This research is entitled the Influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Perfomoance (Study Of Palm Oil Harvest Workers At PT. Damai Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District). The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance PT. Damai Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District, (2) Effect of workload on employee performance PT. Damai Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District. This study uses an approach with quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all oil palm harvesting workers PT. Damai Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District. While the sample in this study amounted to 60 workers by determining the sample using a census technique. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the result of the study it is known that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the P-Values of 0,005 and the workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the P-Values of 0.005.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Promotion on Visiting Intensions at Sarlinda Cafe. (2) the effect Electronic Word of Mouth on Visiting Intensions at Sarlinda Cafe. This research is an Explanatory Research Model with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population in this study are people who have visited Sarlinda Cafe, which is 90 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on Partial least Squares (PLS) using the Smart-PLS 4.0 application. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is positive and significant influence between the Promotion variables on Visiting Intensions, as well as the Electronic Word of Mouth variable which has a positive and significant influence on Visiting Intensions.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of consumer trust on decisions to purchase beauty products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Cosmetic Store in Kolaka Regency) and (2) The Influence of Product Knowledge on Decisions to Purchase Beauty Products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Store Cosmetics in Kolaka Regency). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all Muslim female consumers using Wardah in Kab. Kolaka with a sample size of 120 respondents using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. Research data analysis techniques use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the t-count or t-statistic which is 2.664 which is higher than the t-table value > 1.657. With P-values 0.009. Meanwhile, Product Knowledge also has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions because the t-count or t-statistic value is 4.797 which is higher than the t-table value >1.657 with P-values of 0.000. So Consumer Trust and Product Knowledge have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions by 92.7%.

The advancement or decline of an organization is fundamentally intertwined with the accomplishments of its workforce. Hence, each company consistently endeavors to enhance employee performance, either through the implementation of specific leadership techniques or the observation of organizational citizenship behavior displayed by its workforce. Therefore, this study seeks to delve deeper into the influence and interplay between variables related to leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in relation to employee performance at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch. This research encompasses all employees at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch, encompassing the entire population and adopting a saturated sampling methodology. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of this investigation confirm the impact that the utilized leadership style and employee organizational citizenship behavior have on employee performance.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of brand identity on brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. (2) brand awareness of the brand trust at Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using literature, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study was 100 customers of Bank Muamalat, Kolaka Branch. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS. Based on the results of the study it is known that the first hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between constructs of brand identity variables on brand trust in Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch. The second hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the construct variable brand awareness on brand trust of Bank Muamalat Kolaka Sub-branch.

This research aims to find out how to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on the organizational innovation capabilities of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Dharma, Kolaka Regency. This research uses explanatory research using quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques are literature study, distribution of questionnaires. Furthermore, the population in this study was all employees of PDAM Tirta Dharma Kolaka Regency. The sampling technique uses the census method. Testing the research instrument uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS application. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate had a Positive and Significant influence on the Organization's Innovation Capability.

Researcher This employs a scientific method. A case study at the Upnormal shop in Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, served as the design for this project. This study intends to ascertain the impact of online delivery services and social media marketing on consumer satisfaction. The study was carried out between April and July 2023. The Upnormal Shop in Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, which houses a number of MSMEs, particularly in the food sector, was chosen as the study's venue. Consumers who buy food in Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, make up the study's population.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of product knowledge on purchasing decisions for Rabbani hijabs. (2) The influence of perceived value on purchasing decisions for Rabbani hijabs. This research is an Explanatory Research research model with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this research is people who have and are currently wearing the Rabbani hijab, namely 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining certain criteria. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS 4.0 application. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the production variable on purchasing decisions, as well as the value perception variable, there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage case studi UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka. (2) The effect of innovation capability on competitive advantage case studi UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka.(3)the influence of dynamic capabilities on innovation capabilities as a mediating (intervening) variable in case studies UMKM Kabupaten Kolaka. this research is an explanatory research model with a Quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used literature study and questionnaire distribution. The population of this study were all UMKM of Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study were 55 respondents using purposive sampling technique.. Testing research instruments employed validity and reliability tests by using SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) wich measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the dynamic capabilities variable on competitive advantage Behavior, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.005. And the innovation capability variable also has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.000. And the dynamic capabilities on innovation capability as mediating (intervene) variable also has a positive and significant effect
