Abstract

The RC-5 algorithm is an algorithm with the encryption method using the symmetric method and processing in the form of a cipher block, the same keywords are used for the encryption and decryption processes. The testing and analysis phase consists of a). Testing the execution time of the key generation process (set up key) b). Testing the success of the encryption and decryption process on the client-server integration method c). Testing the success of the encryption and decryption process using the file operation method d). Comparison of overhead/file size before and after passing through the system. The testing phase and execution time analysis are carried out when using the file operation method where the test will be divided into 3 parts, namely the execution time for the key setup process, the encryption process, and the decryption process. Testing the success of the encryption and decryption process on the client-server integration method is divided into 2 parts, namely testing the encryption process and the decryption process. In testing the encryption process, the characters that will be sent to the server will be encrypted first with a key to becoming a ciphertext in the form of integer data. The test results obtained are 1). The execution time for key generation (set up key) is very fast, around 9-10 ns. 2). In the encryption and decryption process, the execution time depends on the size of the plaintext file. The larger the plaintext file size, the longer the execution time. Where for a file with a size of 1 kb requires an execution time of 50.6 ms in the encryption process. 3). There is no difference between the size of the file before entering encryption and after decryption. Where for files with a size of 500 bytes before entering the encryption process, a file of 500 bytes will be generated from the decryption process.

Abstract

A library is one of the facilities provided by an institution or agency such as a school, college or region. The library functions as a place to store various book collections, educational, research, cultural, informative and also a place for recreation. The process of searching for books in the library takes a lot of time depending on the size of the library and the number of books available. Sometimes the book you are looking for is not owned by the library so visitors will spend a lot of time just looking for the book. For this reason, technological assistance is needed that can help in the process of searching for books in the library. Current technological developments are increasingly rapid because they adapt to human needs. Technology can help people solve problems quickly and easily, thereby saving time and energy. One way is to record all book catalogs in the library. The process of searching for books becomes easier because it can be done through the system by matching strings on the book title, author and publisher. One method that is suitable for searching book catalogs is sequential search with sentinel. Sequential search with sentinel is the process of comparing each array element one by one in a row starting from the first element until the element you are looking for is found or until the last element of the array. Sequential search can be performed on unsorted array elements or ordered array elements.

Abstract

Quality of Service (QoS) analysis is crucial for ensuring high-quality network performance. This study, conducted at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong, utilizes Wireshark version 2.0.4 to analyze QoS parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The research employs a quantitative methodology, collecting data through questionnaires and employing descriptive statistics using SPSS version 20. The findings reveal that the QoS index for the Office Building and Teachers' Room falls within the 'Satisfactory' category with values of 3.06 and 3.26, respectively. However, the LAB Room scores a lower QoS index of 2.45, categorized as 'Unsatisfactory.' Overall, the internet network quality at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong aligns with TIPHON standards, classifying as 'Less Satisfactory' with an average score of 2.92.

Abstract

Ordering goods to mobile distributors randomly without classifying the items that are in great demand by consumers is certainly very detrimental because it greatly affects the sale of goods, The solution to make it easier for shop owners to place orders to distributors in terms of selecting the type of goods that consumers are very interested in is by using an application using the method Rule Base Reasoning based on transaction data that has been done. Rule Base Reasoning is an expert system based on a set of rules that represent human knowledge and experience in solving complex cases and imitating human ability to make decisions and solve problems. Test results of the most sold cellphones are A12 as much as 97%, A1K 67%, Rodmin 8 Apro 53 and others ranging from 3% to 30%, Searching for similarity values ​​is enough to do for cases that have the same index as the new case, This system only stored in the database that has been provided and the input data received by the system is still limited.

Abstract

Tabot adalah upacara adat tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat Bengkulu sebagai bentuk pelestarian kearifan lokal. Promosi kearifan lokal melalui platform digital, terutama website, menjadi penting untuk memperkenalkan dan melestarikan tradisi budaya. Website promosi adat Tabot Bengkulu, yang berisi konten interaktif seperti video, gambar, dan artikel, bertujuan menarik minat pengguna. Sentimen pengguna terhadap website ini penting untuk memahami tanggapan mereka. Algoritma analisis sentimen, yang mempelajari hubungan antara kata-kata dan sentimen, dapat digunakan untuk berbagai tujuan, termasuk analisis opini publik dan pemasaran, meskipun penggunaannya dalam konteks kearifan lokal masih terbatas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Naive Bayes untuk klasifikasi sentimen. Data ulasan produk dikumpulkan dan diproses menggunakan teknik Pre-Processing seperti tokenisasi, Stemming, dan penghapusan Stopwords. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem ini adalah Python dengan pustaka scikit-learn sebagai alat utama untuk implementasi algoritma Naive Bayes. Sistem dibangun dengan spesifikasi yang mencakup pengolahan data teks dan visualisasi hasil analisis sentimen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem klasifikasi sentimen otomatis yang dibangun dapat mengklasifikasikan sentimen ulasan produk dengan akurasi yang memuaskan. Sistem ini berhasil membedakan antara ulasan positif, negatif, dan netral. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa metode Naive Bayes memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam klasifikasi sentimen dengan akurasi yang mencapai 67%. Sistem klasifikasi sentimen otomatis yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini mampu membantu dalam menganalisis sentimen. Dengan akurasi yang tinggi, sistem ini dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk memahami opini dan sentimen yang berkembang di dunia digital.

Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of LoRa and LoRaWAN or Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) and Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN). In this study, the application server is utilized using Telkom IoT. In its utilization, Telkom IoT can provide comprehensive results regarding LoRa quality of service capabilities such as bit rate, latency, and longitude and latitude data. Terrestrial measurements conduct tests in different areas with different conditions that cause different data obstruction, with several LoRa end-node points transmitting data with low bit-rate. For example, heart rate data. Some other parameters are the spreading factor (SF) and power consumption. Some parameters that determine the quality of transmitting data include the Spreading Factor and the Bandwidth used. From the analysis dan Experiment results, the Delay (ms) generated from measurements using RFM96 LoRa for IoT is around 0.02 seconds or 20 ms to around 0.05 seconds or 50 ms, and sometimes it can reach 0.07 ms to 0.09 ms. RSSI and SNR show the quality of the signal obtained which will provide a Quality of Service (QoS) value. From the measurement results using Telkom IoT in several times of data collection and testing, the average RSSI (-dBm) is at -110 dBm to -115 dBm. While SNR is at -10 dB to -16 dB.

Abstract

The Sumatra River Basin Office of Bengkulu City functions to have the task of implementing water resources management in river areas which include program preparation, construction implementation, operation and maintenance in the context of conservation and utilization of water resources and control of water damage in rivers, beaches, dams, lakes, lakes and other functions. The computer network at the Sumatra River Basin Office of Bengkulu City currently uses data transmission media on the network in the form of cables and wifi. The data transmission media on the network that is most widely used in daily work is the wifi network. The wifi network provides ease of use and tidiness in the room because it no longer uses cables. The convenience obtained by using wifi includes easy client additions, namely by connecting devices to the network via the specified SSID. In addition to the above, printers connected to the network can help employees in their daily work such as ease of printing reports another needs in work.

Abstract

SD Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu, a public elementary school in Sungai Serut District, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu, has been operating since January 1, 1974, under the Ministry of Education and Culture. With a total of 241 students, the school is guided by 12 expert teachers. Currently, SD Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu is led by Rita Susana. Recently, we conducted a basic computer introduction training for the students. This training aimed to introduce elementary school students to computer technology, covering computer components and typing in Microsoft Word. The methods used in this training included material delivery, live demonstrations, guided practice, and interactive activities emphasizing hands-on experience. The results of this training showed an improvement in students' knowledge and skills in basic computer usage. Additionally, the training successfully engaged students’ interest and motivation through interactive methods and games. To ensure students are prepared for future technological challenges, continuous learning and mentoring are recommended. SD Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu, sebuah sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Sungai Serut, Kota Bengkulu, Bengkulu, telah berdiri sejak 1 Januari 1974 di bawah naungan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Dengan jumlah 241 siswa, sekolah ini dididik oleh 12 guru yang ahli di bidangnya. Saat ini, SD Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu dipimpin oleh Rita Susana. Baru-baru ini, kami mengajarkan murid-murid sekolah tersebut pelatihan pengenalan dasar-dasar komputer bagi para siswanya. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi komputer kepada siswa sekolah dasar, mencakup pengenalan komponen komputer dan cara mengetik di Microsoft Word. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi langsung, praktik terbimbing, dan kegiatan interaktif yang menekankan praktik langsung. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam penggunaan dasar komputer. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga berhasil menarik minat dan motivasi siswa melalui metode interaktif dan permainan. Untuk memastikan siswa siap menghadapi tantangan teknologi di masa depan, disarankan agar pembelajaran dan pendampingan lanjutan terus dilakukan.

Abstract

Indonesia as a tropical and agricultural country, has various types of flora and fauna, one of which is chicken, chicken is one of the most widely farmed poultry because of its many benefits and advantages. As with other livestock, chicken has various types of diseases. For some farmers who want to raise chickens, especially lay people, they are faced with several problems, one of which is disease.One of the factors that causes losses is the lack of knowledge of farmers about diseases that attack chickens and how to treat them. Therefore, in this study, a web-based expert system application will be created to provide information about diseases and symptoms in chickens, as well as provide solutions and treatments using the Certainty Factor method.The use of this certainty factor method is to describe the level of confidence in the problem. The data needed in designing this expert system application are disease data, symptom data, and solution data on how to handle it.

Abstract

Mungkus fish (Sicyopterus stimpsoni) is a type of freshwater fish that is a typical mascot of Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. This fish lives in clear, fast-flowing waters, and is known for its ability to stick to rocks using a special structure on its stomach called cupak. Mungkus fish has high economic value and is consumed daily by the local community. However, high demand is not balanced with adequate availability, resulting in increasingly expensive prices. In addition, the lack of public knowledge regarding the assessment of fish freshness causes the risk of consuming fish that is not fresh, which has the potential to endanger health. Traditional assessment of fish freshness based on physical parameters such as eyes, gills, and meat texture is considered less accurate and requires special expertise. Therefore, this study proposes the use of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to classify the freshness of mungkus fish based on eye and gill images. CNN is able to extract complex features from images without the need for manual extraction. The application of this method is expected to provide an objective, efficient, and accurate solution in assessing the freshness of mungkus fish, as well as being beneficial for fishermen and consumers.
