Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi berdampak signifikan pada sektor ekonomi, keuangan, dan sosial, memungkinkan bisnis tumbuh lebih cepat dan meningkatkan persaingan. Salah satu hal yang menjadi permasalahan mitra adalah menurunnya kunjungan pada taman rekreasi sengkaling pasca pandemi berakhir. Menurunnya jumlah kunjungan salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya informasi yang dilakukan oleh taman rekreasi sengkaling khususnya pada saluran informasi digital. Hal ini menjadi penting karena dapat meningkatkan minat kunjungan, dan penting bagi Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling untuk memahami peran e-credibility dalam konteks pemasaran melalui media sosial. Untuk bersaing dengan pesaing dalam industri pariwisata perlu meningkatkan daya saing mereka melalui pengembangan industri kreatif, aplikasi ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan kewirausahaan. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling, perusahaan pariwisata di Jawa Timur, bekerja sama dengan mitra untuk mengoptimalkan teknologi social media marketing. Metode pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pendampingan dan edukasi pemanfaatan media social dalam meningkatkan e-credibility. Tim pengabdian yang terdiri dari disiplin ilmu manajemen pemasaran berfokus pada potensi digital promosi yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, menggunakan strategi konten promosi melalui media sosial untuk memperkenalkan produk unggulan Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling perlu mengembangkan potensi unggulan, seperti membuat konten promosi destinasi di media sosial dan memberikan informasi yang lengkap kepada konsumen. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keinginan dan kepercayaan masyarakat kepada Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Tujuan dari tim pengabdi adalah meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak dalam meningkatkan e-credibility melalui soial media marketing, sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan dan daya saing dalam industri pariwisata dan rekreasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on the purchasing decision of Aqua drinking water products in Malang City. Using a quantitative approach, this research was conducted on 150 Aqua consumers and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality is more dominant than price in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of service quality and location on customer satisfaction. This study uses data analysis, i.e., double linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the quality of service has a partial and significant impact on customer satisfaction and the location has a Partial and Significant impact on customer satisfaction. Quality of service and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The recommendation for this research is the quality of service in PT. TIKI is improved so that customers are satisfied. And a more strategic location so that customers are satisfied with PT. TIKI.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of employee service variables, airline programs, customer satisfaction, where this research uses a quantitative research approach with a sample size of 100 PT consumers. Sriwijaya Air using the multiple regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS.26 application. The findings of this research show that the employee service variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the work program variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while simultaneous testing shows that employee service and airline programs have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Sriwijaya Air.

Abstract

E-retail has one of the problems, such as not being able to provide examples of goods products that consumers want in digital form; therefore, this affects consumer purchasing decisions. Many factors underlie consumer purchasing decisions in e-retail.  This study aims to analyze the role of customer trust and interaction quality in mediating the influence of quality of information on purchase decisions in electronic retail (E-Retail). The population in this study is e-retail users aged 18 years and over who have used or are currently using e-retail. The sample used was 100 people. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that quality of information influences purchasing decisions and customer trust, customer trust influences purchasing decisions, quality of information influences interaction quality, and interaction quality influences purchasing decisions and customer trust. It was also found that customer trust and interaction quality can mediate the influence of quality of information on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The era of globalization and online transactions has changed many aspects of human life, especially in terms of how people interact, work, shop, and make purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study examines the effect of E-service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions. This data was obtained through an online survey using a Google form for 105 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, di Kota Malang. The data analysis used in this study, namely linear regression analysis, shows that E-service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotion is more dominant than e-service quality in influencing purchasing decisions. This finding implies that e-commerce, especially Bukalapak, needs to continue to improve the quality of their electronic services to meet customer expectations. However, sales promotion should remain the main focus of a marketing strategy, as it has a greater influence on driving purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan smartphone di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran masih sangat rendah maka diperlukan rancangan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang proses pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan sistem mobile learning berbasis aplikasi android pada bidang studi Pemeliharaan kelistrikan sepeda motor. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) sedangkan model yang dipakai adalah William W. Lee dan Diana L. Owens. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran mobile learning sistem pengapian adalah sangat valid untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran, sesuai dengan hasil uji validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi sebesar 96% dan uji validasi ahli media 96% termasuk kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan dan ketertarikan berdasarkan respon siswa sebesar 93% yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Untuk uji efektifitas yang diujikan ke siswa didapatkan nilai test kompetensi sistem pengapian hasil nilai rata rata sebesar 88,88 hal ini meningkat sebesar 21 point yang semula sebesar 67,88 sebelum menggunakan mobile learning. Kesimpulanya bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran mobile laerning sistem pengapian pada mata pelajaran Pemeliharaan kelistrikan sepeda motor sangat valid, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan merubah prilaku siswa menjadi semangat, aktif dan mandiri dalam belajar.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve students' creative writing skills in English and integrate Islamic values in their literary works. Through this training, students are expected to develop creative poetry writing skills while instilling a deeper understanding of Islamic values such as honesty, simplicity, and respect. The implementation method involved several stages starting with preparation and planning that included needs identification, curriculum development, and recruitment of experienced resource persons. The training consisted of theory, practice, and mentoring sessions designed to provide in-depth understanding and personalized guidance for students. Theory sessions cover creative writing techniques and poetry structure, while practical sessions provide opportunities for students to apply their knowledge through writing exercises and group discussions. Mentoring sessions provide specialized assistance to help students improve the quality of their work. Evaluation is conducted through work assessment and feedback from participants, which will be used to improve future programs. The outcome of the training is expected to be the improvement of students' creative writing skills, the publication of a poetry anthology, and the establishment of a literary club for the sustainability of the program. Collaboration with schools, literary communities, and local religious institutions is also conducted to support the implementation and sustainability of this program. With a structured and comprehensive implementation, this program is expected to have a significant positive impact on MAN Sukoharjo students in developing creative writing skills and understanding and applying Islamic values in their lives.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of e-WOM and brand image on purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. A sample of 120 was carried out using purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research results found that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. E-wom and brand image have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

MOBA games contain highly intriguing narrative assets that are worth exploring. In the MOBA game Mobile Legends, narrative assets are found in the Mastery Code menu. Interestingly, these narrative assets are not always structured as traditional narratives; they can also appear in other textual genres. The aim of this research is to describe how genre functions as a supporting element in the characterization of the hero protagonist. Additionally, this study analyzes the Attitude System, a tool within the Appraisal framework, to understand how it contributes to the characterization of the hero protagonist. This research adopts a qualitative, descriptive approach, as it aims to naturally describe the observed phenomena.
