Abstract

Indonesian Air Force Hospital Dr. M. Salamun Air Force Medical Service is a Level II military hospital in Bandung Regency, West Java. The problem encountered with the medical record lending system is that this hospital still uses the manual method of lending medical records, which is only entered in the expedition book, which causes delays in the lending of the medical records used for this by the Officials conduct problem, purpose of research This is done so that the lending information system can be computerized, which can make it easier for medical records unit officials to process loaned medical record files quickly, precisely and accurately. The type of research conducted is qualitative through observation, officer interviews and literature study with software development methods using the waterfall method. The design phase begins with the system requirements analysis phase, after which a flow map is created as the flow of the system process to be created, context diagram, data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram. Implement an information system that supports Microsoft Visual Basic and a Microsoft SQL Server database. The results of the draft lending information system carried out by the officials no longer recorded the lending of medical records in the expedition book. The officers felt supported by the computerized system as the work done was faster

Abstract

The activity of distributing medical record at the Linggar Health Center, Rancaekek is still being carried out manually by officers and recorded in the expedition book. So that problems arise, namely the lack of time efficiency because officers need more time and experience delays in processing data on distributing medical record files. Based on these findings, the authors designed an information system for the distribution of medical record files that could maximize the performance of officers so that officers were expected to be able to provide improved quality of service to patients. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, where the measurement of this research is not based on scores/numbers, but on the category of value or quality. Data collection techniques were carried out using direct observation, interviews with a total sample of 3 medical record officers, and a literature review. The stages of collecting data are carried out by direct observation of the research site. In the development method, using the waterfall method. Analysis of the needs of this design system is made through the stages of context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).

Abstract

In an effort to achieve the welfare of village communities, BUMDes carries out its activities in accordance with the business potential that exists in the village. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as business entities whose capital is wholly or largely owned by the Village have the obligation to manage assets, services and other businesses for the greatest welfare of the village community. One of the information needed by BUMDes is the presentation of financial information related to sales reports. One of the problems with recording sales is that it is still done manually, which is prone to recording errors which can make it difficult to calculate sales, this can disrupt BUMDes operations. Optimizing accurate sales reports using Microsoft Excel is the right choice, using this application will make the sales recording process more efficient and accurate. Microsoft Excel's various features, such as formulas and functions, make calculations easy and present sales reports in a neat and organized manner. So that recording errors can be reduced, operational efficiency can be achieved, and data reliability can be increased.

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penggajian Berbasis Web ini bertujuan memberikan kemudahan dalam proses perhitungan gaji setiap bulannya dan juga memberikan invoasi baru yakni laporan penilaian terkait karyawan yang memiliki kedisiplinan tinggi atau rajin dengan karyawan yang sering absen disetiap bulannya. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yakni, metode desktriptif dengan proses observasi, wawancara dan Studi Literatur. Dan juga didukung menggunakan metode pengembangan berupa metode Waterfall. Proses pencatatan dan perhitungan penggajian yang masih didukung dengan hanya Microsoft Excel saja membuat tidak efektif. Hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan beberapa masalah terkait kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, atau mengahsilkan perhitungan yang tidak sesuai. Oleh sebab itu, Kantor BPKAD Muaro Jambi membutuhkan lebih dari sekedar Microsoft Excel saja dalam proses perhitungan penggajian, yaitu berupa Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penggajian Berbasis Web dengan begitu peneliti berharap mampu memberikan kemudahan dan perhitungan yang lebih akurat serta efektif terhadap Kantor BPKAD Muaro Jambi.

