Abstract

This article describes a descriptive qualitative reseach on the leadership style of the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto Temanggung Regency in improving the quality of education. This reseach was conducted through observation, interview and literature study. The main problem faced is the implementation of practicing various leadership styles in institutions by adjusting the context of dynamic situation and conditions with the aim that education run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to understand how a leader leads an institution with a trait leadership approach with the implementation of democratic and transformational leadership styles to improve the quality of education. The trait leadership approach modified with democratic and transformational leadership styles can be applied by the principal with the aim of improving the quality of education and the performance of educators and education personnel. The main results show that the principal is able to apply the practice of various kinds of effective leadership styles by adjusting the situation and conditions according to the context of the problem, this is reflected in principal taking risks with confidence and authority and encouraging creativity, innovation and collaboration in learning so that there is an increase in the quality of learning in the learning environment of SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto. The conclusion of this study is that the trait approach with democratic and transformational leadership styles by the principal has a significant role in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto and needs greater support from all school members and related parties to strengthen this practice.

Abstract

This article describes a descriptive qualitative reseach on the leadership style of the principal of SMK Negeri 5 Kendal in improving the quality of education. This article discusses the implementation of educational management and leadership at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal. Education has an important role in shaping the nation's future, and educational leaders play a vital role in managing educational institutions. This report aims to identify educational leaders at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal and their contribution to the quality of education. Through observations and interviews with school principals, teachers and students, it was found that educational management includes curriculum planning, human resource management, as well as monitoring and evaluation. However, challenges such as lack of government support, minimal training for school principals, and teacher resistance to change are still faced. Improvement efforts through professional training, better communication, and implementation of school-based management are proposed to increase the effectiveness of educational management and leadership. Observation results show that although challenges exist, the innovations implemented have a positive impact on the learning process and student achievement.

Abstract

Proses perancangan kontrak hingga menjadi akta autentik dalam praktik kenotariatan dengan menekankan analisis terhadap ketentuan hukum perjanjian dalam KUH Perdata, asas-asas kebebasan berkontrak, serta kewenangan notaris sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Jabatan Notaris. Notaris berperan penting memastikan keabsahan dan kepastian hukum suatu kontrak melalui verifikasi identitas, legalitas dokumen, kejelasan klausula, dan kesesuaian dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Meskipun demikian, proses tersebut sering menghadapi hambatan seperti ketidaklengkapan dokumen, ketidakjelasan objek perjanjian, minimnya literasi hukum para pihak, dan ketidaksinkronan regulasi, yang berpotensi melemahkan kekuatan pembuktian akta autentik. Oleh karena itu, ketelitian notaris, peningkatan pemahaman hukum para pihak, serta perbaikan tata kelola pemeriksaan dokumen menjadi kunci untuk memastikan akta autentik tetap memberikan kepastian, ketertiban, dan perlindungan hukum.

Abstract

Technological advances in the industrial era 4.0 mean that various things must prioritize convenience and efficiency in carrying out daily work such as carrying out automatic maintenance and control in the home. This has made many people able to produce various forms of technology that can be controlled automatically and help with work. people who can't take up much time. OT is a technology built to provide ease of work that can be connected to each other using the internet. One use of IoT technology is in the household sector to feed ornamental fish according to need and monitor remaining feed. This tool is designed for NodeMCU as control and an internet connection that is integrated with the Blink application. This tool consists of an HC-SR04 sensor input and a DS3231 RTC timer. The output of this tool uses a servo motor to open and close the contents of the fish feed. Arduino IDE software is used in NodeMCU coding and the Blynk application is used to connect the smartphone and NodeMCU. Based on the results of testing carried out, the system success rate has an average of 95% success. Meanwhile, the average delay is 0.052367 milliseconds.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada periode 2020–2025 mengalami dinamika yang signifikan akibat berbagai guncangan ekonomi, baik yang bersumber dari faktor domestik maupun global. Perubahan kondisi makroekonomi seperti inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar rupiah menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi stabilitas dan kinerja pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) dengan memanfaatkan data time series bulanan periode 2020–2025 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Bank Indonesia. Metode ARDL dipilih karena mampu mengestimasi hubungan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang secara simultan serta dapat digunakan pada data dengan tingkat integrasi yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai peran variabel makroekonomi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah dan otoritas moneter dalam merumuskan kebijakan ekonomi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran Pemuda Muhammadiyah dalam penguatan dakwah Islam di Desa Wonosari, Kecamatan Pekalongan, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah maraknya pengaruh budaya Barat yang secara masif masuk ke Indonesia tanpa filter nilai, sehingga menyebabkan krisis moral, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda. Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi yang rentan terhadap penyimpangan perilaku, dan jika tidak ditangani secara serius, dapat berdampak buruk pada tatanan sosial masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemuda Muhammadiyah memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam memperkuat dakwah dan membina generasi muda. Peran ini diwujudkan melalui berbagai kegiatan keagamaan, sosial, dan edukatif seperti kajian rutin bulanan, sharing time, safari Ramadhan, bakti sosial, serta pembinaan kader. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media dakwah, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter, peningkatan wawasan keislaman, dan penguatan semangat pengabdian sosial di kalangan pemuda. Strategi dakwah yang diterapkan mencakup empat pendekatan utama, yaitu: dakwah bil hikmah (edukatif), dakwah bil mau’izhah hasanah (emosional dan moral), dakwah bi al-hal (keteladanan dan aksi nyata), serta dakwah digital (melalui media sosial). Keberhasilan dakwah ini ditopang oleh sejumlah faktor pendukung, baik internal maupun eksternal, seperti semangat dan militansi anggota, dukungan tokoh masyarakat, struktur organisasi Muhammadiyah yang kuat, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, sinergi dengan organisasi otonom dan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM), partisipasi aktif masyarakat, serta kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi. Abstract

