Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model media pembelajaran sepak takraw berbasis web yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari delapan tahapan: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian produk.. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket, dan tes. Model media pembelajaran ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli dengan 4,52 dalam kategori sangat valid. Uji coba produk menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan sebesar 3,67 kategori sangat baik, dan efektivitas diukur dengan skor N-gain sebesar 0,67 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model ini dalam pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Guru disarankan untuk sering menggunakan model media pembelajaran berbasis web yang bersifat audiovisual untuk hasil belajar yang maksimal.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has extraordinary tourism potential, especially natural tourism. Almost every region in Indonesia has its own characteristics in terms of beauty and natural beauty. Tindalun Village is a village that has quite a lot of natural beauty. However, until now this potential has not been optimized properly. The lack of awareness of the community and village government regarding the importance of tourist destinations in each village means that this potential cannot be utilized optimally. This service activity carries out a work program to create village photo spots so that they can become a tourist attraction. The activity implementation method consists of using 5 stages, namely Village Potential Survey, Work Program Socialization, Joint Discussion, Photo Spot Area Survey, and Photo Spot Creation. The results of the service are photo spots made from materials from the surrounding environment, namely bamboo and areca nut wood.

Abstract

Penetas telur adalah komponen kunci dalam industri peternakan yang memerlukan pengawasan suhu dan kelembaban yang ketat untuk mencapai efisiensi dan hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem penetas telur otomatis yang memanfaatkan metode kontrol berbasis logika fuzzy untuk meningkatkan proses penetasan telur. Sistem ini terdiri dari sensor suhu dan kelembaban yang mengawasi kondisi lingkungan dalam inkubator. Logika fuzzy digunakan untuk mengontrol elemen pemanas sehingga suhu dan kelembaban dapat dijaga pada tingkat yang optimal. Pendekatan logika fuzzy memungkinkan sistem untuk mengambil keputusan secara adaptif berdasarkan variabel masukan, menciptakan lingkungan yang stabil dan kondusif bagi penetasan telur. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan sejumlah telur ayam sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode kontrol berbasis logika fuzzy secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi penetasan telur, dengan tingkat keberhasilan penetasan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam konteks industri peternakan modern. Penerapan metode kontrol pemanas berbasis logika fuzzy pada mesin penetas telur dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi risiko kerugian dalam proses penetasan telur. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam pengembangan teknologi penetas telur otomatis yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas peternakan.

Abstract

Adolescence is the transition period from childhood to adulthood. A teenager can no longer be considered a child, but he is not mature enough to be considered an adult. In adolescence he is looking for a lifestyle that best suits him, and he will often take action through trial and error. From this trial and error method, parents have an important role to supervise and protect adolescents so that they do not fall into juvenile delinquency such as promiscuity, drugs, alcohol, speeding, fighting, stealing, skipping school and bullying. One solution to overcome and prevent juvenile delinquency is to hold a socialisation of juvenile delinquency and solutions to handle it to the surrounding community. In addition, in overcoming juvenile delinquency can also be divided into preventive action, repressive action, curative action, and rehabilitation

Abstract

This research analyses leadership and organizational culture's vivacious and significant influence on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The background of this research is based on a description of the performance of state elementary school teachers in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The type of research carried out is survey research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study was 73 elementary school teachers. The sample used in the research was 73 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques are documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research results show that the influence of the principal's leadership and organizational culture on the performance of public elementary school teachers is 92.8%, and the remainder is determined by other factors that are not part of this research. The research conclusions show the influence of the principal's leadership and organizational culture on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Abstract

