Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kualitas layanan (X) terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan (Y) di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Cabang Surabaya. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan skala Likert untuk mengevaluasi variabel ketidakpastian, serta kuisioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Responden yang diambil sebagai sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi sederhana, determinasi, korelasi, dan uji t. Hasil analisis menerangkan model regresi sederhana Y = 7,519 + ,546X, dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 19,8%. Hal ini menandakan bahwa sekitar 19,8% variasi dalam loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam kualitas layanan, sementara 80,2% sisa varians dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang belum diselidiki dalam studi ini. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan, ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar ,445. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas layanan di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. cabang Surabaya memiliki dampak positif dan penting terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasinya, studi ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan layanan mereka demi memperkuat hubungan dan kesetiaan pelanggan.

Abstract

The development of technology and information must be accompanied by the improvement of teachers' competencies. Teacher competence refers to a set of skills that teachers or educators must possess to perform their duties accurately and effectively. If an Islamic Education (PAI) teacher lacks competence, it will be challenging to achieve learning objectives, especially when dealing with Generation Alpha in the 21st century. This study aims to understand how Islamic Education teachers at SMPN 5 Surabaya improve their competencies to face Generation Alpha in the 21st century. The research method used is qualitative, along with library research, utilizing journals and books. The research design employs a case study, and data collection tools include observations and interviews. Based on the findings, it was discovered that PAI teachers at SMPN 5 Surabaya are certified. However, there are still deficiencies in the teachers’ skills or strategies to enhance their competencies to effectively engage with Generation Alpha in the 21st century. In addition, external challenges, such as time and learning facilities, were identified, highlighting the need to find appropriate strategies for improving PAI teachers’ competencies and addressing external issues to achieve the expected learning outcomes in line with technological advancements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers' exemplary behavior in internalizing noble moral values (akhlakul karimah) in students from the perspective of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. Exemplary conduct is an effective educational method in shaping students' character, particularly regarding moral and spiritual values. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan emphasizes the importance of morality and exemplary behavior as the core of Islamic education. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytic method, using Ulwan's works as primary sources and observations of teachers' practices in schools. The findings indicate that teachers' exemplary behavior significantly influences students' attitudes, behavior, and morality. Teachers who exemplify good conduct through their words, actions, and daily attitudes create a conducive learning environment for the internalization of noble moral values. This study recommends strengthening teachers' competencies in exemplary behavior and enhancing students' understanding of the importance of noble morals in daily life.

Abstract

This article discusses the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profiles through morning habits of students at SMP Negeri 2 Mojokerto. This study uses qualitative research through a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the character of Pancasila students is strengthened by the regularity of morning habits at SMP Negeri 2 Mojokerto, namely a series of activities to greet students every morning in front of the school gate. In addition, the 5S culture (Smile, Greet, Greeting, Polite, and Courteous) is the foundation in the process of strengthening the character of Pancasila students. Through morning habits, students show a polite and friendly attitude towards teachers when they meet. And the implications of implementing morning habits are that students have a stronger character, are devoted to God Almighty, namely performing the dhuhur prayer in congregation without being told by the teacher, when meeting friends or teachers, greeting each other, and shaking hands. Previously, students had a very indifferent attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Teen Mosque (Remas) in increasing students' religious participation in SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya. Through structured daily, weekly, and annual religious programs, mosque teenagers play an important role in instilling religious values to students. Programs such as morning tadarus, duha prayer, dhuhur prayer, as well as weekly rohis and PHBI activities become a forum for spiritual development for students. In addition, collaboration between Remas, teachers, student council, and external institutions also supports the effective implementation of activities. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with religion teachers, youth mosque coaches, students, and participatory observation of religious activities at school. The analysis was conducted by describing and interpreting the role of Remas in encouraging students' participation in religious activities. The results showed that the role of mosque teenagers is very significant in increasing students' religious participation, making SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya a school with a strong spiritual atmosphere. Although there are challenges such as the lack of religious awareness among students. The existence of mosque teenagers helps create a religious school environment, so that SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya can be an example in fostering students' spirituality in the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the special religious class program in shaping the religious character of students at SMPN 2 Mojokerto. The background of this research is driven by the increasing need for character education to answer the challenges of modern times. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method with a focus on the implementation of the religious class program at school. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The research findings show that the religious class program has a positive effect on the development of students' religious character, especially through activities such as memorizing the Quran, regular religious studies, and guidance from religious teachers. The program not only improves students' understanding of Islamic teachings but also fosters discipline, responsibility, and ethical behavior in daily life. In addition, the role of teachers is crucial in ensuring the success of the program by providing direct guidance and serving as role models for students.

Abstract

Era globalisasi yang serba cepat, kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar bukan sekadar keterampilan, melainkan kebutuhan mendasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana program gemajuza bisa meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an bagi guru dan siswa SMPN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa program Gemajuza secara efektif membantu peserta yang terdiri dari siswa dan guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an.  Penelitian ini mengkaji peranan penting program Gemajuza guna menaikkan potensi dalam pembacaan Al-Qur'an di SMPN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur dan adaptasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, program tersebut tak sekedar sukses guna menambahkan keterampilan membaca, namun juga meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pembacaan Al-Qur'an dalam keseharian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa baik siswa ataupun guru terjadi kenaikan dengan cara signifikan dalam potensi membaca Al-Qur'an, yang berimplikasi positif terhadap partisipasi mereka dalam pelajaran agama dan kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini sangat luas

Abstract

Islam is a religion that accepts all forms of technological progress, including advances in artificial intelligence. However, in the development of technology, Muslims are required to adapt to anticipate the negative or positive impacts that exist. The purpose of this study is to find out the opportunities and threats that accompany the emergence of AI (Artificial Intelligence) so that AI (Artificial Intelligence) can be used in harmony with the Islamic religion. The qualitative method was chosen in this study, by collecting secondary data which was then analyzed to answer all questions. The results of the research show that if Artificial Intelligence is developed and implemented properly, it will be very helpful for the needs of Muslims. But there are also threats including; prone to be misused to instill the values ​​of apostasy, radicalization and terrorism. The use of Artificial Intelligence in harmony with the Islamic religion, must pay attention to ethical and moral principles in the development and application of Artificial Intelligence.

Abstract

The principal's leadership is one of the important components that determines the growth and sustainability of educational institutions. School principals have a great opportunity to develop leadership values ​​in the modern era. To develop education, high-quality and continuously developing leaders are needed. In addition, school principals must motivate teachers because they have to make a major contribution in the educational environment. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a correlational type. This research used a total sampling technique, with a total sample of thirty teachers and academic staff. This research instrument consists of thirty questionnaires, or questionnaires, for each variable. The research results show that the correlation coefficient between the principal's transformational leadership variable (X) and teachers' work motivation (Y) is 0.623, thus the relationship between the two is quite strong.
