An investment gallery in a university becomes a teaching medium, especially for students in studying investment in the capital market. Transactions and processing of investor data at the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic Investment Gallery, Bandung are currently still done manually and not yet computerized so that the recapitulation of investment activities, search for investor data, and transaction reporting and investor activity data is not yet effective and efficient, so this study aims to design transaction applications. and web-based Investor activity data reporting at the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic Investment Gallery Bandung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The software development method uses the waterfall. Information system design using data flow diagrams and implementation with PHP programming language with bootstrap framework and My SQL database. It is hoped that the Investment Gallery application can make it easier for investors to get information and facilitate transactions and for users to make it easier to manage activities and report investment activities transactions.

CV Cilacap Indah Abadi is a company established in chicken stock. This company cooperates with several suppliers and chicken breeders spread across several sub-districts in Kebumen Regency. In addition to providing farm chickens, CV CIA also provides feed and medicine. This company still uses handwritten or manual recording, causing the process of company management, especially in the inventory field, to take a long time and is less efficient. Underlying the problem above, the company needs an information system that facilitates company performance based on/using a website to store records in the database. The research results are in a website application for poultry stock systems using/based on the CodeIgniter 3.1 framework.

This research was conducted at the Class II-A Banceuy Penitentiary. The problem in this research is the system of borrowing goods in the form of fixed assets which is still done traditionally. This research has a goal, namely to design a system for borrowing goods in the form of web-based fixed assets at the Class II-A Banceuy Penitentiary in Bandung. The waterfall method is used in this research. The data collection process was carried out using interviews and field observations. The next process is designing the database and UI, and then doing the coding process using the PHP and MySQL programming languages to create a database. The information system for borrowing goods in the form of fixed assets was created with features to view inventory data, input goods in, input goods out. The need for this functional system has been tested, and the process is in accordance with the existing business activities at the Class II-A Banceuy Penitentiary Bandung. The system helps so that the process of borrowing goods can be carried out easily by Banceuy prison staff and can also view inventory data, so that the performance and service felt by the staff are optimal. In the development of sience that is increasingly advance today, checking the completeness of the emergency instalation files at the Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital is still done manually and reports are still form of manual recording and only using Microsoft Excel. So to create effective and efficient data management and claim processing, an information system for the completeness of the ER file is needed to support BPJS claims using Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Access database. The research method used is qualitative using a descriptive approach using words. Techniques in collecting data are carried out through the interview stage, the observation stage, and the documentation stage in the field of work. Meanwhile, the development method used in this research is the waterfall method through the stages of designing Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) Level 0, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and then implementation. This design is expected to make it easier for officers to display the results of a complete report on whether or not a medical record file, optimal data claims, and improve the quality of medical record services.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, merancang dan membangun implementasi sistem informasi pelaporan data keluarga berencana dengan studi kasus di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dilengkapi dengan kajian pustaka yang memiliki relevansi dengan pokok permasalahan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah prototype. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, proses pengolahan data peserta Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) yang mana prosesnya menggunakan sistem lama, dimana seluruh persyaratan untuk mendapatakan bantuan harus diserahkan langsung kepada seperti pendamping dan pengurus sehingga persyaratan tersebut bisa hilang, sehingga banyak ditemui kesalahan-kesalahan dalam pengolahan data peserta Program Berencana yang berulang-ulang dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan penyimpanan data belum memakai database. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dibuat suatu perancangan sistem informasi pelaporan data keluarga berencana menggunakan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta My SQL sebagai database. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan blackbox. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini sebagai sarana pengolahan data keluarga berencana maka diharapkan proses pengolahan data tersebut dapat berjalan cepat dan optimal.

