Abstract

Dalam konteks sosial dan komunikasi, penyuluh agama Islam berperan sebagai agen perubahan sosial yang mampu menjembatani perbedaan dan merekatkan sistem sosial masyarakat. Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, strategi komunikasi dakwah harus terus dikembangkan agar efektif dalam mencapai masyarakat yang semakin beragam. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk wawancara serta pengamatan mengenai masalah yang diteliti yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian, penyuluh agama Islam memiliki beberapa elemen penting, seperti penekanan pada partisipasi aktif jama'ah, pemahaman konteks lokal, penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, pendekatan empatik dan inklusif, serta penggunaan media dan teknologi modern, Faktor pendukung dalam strategi komunikasi dakwah meliputi respon positif dari pimpinan ranting dan jama'ah, komitmen dari ta'mir masjid, serta keistiqomahan jama'ah. Namun, faktor penghambatnya meliputi kesulitan dalam memahami bahasa teknis atau istilah tertentu, kurangnya kesempatan untuk sesi tanya jawab, dan keterbatasan akses atau pemahaman terhadap media modern

Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of using the Silent Way Method with finger visualization in improving mufradat memorization in 10th grade students of MA. Al-Amin Mojokerto, this study aims to (1) determine the application of the Silent Way Method with finger visualization in improving mufradat memorization in 10th grade students of MA. Al-Amin Mojokerto; (2) Knowing the improvement of mufradat memorization using the Silent Way Method with finger visualization in 10th grade students of MA. Al-Amin Mojokerto; (3) Knowing the effectiveness of the silent teacher method (Silent Way) with finger visualization in improving mufradat memorization in grade 10 MA students. Al-Amin Mojokerto, the method used is Quantitative Experiment with tests, questionnaires, and interviews, then analyzed using the Man Whitney Test, The results of the study: (1) The silent teacher method (Silent Way) is a mufradat learning method where 90% of the time allocation students are asked to be silent, not to write, not to read and only focus on what the teacher gives to students, the silent teacher method (Silent Way) is implemented in the Evening Language activity/language class. (2) The use of the Silent Way Method with finger visualization supports students to be able to improve memorization of mufradat in grade 10 MA students. Al-Amin Mojokerto, as evidenced by the answers to the questionnaire and the results of the pre-test and post-test. (3) The silent teacher method (Silent Way) with finger visualization is effective in improving mufradat memorization in 10th grade students of MA. Al-Amin Mojokerto, as evidenced by the sig value, 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

In stationary diesel motors, the temperature reduction is carried out by cooling water and the temperature of the cooling water is lowered by environmental or natural air. This will be problematic if used in areas with relatively limited water supplies, where for stationary diesel motors of the above type, cooling water is always reduced and must be added. Throughout the operation. Apart from overcoming the problems above, the aim of this research is to obtain the most economical reduction in fuel consumption by using a system for reducing the temperature of the load wheel cooling water on stationary diesel motors. The research method uses the independent variable in the form of a load wheel with variations in the number of fins and variations in fin angle, the dependent variable is the rate of increase in heat and fuel consumption while the control variable is taken as room temperature during the test. The test results show that the greater the angle of the fin to the center line of the flywheel has an effect, where the greater the fin angle of the flywheel will cause the rate of increase in water temperature in the reservoir to be slower than the rate of increase in water temperature with a larger angle small, even though the effect is small, it results in a reduction in fuel use to an average 50% The conclusion obtained is that the use of a load wheel cooling water temperature reduction system on stationary diesel motors is better than the use of a standard (natural) cooling system. Almost the same as a radiator system.

Abstract

This article describes a descriptive qualitative reseach on the leadership style of the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto Temanggung Regency in improving the quality of education. This reseach was conducted through observation, interview and literature study. The main problem faced is the implementation of practicing various leadership styles in institutions by adjusting the context of dynamic situation and conditions with the aim that education run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to understand how a leader leads an institution with a trait leadership approach with the implementation of democratic and transformational leadership styles to improve the quality of education. The trait leadership approach modified with democratic and transformational leadership styles can be applied by the principal with the aim of improving the quality of education and the performance of educators and education personnel. The main results show that the principal is able to apply the practice of various kinds of effective leadership styles by adjusting the situation and conditions according to the context of the problem, this is reflected in principal taking risks with confidence and authority and encouraging creativity, innovation and collaboration in learning so that there is an increase in the quality of learning in the learning environment of SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto. The conclusion of this study is that the trait approach with democratic and transformational leadership styles by the principal has a significant role in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Candiroto and needs greater support from all school members and related parties to strengthen this practice.

Abstract

This article describes a descriptive qualitative reseach on the leadership style of the principal of SMK Negeri 5 Kendal in improving the quality of education. This article discusses the implementation of educational management and leadership at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal. Education has an important role in shaping the nation's future, and educational leaders play a vital role in managing educational institutions. This report aims to identify educational leaders at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal and their contribution to the quality of education. Through observations and interviews with school principals, teachers and students, it was found that educational management includes curriculum planning, human resource management, as well as monitoring and evaluation. However, challenges such as lack of government support, minimal training for school principals, and teacher resistance to change are still faced. Improvement efforts through professional training, better communication, and implementation of school-based management are proposed to increase the effectiveness of educational management and leadership. Observation results show that although challenges exist, the innovations implemented have a positive impact on the learning process and student achievement.

Abstract

Proses perancangan kontrak hingga menjadi akta autentik dalam praktik kenotariatan dengan menekankan analisis terhadap ketentuan hukum perjanjian dalam KUH Perdata, asas-asas kebebasan berkontrak, serta kewenangan notaris sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Jabatan Notaris. Notaris berperan penting memastikan keabsahan dan kepastian hukum suatu kontrak melalui verifikasi identitas, legalitas dokumen, kejelasan klausula, dan kesesuaian dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Meskipun demikian, proses tersebut sering menghadapi hambatan seperti ketidaklengkapan dokumen, ketidakjelasan objek perjanjian, minimnya literasi hukum para pihak, dan ketidaksinkronan regulasi, yang berpotensi melemahkan kekuatan pembuktian akta autentik. Oleh karena itu, ketelitian notaris, peningkatan pemahaman hukum para pihak, serta perbaikan tata kelola pemeriksaan dokumen menjadi kunci untuk memastikan akta autentik tetap memberikan kepastian, ketertiban, dan perlindungan hukum.
