Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of family income, number of family members, water use costs, length of time as a customer, yard area, other water sources, and installation costs on PDAM water demand in Purwokerto City. The research locations were four sub-districts in Purwokerto, including East Purwokerto, West Purwokerto, North Purwokerto, and South Purwokerto Districts. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that family income, number of family members, cost of water use, and yard area significantly positively affected PDAM water demand in Purwokerto City. Meanwhile, other water sources significantly negatively affect PDAM water demand. The length of time as a customer and installation costs do not affect PDAM water demand in Purwokerto City.

Abstract

Riset bertujuan untuk mengetahui variable karakteriatik pemilik UMKM yang memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahan terhadap pengambilan keputusan struktur modal UMKM di Kecamatan Wangon. Penelitian menggunakan teknik survey terhadap 100 responden. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan analisis moderasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat likuiditas berpengaruh positif. Untuk variable tingkat profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh. Sedangkan untuk tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negative pada struktur modal UMKM. Hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan tingkat Pendidikan memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas pada sturuktur modal UMKM, dimana semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan pemilik UMKM akan lebih slektif dalam pengambilan keputusan pemenuhan modal eksternal. Tingkat Pendidikan tidak memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan pada sturuktur modal UMKM.  Peneliti yang akan datang dapat menggunakan variabel karakteristik lain seperti pengalaman, umur, tujuan dan tingket pengembalian risiko yang memoderasi pengaruh variabel internal pada struktur modal UMKM.

Abstract

The service activity aims to help the Tiga Saudara Mushroom Snack Food Business which is located in Kalikesur Village, Kedungbanteng Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency in empowering its human resources to be more creative in entrepreneurship, so as to produce products that are more profitable. empowering its human resources to be more creative in entrepreneurship, so as to produce products that meet market needs. The method is carried out through mentoring, discussion, skills training, by providing material on the importance of the role of human resources in increasing entrepreneurial creativity. Results showed that based on the identification carried out more role is needed from business actors in order to increase creativity in entrepreneurship. Abstract

Tim Susu Kedelai Diakoni Gereja Kristen Indonesia D.I. Panjaitan berdiri sejak bulan Agustus 1995 dengan fokus usaha pada produk susu kedelai siap minum dalam kemasan plastik. Beberapa tahun terakhir, mitra mengalami permasalahan berupa penurunan omset penjualan, rusaknya peralatan produksi dan terbatasnya jangkauan pemasaran karena kesulitan mencari tenaga pemasar. Tim hibah Program Kemitraan Masyarakat memberikan solusi berupa penambahan peralatan produksi, pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha dan produksi varian produk baru, serta digital marketing supaya usaha mitra berkembang. Dengan bantuan peralatan, pelatihan dan pendampingan oeh tim PKM. maka mitra berhasil menambah varian produk baru berbahan dasar kedelai sebanyak 4 jenis yaitu tempe, susu bubuk, cookies dan sagon. Berbagai varian produk mitra berhasil terjual habis dan mendapat sambutan hangat dalam expo kewirausahaan di Universitas Wiayakusuma. Pelaksanaan PKM berdampak positif pada kemajuan mitra. Bantuan peralatan membuat proses produksi susu semakin lancar dan menghasilkan berbagai varian baru. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, maka mitra makin termotivasi mengembangkan usaha dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran melalui website mitra untuk pemanfaatan digital marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Pemberdayaan, dan Integrasi Teknologi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru sekolah menengah atas di Mandailing Natal, Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para guru dari berbagai sekolah di wilayah tersebut. Data yang terkumpul menjalani analisis statistik yang ketat, termasuk uji-t dan uji-F, untuk menilai signifikansi hubungan antara variabel independen dan produktivitas kerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara masing-masing dari Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Pemberdayaan, dan Integrasi Teknologi dan produktivitas kerja. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya menangani Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Pemberdayaan, dan Integrasi Teknologi secara bersama-sama untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja guru. Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance, Empowering, Technology Integration, produktivitas Kerja, Guru.

Abstract

SIBa was founded in June 2023. Initially, SIBa was divided into two classes. The Happy Mother School (SIBa) program aims to educate women to have a deeper understanding of their role in building a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family based on the principles of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah. Lack of digital literacy knowledge makes it difficult for many mothers to distinguish between true and false information, which can impact child-rearing patterns and family decision-making. Strengthening digital literacy for women is an urgent need so they are able to use technology wisely, productively, and safely. With digital literacy, women can be more selective in accessing information, protecting themselves and their families from the negative impacts of cyberspace. This training activity uses a participatory approach by combining several methods of lectures, case studies, direct practice, and question and answer. The result of this training is an increase in participants' knowledge in the use of digital literacy and healthy internet to support the process of educating children and knowing the correct information on the internet.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the significance of the influence of communication, work discipline, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at the Purbasari Pancuran Mas Purbalingga Educational Tourism Park. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of 100 employees. The sampling technique for this research used proportionate stratified random sampling to obtain a sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The analysis tool used is the SPSS statistical data processing application. The results of the research show that the variables of communication, work discipline, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Purbasari Pancuran Mas Purbalingga Educational Tourism Park. Based on the coefficient of determination of communication variables, work discipline, organizational culture and compensation have an influence of 61.20% on employee performance variables, while the remaining 38.80% is influenced by other variables. The implication of this research is that in an effort to continue to improve employee performance, management needs to implement appropriate policies in a way that maintains the communication process every day, increases employee work effectiveness, increases employee self-confidence and pays attention to the amount of incentives in accordance with work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the partial significance of the influence of work motivation, work discipline, organizational commitment, and competence on employee performance in DPKUKM Cilacap Regency. The sample in this study includes the entire population, consisting of 38 employees. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of this research is work motivation, organizational commitment, and competence have a significant positive effect on the performance of DPKUKM employees in Cilacap Regency. However, work discipline does not have a significant effect on the performance of DPKUKM employees in Cilacap Regency. The implications of this research suggest that DPKUKM Cilacap Regency needs to enhance employee performance by: 1) increasing work motivation by improving employee compliance with applicable regulations; 2) enhancing organizational commitment by strengthening the sense of family among employees; 3) improving competence by training employees in precision at work. Although work discipline does not significantly influence employee performance, DPKUKM Cilacap can improve punctuality in working hours through stricter monitoring of office entry, break, and departure times.