Kelurahan Antapani kidul merupakan sebuah wilayah administratif dibawah kecamatan. Kelurahan merupakan unsur pemerintahan yang berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat. Sistem informasi kepegawaian dibutuhkan sebagai penunjang informasi data data pegawai yang saling berinteraksi untuk mencapai tujuam yang ditargetkan. Sistem informasi pegawai di kelurahan antapani kidul belum terkompeterisasi dalam hal pelaporan. Dengan demikian, tujuan dilakukannya pembuatan website ini, yaitu merancang sistem informasi kepegawaian yang mempermudah proses pencatatan dan laporan. Metode penelitian dengan metode kualitatif serta menganalisis beberapa referensi. Menggunakan bahasa pemograman visual studio dan mysql sebagai database. Diharapkan sistem informasi kepegawaian yang dirancang pada penelitian ini dapat mempermudah para pegawai untuk pembuatan laporan atau pencatatan secara efisien.

The purpose of this research is to create an E-Archive of Documents on Bappelitbang the City of Bandung, that serves as a system for collecting information in the form of documents that are stored using computer technology shaped the electronic document with the aim that the documents are easily viewed, managed, found and used again. The research method we apply is SDLC (Problem Indentification, Data Analysist, Application Design, Testing and Implementation. An E-Document Archive is a web-based as well as using PHPRAD as the application program as well as the XAMPP Server in the form of Apache and MySQL as server local. While the Navigation Structure is used as a flow of a program as well UML and DFD are used to represent the process flow of work between functions. The results of this study are to facilitate archiving activities that previously had to archive manually, which could cause data to be damaged or even lost which could be caused by excess storage, maintenance cocts, and other factors, but with the E-Archive Document the resulting performance becomes effective and efficient.

Anggota PKK Kecamatan Batununggal memiliki kendala dalam mengumpulkan data warganya. Hal ini dikarenakan proses pengumpulan data warganya yang masih konvensional yaitu menggunakan kertas formulir. Kumpulan kertas formulir data warga ini menjadi masalah juga yaitu terjadi tumpukan kertas atau menjadi sampah di kantor kecamatan dengan berjalannya waktu. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan inovasi yang mengurangi masalah-masalah tersebut. Selain itu, dibutuhkan juga aplikasi yang user friendly sehingga anggota PKK yang notabene tidak terlalu melek teknologi dapat menggunakannya hanya 1-2 kali pelatihan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini berupaya meningkatkan Go Green dengan mengurangi penggunaan kertas dan memudahkan anggota PKK dalam mengumpulkan data dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh beberapa dosen Politeknik Piksi Ganesha dan 15 orang dari anggota PKK. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu pra-kegiatan, pelaksanaan, dan validasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi SIPEDAS BERANI yang terdiri dari 9 antarmuka. Realisasi ketercapaian dari kegiatan PkM adalah 100% aplikasi SIPEDAS BERANI dan 80,4% pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi.

Indonesian Air Force Hospital Dr. M. Salamun Air Force Medical Service is a Level II military hospital in Bandung Regency, West Java. The problem encountered with the medical record lending system is that this hospital still uses the manual method of lending medical records, which is only entered in the expedition book, which causes delays in the lending of the medical records used for this by the Officials conduct problem, purpose of research This is done so that the lending information system can be computerized, which can make it easier for medical records unit officials to process loaned medical record files quickly, precisely and accurately. The type of research conducted is qualitative through observation, officer interviews and literature study with software development methods using the waterfall method. The design phase begins with the system requirements analysis phase, after which a flow map is created as the flow of the system process to be created, context diagram, data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram. Implement an information system that supports Microsoft Visual Basic and a Microsoft SQL Server database. The results of the draft lending information system carried out by the officials no longer recorded the lending of medical records in the expedition book. PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion is a company engaged in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of gas turbines on an airplane engine. The research conducted to design Payment Transaction Proof Filing Information System at PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion with the aim of producing a web-based application that plays a role in digitally collecting documents that were previously done manually. The research method for developing these applications uses SDLC (Problem identification, Data analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance) & UML. This web application uses MYSQL & APACHE as a local server and is created using PHPRAD. UML plays a role in representing the workflow of a system. The result of this research is a web-based proof of payment transaction archiving application that aims to make it easier for workers when archiving, such as searching and storing documents so that it can be done digitally.