Abstract

Through this research, it can be seen that the Center for Standardization and Services of the Cellulose Industry uses the SAKTI application in processing cash expenditure data. The SAKTI application itself was made by the Directorate General of Treasury where the application is used by all accounting entities and reporting entities of State Ministries or Institutions including the Center for Standardization and Cellulose Industry Services. This causes problems slowing down access to the SAKTI application due to the large number of entities using the SAKTI application at the same time. Therefore, a companion system planning is made in addition to the main system that is already running with the aim of making it easier for the expenditure treasurer to process cash expenditure transactions when the main system is experiencing problems. The methods used in the study include qualitative methods with descriptive characteristics. The data collection methods used include conducting observations, direct interviews and conducting literature reviews. Research design techniques using waterfall method  with Microsoft Visual Studio software. The design of the cash disbursement system created can help the finance department in processing cash expenditure transactions easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Based on research conducted that the Center for Standardization and Services of the Cellulose Industry has fully used a computerized system, namely the Central Civil Servant Salary Application (GPP). However, there are obstacles related to the system where there are often system updates that take a lot of time, thus hampering the salary calculation process. Referring to these problems, this study focuses on improving the employee payroll system that is more optimal and the system is able to provide convenience in controlling employee perfomance activites using the waterfall method. The waterfall method includes 5 stages including system requirements analysis, design, program code generation, testing and support or maintance. The waterfall methors has a sequential process and has a clear and detailed flow, so that unmet system needs will be analyzed indepth to be developed into a system that is in accordance with what is expected and on target. So the final result by applying the waterfall method to the system design made is the processing of employee payroll data more quickly and effectively and helps those who need information as quickly as possible.

Abstract

Customer Information File (CIF) is information that contains customer data, both personal and institutional. The purpose of this research is to create a CIF filing information system at Bank Tabungan Negara Margahayu Sub-Branch Office. Information collection is using qualitative methods, with a descriptive approach, namely conducting observations, interviews and literature studies. The results of research that has been conducted by researchers at Bank BTN KCP Margahayu Bandung with the existence of this CIF filing information system can help better manage CIF archives to make it easier to find the existence of CIF qssuickly and precisely. Customer service will input customer data which will then check the existence of the CIF to carry out a transaction. And the output of this system is the result of checking by customer service and a CIF report to the head of the sub-branch. So it is very easy to manage CIF using this information system compared to searching and checking manually which takes a very long time and is less accurate.

Abstract

Patient and family education forms are documents designed to provide information to patients about certain aspects related to health, treatment, or medical procedures that aim to increase the patient's understanding of their health condition, actions to be taken, and steps that need to be taken . Patient and family education forms at one hospital in Bandung City are still manual or conventional. This research aims to design an electronic-based patient and family education form to support the implementation of the move from manual medical records to electronic medical records and make it easier for officers to fill in data on patient education forms effectively and efficiently. The methods for collecting research data used include literature study, interviews, and observation with qualitative analysis. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The result of this research is a design for an electronic-based patient and family education form. So, with this system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of health services in hospitals and build the implementation of an electronic-based medical record system as regulated by Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022.

Abstract

Technology played an important role during the industrial revolution to help increase human activity and workforce in hospitals, in the emergency department triage installations were not yet computerized. There were problems found in the emergency department, there were incomplete triage entries and there were delays in the triage reporting process. With this, an information system is needed to improve the performance of nurses and doctors in making triage so that it is fast, complete and accurate. This research includes observation, interviews, and literature study with qualitative analysis. This program was created using the Black Box Testing method. This design produces an information system using methods that are able to assist the performance of nurses and doctors in making triage so that the reporting process carried out by officers produces accurate data. So, information systems are able to integrate services for increasing patients in hospitals.

Abstract

Through conducted research, it has been found that X Hospital in Bandung City has a computerized disease index reporting system. However, the data input still relies on manual input into Microsoft Excel by entering data one by one, which can result in data inconsistencies thus causing delays in generating disease index data report including those for the cardiology department. Therefore, there is a need for an electronic medical record information system for reporting heart disease indices, utilizing visual studio 2010 programming language and Microsoft access as the database. The objective is to facilitate staff in generating disease index reports and ensure the efectiviness and efficiency of the generated reports. To achieve this goal, the waterfall development method is employed, applying a sequential approach in software development from planning to structured and phased system testing. During this process, data is collected through qualitative data analysis with a descriptive approach, enabling a deeper understanding of the issues, exploration of user needs, and obtaining insights necessary for designing the system effectively. The application of this method result in an integrated disease index system that enhances efficiency and accurancy in reporting heart disease indexes, while reducing the risk of errors and delays in report generation.
