Abstract

Masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Bangka Induk, khususnya para pendatang sering sekali mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari informasi rute SMP terdekat didaerahnya. Pencarian lokasi SMP ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama jika mencari secara manual terlebih tidak familiar dengan Kabupaten Bangka Induk. Selain itu, menuju SMP yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan karena kurangnya informasi tentang rute yang dilalui. Website belum banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat yang  mau mencari  rute terdekat didaerahnya dikarenakan blum banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan komputer. Website GIS pencarian rute terpendek SMP di Kabupaten Bangka Induk ini dapat dilakukan dalam keadaan apapun selama tersambung dengan jaringan internet. Proses mendapatkan rute terpendek pada Website GIS  ini adalah dengan aplikasi tambahan dari quantum GIS yaitu Road graph plugin. Perhitungan untuk mendapatkan lokasi SMP terdekat dari posisi. Perhitungan menggunakan parameter jarak yang didapat dari titik koordinat posisi pengguna dan titik koordinat SMP (Tujuan). Hasil dari website ini berupa SMP terdekat dari posisi pengguna sesuai rute pilihan dan mendapatkan informasi lintasan menuju lokasi SMP tersebut.

Abstract

The Rectorate of Universitas Mulawarman acts as the head office in which educational administration and office administration services are carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of psychological capital on work engagement with the meaning of work as a mediator for the education staff who served at the Rectorate of Universitas Mulawarman. This research was conducted by census of all civil servants, education staff in 3 work units of the Rectorate of Universitas Mulawarman as many as 104 people. The analytical method used is the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) approach. The results of the study show that psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on work meaningfulness, and psychological capital also has a positive and significant effect on work engagement and work meaningfulness has a positive and significant positive and significant effect on work engagement, but work meaningfulness cannot be a mediator on the influence of psychological capital on work engagement. The variable of psychological capital affects the meaningfulness of work by 60% and the remaining 40% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, while the variable of meaningfulness of work and psychological capital gives an influence of 83.60% on the work engagement variable and the remaining 16.40% is influenced by other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peranan tata tertib sekolah dalam membentuk perilaku kedisiplinan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sendangsari dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor apa yang menghambat tata tertib sekolah untuk membentuk perilaku kedisiplinan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sendangsari Kecamatan Batuwarno Kabupaten Wonogiri tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sendangsari dan objek penelitian ini adalah peranan tata tertib sekolah dan perilaku kedisiplinan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sendangsari. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Peranan tata tertib sekolah dalam membentuk perilaku kedisiplinan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sendangsari sudah cukup baik. Kepala sekolah dan guru kelas telah dapat membiasakan siswa untuk mematuhi tata tertib sekolah guna membentuk perilaku disiplin. Faktor yang menghambat tata tertib sekolah dalam membentuk perilaku kedisiplinan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sendangsari adalah 1. faktor lingkungan keluarga berupa perhatian orang tua, 2. faktor lingkungan sekolah berupa ajakan teman yang melanggar dan kesibukan guru, dan 3. faktor lingkungan masyarakat berupa pergaulan dan gaya hidup yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan sekolah. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah melalui tata tertib sekolah dapat membentuk perilaku kedisiplinan siswa. Pembentukan perilaku disiplin siswa di pengaruhi oleh 3 faktor yaitu faktor lingkungan keluarga, faktor lingkungan sekolah dan faktor lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Isu hukum yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah Peraturan Walikota Balikpapan Nomor 25 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pengawasan Dan Pengendalian Sepeda Motor Sebagai Angkutan Alternatif Berbasis Aplikasi Teknologi Informasi, belum dapat berjalan secara maksimal, dikarenakan adanya pelanggaran hukum terhadap beberapa ketentuan pasal yang diatur dalam Peraturan Walikota Balikpapan Nomor 25 Tahun 2017 tersebut, yaitu Pasal 5 ayat (3) huruf d dan huruf e.     Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah implementasi Peraturan Walikota Balikpapan Nomor 25 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Sepeda Motor Sebagai Angkutan Alternatif Berbasis Aplikasi Teknologi InformasiPendekatan dalam  penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, yaitu suatu metode penelitian  hukum yang berfungsi untuk melihat hukum sesuai dengan kenyataan dan meneliti bagaimana bekerjanya hukum dilingkungan masyarakat dengan melakukan wawancara dengan responden terkait.     Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi Peraturan Walikota Balikpapan Nomor 25 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Sepeda Motor Sebagai Angkutan Alternatif Berbasis Aplikasi Teknologi Informasi  Pasal 5 ayat (3) huruf d dan huruf e, belum terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya, hal ini terbukti dari hasil penelitian masih banyak terjadi pelanggaran yang dilakukan para pengemudi ojek online di beberapa wilayah Kota Balikpapan. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Pengawasan, Penegakan Hukum