Hakikatnya, manusia akan memerlukan fungsi pengaturan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Oleh karenanya, kehadiran pemerintahan serta pemerintah menjadi sesuatu yang urgen bagi proses kehidupan manusia termasuk di dalamnya menyangkut aspek ketertiban umum, ketentraman masyarakat yang pada kajian selanjutnya, merupakan kebutuhan dasar hidup yang harus dipenuhi terlebih dahulu sebelum kebutuhan dasar lain terpenuhi. Aspek-aspek ini kemudian diatur menjadi kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah yang diselenggarakan oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) sebagai perangkat yang ada di daerah. Di sisi lain, keterbukaan zaman dan percepatan di berbagai bidang membuat masyarakat yang semakin dinamis dan kritis menginginkan adanya perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan terhadap publik termasuk dalam bidang pemerintahan. Satpol PP dalam kewenangannya menyelenggarakan tugas dan fungsi yang ada, umumnya memiliki citra atau image yang kurang baik, karena selalu diidentikan dengan aparat yang sewenang-wenang, arogan, kasar, penindas, serta sering dianggap lebih mengutamakan otot dari pada otak ketika melaksanakan tugas termasuk kegiatan penertiban yang paling sering mengangkat citra dan kualitas Satpol PP ke publik.Oleh karenanya, dalam penelitian ini, didasarkan pada kajian konsep tentang betapa penting dan strategisnya fungsi Satpol PP maka perlu juga diimbangi dengan kualitas pelayanan saat bertugas, secara khusus pada penertiban aset pemerintah daerah. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, didasarkan pada hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan, kualitas dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada delapan dimensi kualitas menurut Garvin yaitu kinerja, fitur, keandalan, kesesuaian, daya tahan, service ability, estetika,dan persepsi kualitas, dan disimpulkan secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan Satpol PP (Provinsi Sulawesi selatan) dalam penertiban aset Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sul-sel sudah cukup baik karena sudah sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur, namun perlu untuk terus dimaksimalkan secara kualitas terlebih yang menyangkut beberapa hal dasar di antaranya perihal pengembangan SDM termasuk standarisasi rekrutmen Satpol PP (dengan mayoritas Tenaga Harian Lepas/Honorer), Pelatihan dan Pendidikan, masalah kewenangan dalam pelaksanaan tugas, pengadaan sarana prasarana serta penganggaran yang masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Violent acts committed by police officers in the process of arresting children in conflict with the law are a serious problem in law enforcement that is just, certain and beneficial. This study aims to analyze this practice from the perspective of Human Rights (HAM) and the Child Protection Law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal approach with a literature study technique on relevant laws and regulations, legal literature, and international conventions. The results of the analysis show that violent acts by officers against children violate the principles of non-violence, restorative justice, and children's rights to protection as regulated in Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. Highlights the importance of policy reform and officer training to ensure that the handling of children in legal conflict is carried out in a humane, proportional, and child-rights-based manner. The implications of this study emphasize that law enforcement that is not child-friendly has the potential to damage children's future and harm the principles of the rule of law

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the concept of religious sphere in the context of cultural shifts in modern society. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through a literature study method on theories of the sociology of religion and the dynamics of contemporary cultural change. The results of the study show that the religious sphere is no longer limited to the realm of worship, but has penetrated public spaces such as social media, educational institutions, and state policies. This shift forms a transformation of collective identity, strengthens religiosity while giving rise to fragmentation of religious meaning due to the influence of popular culture and the commercialization of religious symbols. This study emphasizes the importance of reformulating the understanding of the religious sphere so that it remains relevant in shaping social and cultural ethics in the midst of modernity, without losing its substantial values. The religious sphere remains a strategic field in shaping the direction of civilization, as long as it is able to adapt to the changing times.

Abstract

This study examines strategies for enhancing community participation in regional development planning by implementing bottom-up approaches. As democratic governance evolves, the need for meaningful citizen engagement in development planning becomes increasingly critical for ensuring sustainable and equitable outcomes. This research analyzes the effectiveness of participatory planning mechanisms, identifies barriers to community engagement, and proposes innovative strategies for strengthening bottom-up development planning processes. Using a comparative case study methodology across six regional governments, this study evaluates various participatory instruments including citizen forums, participatory budgeting, community mapping, and digital engagement platforms. The findings reveal that successful bottom-up planning requires institutional commitment, capacity building, cultural sensitivity, and sustained dialogue between government and communities. The study provides a framework for designing and implementing effective participatory planning systems that genuinely incorporate community voices in regional development decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of time management on students' learning independence. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was employed in this research. The sample consisted of 68 second-semester students from the mathematics education program at a state university in Lampung, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The findings revealed a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000, which is lower than the threshold of α = 0.05, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.740. These results indicate that time management contributes 74.0% to students' learning independence, while the remaining 26.0% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. Furthermore, a positive regression coefficient of 1.067 suggests that an improvement in time management is directly associated with an increase in learning independence. In conclusion, time management has a significant and positive impact on students' learning autonomy. The better students manage their time, the more independent they become in their learning processes.
