem pelaporan yang terintegrasi. Pelaporan rumah sakit x masih dikerjakan dengan manual menggunakan Software Microsoft Excel untuk membuat laporan 10 besar penyakit pada pasien rawat inap, sehingga pembuatan laporan membutuhkan waktu sedikit lama dan mengakibatkan tidak efektif karena harus melakukan pengisian data kedalam Microsoft Excel satu per satu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat rancangan sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik agar menghasilkan laporan 10 besar penyakit rawat inap di rumah sakit x menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic bertujuan untuk memudahkan petugas dalam pembuatan laporan. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara mengumpulkan data berupa, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Penerapan metode agile pada penelitian dilakukan sebagai pengembangan perangkat lunak, terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan seperti requirement, design, develovment, testing, deployment. Perancangan yang di lakukan memakai flowmap diagram, diagram konteks, DFD, dan ERD. Berdasarkan hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi di rumah sakit x pelaporan 10 besar penyakit menjadi terintegrasi serta mempermudah petugas dalam pembuatan laporan. Tersedianya sumber informasi kesehatan yang mudah diakses dan akurat.

Abstract

PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion is a company engaged in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of gas turbines on an airplane engine. The research conducted to design Payment Transaction Proof Filing Information System at PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion with the aim of producing a web-based application that plays a role in digitally collecting documents that were previously done manually. The research method for developing these applications uses SDLC (Problem identification, Data analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance) & UML. This web application uses MYSQL & APACHE as a local server and is created using PHPRAD. UML plays a role in representing the workflow of a system. The result of this research is a web-based proof of payment transaction archiving application that aims to make it easier for workers when archiving, such as searching and storing documents so that it can be done digitally.

Abstract

Petty cash is a company-provided fund for operational activities with a relatively small nominal amount. When processing petty cash at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera still uses Microsoft Excel, which makes the company's performance less effective in managing petty cash. Therefore, the authors designed a web-based cash accounting information system with the programming language PHP and My SQL as a database. The research method used is qualitative. Data and information were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature research. The software development method used is the waterfall model, where the phases from system analysis to system maintenance are sequential and cannot be done randomly. With the existence of a computerized system, the company's performance in terms of petty cash management is expected to become more effective.

Abstract

The tax information system is an effort to improve tax services, by making changes to the use of information technology and information systems, one of which is Income Tax. In carrying out its activities, Dinas Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat found a process for recording tax transaction data still using an input process with Microsoft Excel. The author has found the best solution for processing daily transaction lists at the Highways and Spatial Planning Office, the solution is in the form of a web with the PHP programming language and MySQL database called E-Bimatax "Electronic Bima Taxation". The author conducted this research using a qualitative approach. It is hoped that this research will provide very important benefits for the input process to be carried out.

Abstract

The accountability report is one of the important indicators to know the performance of the APBD in a government agency. The process of preparing accountability reports in the planning and finance department still uses Microsoft Excel, which still brings many obstacles. Some of these obstacles show that the planning and finance departments have not optimized today's information technology, so the production of accountability reports has not been effective. Therefore, this study aims to design an information system for accountability reporting in the Planning and Finance Department of the Regional Secretariat of Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques using qualitative methods. The method for designing the accountability report system is uses the waterfall method, which consists of five phases. The design of this information system is web-based, using flowmap modeling and data flow diagrams, and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. It is hoped that this information system will facilitate budget entry and produce accurate and understandable accounting reports. This information system is expected to facilitate recording of budgets and produce accountability reports that are accurate and easy to understand.

Abstract

A technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs' Directorate General for Social Rehabilitation, Sentra Wyata Guna Bandung is involved in the social sector, which includes disaster response and other humanitarian efforts in various parts of Indonesia. A cash disbursement system is one of Sentra Wyata Guna Bandung's accounting methods. Where in this company's cash disbursement system does it meet the head office's operational requirements? The activities of officers on business trips or assignments as duty obligations at the Wyata Guna Sentra take place outside of the area where work operations are carried out. It is possible to say that business travel activities occur quite frequently, which results in frequent cash transfers for business travel expenses. One fact emerged from the study's findings: the manual nature of the cash disbursement report processing meant that official travel cash disbursement reports were susceptible to loss and error. calculation: the goal of this research for the final project is to learn about the use of a cash disbursement accounting system for official travel expenses and to learn about reports of cash disbursements on web-based computerized business trips.