Abstract

Sulfuric acid production is a continuous process. With the process running constantly then the conditionof machinery should be maintained properly so as not frequent downtime. Downtime will result indecreased production achievement and damage the quality of the product.To overcome this designed a treatment system using the concept of TPM in a corporateenvironment, which is expected to bring harmony between the operator as to the implementation of theproduction engineer and production planner’s parties as well as the maintenance. The concept of totalproductive maintenance is one way for the company's improved performance is more stable. Theconcept of total productive maintenance consists of three important components of a total approach,efforts productive, and maintenance. Of the three components can be explained using the concept ofOverall Equipment Effectiveness and autonomous maintenance.

Abstract

Data pribadi merupakan hal yang sensitif dan privasi, hanya dapat dilihat oleh seorang diri. Namun seiring berkembangnya zaman, sering terjadi kebocoran data di internet terumata Indonesia. Kebocoran data ini sempat ramai di sosial media Twitter dan dijadikan sebagai wadah untuk berpendapat terkait kebocoran data yang terjadi di Indonesia. Metode klasifikasi yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan ekstrasi fitur TF-IDF. Dataset didapatkan melalui hasil scraping Twitter dan mendapatkan 5000 tweet. Dataset diberi label manual yaitu Positif, Negatif, dan Netral sebelum masuk ke tahap Klasifikasi SVM. Dan berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi SVM, SVM menghasilkan akurasi 83%.

Abstract

Perancangan panel distribusi daya ini dibuat untuk mensuplai komponen kelistrikan pada gedung kampus Universitas Sutomo Serang Banten. Rancangan ini akan membahas tentang instalasi listrik beban, penentuan jumlah titik lampu, perhitungan beban total, menentukan ratting pengaman dan perhitungan kuat hantar arus pada kabel. Perhitungan yang dilakukan akan berdasarkan pada standar-standar Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) tahun 2011. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perhitungan, maka didapat jumlah titik lampu berdasarkan illuminasi (Lux) standar pada setiap ruangan kelas, jumlah beban total keseluruhan adalah 59.446 Watt, ratting arus pengaman utama menggunakan MCCB 125 A dan pemilihan ukuran kabel NYM 3x1,5 mm² dan 3x2,5 mm² sesuai dengan arus nominal yang mengalir serta perancangan tata letak kompenen pada panel. Hasil rancangan panel ini akan mensuplai daya sebesar 59.446 Watt untuk saat ini pada bulan Juli 2022 dan dapat bertambah dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Companies in achieving a company's goals must understand the performance of each team in the company. In overcoming and supervising that each team has achieved a goal and has performed well, a dashboard is needed to provide information and also help a company achieve its goals in understanding and monitoring the performance of each team and its members. The dashboard is made using a UCD (User Centered Design) method, a method that focuses on user behavior as the basis for creating a system. With this method, the dashboard will become a monitoring, evaluation tool, and become a report for a merchandising team in meeting the needs of a company. By making this dashboard, it will be very easy for users to understand and assess the performance of existing members and teams and with the design of existing KPIs it can facilitate the assessment of members and the merchandising team.

Abstract

Information system for Sman 1 Ngabang to process academic of students this web-based and mobile web system can help schools in learning features. The web- based is well designed using the PHP programming language and for the database using MySQL and phpMyAdmin. For testing using the white box method. The method used in software development is Rapid Application Development. The results obtained are Sman 1 Ngabang uses a web-based to obtain information system data in the form of reports. Admin also has full data access to add, update, and delete existing data in the database.

Abstract

Education is closely related to the world of work, so we need a system that helps provide an overview of the courses needed by the company. It is hoped that the application of course recommendations that have an effect on the world of work will attract many students who can work in accordance with the desired company and are ready to face competition in the world of work. This application is designed to aim to provide recommendations for courses that are influential in the world of work so that students who are running lectures can use this application to make it easier to get information about the courses needed by the desired company so that students have no difficulty in choosing courses that are influential in the world work. In providing course recommendations, a method is needed, namely using the C4.5 Algorithm to make decisions and this application is made using the Javascript programming language and uses the MongoDB database system. In testing the method, accuracy is needed using a confusion matrix with several test schemes and the highest level of accuracy is using 50% data training and 50% data testing with 80% accuracy. Based on the tests carried out, this application can assist students in making decisions to choose the required courses and see the minimum achievements that must be passed to be able to work on the desired job.
