Abstract

This study aims to examine the practice of differentiated learning carried out by Islamic Education (PAI) teachers at SMAN 2 Situbondo and to identify the obstacles encountered during its implementation. The research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while the validity of the data was ensured by applying source and technique triangulation, supported by reference materials and member checking. The process of data analysis involved stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that differentiated learning strategies covering content, process, and product have been applied in classroom instruction, yet challenges persist, particularly regarding teachers’ limitations in adapting strategies to the diverse needs of students. The study concludes that enhancing teachers’ competence in differentiated instruction is essential to minimize teaching stress and improve the overall effectiveness of the learning process.

Abstract

Fish roll merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan, sehingga produk ini memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan jika ikan dijual dalam bentuk mentah. Masalah potensial yang di hadapi, yaitu kurangnya inovasi dalam pengolahan perikanan terhadap daya tarik produk di pasar dan kepuasan konsumen, serta potensi inovasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan variasi produk di Desa Wirittasi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian, yaitu mensosialisasikan pelatihan diversifikasi pengolahan hasil perikanan; mendemonstrasikan cara pengolahan hasil perikanan menjadi fish roll dan melatih secara langsung; mendiskusikan untuk mengetahui respons masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan, bahwa materi pelatihan sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, terlihat dari antusias tinggi peserta, partisipasi aktif selama proses, dan kemauan mencoba kembali di rumah. UMKM dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Wirittasi, diharapkan dapat mengembangkan variasi produk perikanan baru yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi dengan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga maupun perekonomian desa.

Abstract

This study aims to explore employee perspectives on leadership and its impact on job satisfaction.Leadership is a crucial factor that shapes employees' perceptions and attitudes toward their work. Thisstudy uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques to explore employees' views on theleadership style implemented and its impact on job satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted thematicallyto identify patterns in employee perceptions. The results reveal that employees perceive communicative,fair, and supportive leadership as significantly enhancing their job satisfaction. Employees also emphasizethe importance of leaders who are able to listen to aspirations and provide clear direction. These findingsprovide valuable insights for management to develop leadership practices that are more responsive toemployee needs in order to improve job satisfaction and work productivity.