This research discusses the role and strategy of kyai in guiding students to face digital media challenges by using moral hadith as an ethical foundation. Pesantren are currently faced with changes in the behavior of students due to wide access to information, unlimited communication patterns, and the ease of obtaining content that is not in harmony with Islamic moral values. Through a qualitative approach based on content analysis, this study examines pesantren leadership literature, digital morals, and relevant hadiths. The results of the study show that kyai plays a central role as a spiritual guide, a supervisor of digital behavior, as well as an exemplary figure in responding to the flow of information. The coaching strategies found include supervision of the use of gadgets, habituation of manners through example, and the integration of hadiths such as "I am sent to perfect morals" and "Say good or be silent" in practical explanations of digital ethics. Kyai linked the prohibition of ghibah and slander with the phenomenon of hate speech and the spread of hoaxes, so that students understand the relevance of hadith to modern reality. This approach has proven to be effective in shaping the digital morals of students: they become more careful in commenting, more selective in choosing content, and realize that the use of digital media is part of their moral responsibility. This research emphasizes that the integration of hadith values, kyai examples, and spiritual guidance is an important foundation in building the character of students in the digital era.

Abstract

Tradition is one of the ways in which Javanese society conveys its norms and values. This is also true of the angon putu tradition, which is preserved by the community of Sowan Lor Kedung Jepara Village. This tradition holds many noble values that are worthy of development for character education, particularly for children. Therefore, this article aims to identify the meaning behind the angon putu tradition and the character education values for children embedded within it. This study is a descriptive-qualitative research. In data collection, the researcher used observation techniques by observing the implementation of the tradition, interviews with those involved, and documentation. The data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis techniques with the stages of reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the angon putu tradition is a symbol of the love of grandparents for all their grandchildren and an expression of gratitude for the gift of long life. Meanwhile, the values that can be derived from this tradition include cooperation, independence, democracy, and social care.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Metode Ibtidai dalam mengakselerasi pembelajaran fiqih berbasis kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ikhlash Jepara. Permasalahan utama dalam pembelajaran fiqih di Madrasah ataupun Pesantren adalah lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan siswa/santri untuk mampu membaca dan memahami pembelajaran fiqih yang bersumber langsung dari kitab kuning, khususnya Kitab Safinah An-Najah, akibat keterbatasan kemampuan bahasa Arab, metode pembelajaran yang tradisional, serta minimnya strategi pedagogis akseleratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi lapangan terhadap ustadz dan santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Metode Ibtidai, yang mengintegrasikan pembiasaan membaca syair tarkib, pemahaman nahwu kontekstual, membaca berulang, serta pemaknaan mandiri, mampu mempercepat penguasaan pembelajaran fiqih secara signifikan. Santri yang semula membutuhkan waktu satu hingga dua tahun dengan metode klasik, dapat mencapai kompetensi membaca, memahami, dan menerjemahkan kitab kuning dalam jarak enam hingga delapan bulan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Metode Ibtidai efektif sebagai strategi percepatan pembelajaran fiqih tanpa menghilangkan karakteristik tradisi keilmuan pesantren.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of strengthening interreligious tolerance in Indonesia’s multicultural society, with a focus on Bucu Village, located in Kembang Sub-district, Jepara Regency, which is known for its ability to maintain harmony between Muslim and Christian communities. The aim of this study is to examine how the youth in the village implement and internalize the values of tolerance, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of these efforts. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews with religious leaders, youth, and community members, as well as documentation. The findings reveal that tolerance in Bucu Village has become institutionalized in the residents’ daily lives, especially among the younger generation. The implementation of tolerance is reflected in the unity displayed during village activities, mutual respect for interfaith worship practices, and the organization of inclusive communal events. These values have been internalized from an early age through family upbringing and social environments. The main supporting factors include collective awareness, the role of community leaders, fair village leadership, and routine social interactions involving all groups. Challenges include persistent social stereotypes, feelings of marginalization among minority groups, and the influence of intolerant ideologies through social media. Solutions are pursued through strengthening interfaith communication, digital education, and the development of inclusive social activities. Thus, the youth of Bucu Village have become key agents of tolerance and symbols of harmony in a diverse society.
