Abstract

Human factors are critical in society's social, economic, and political development, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations. In addition, for organizations to succeed in changing conditions, they need employees who are willing to contribute to the effectiveness and development of the organization beyond what is expected without being limited to formal job descriptions. Organizational citizenship behavior is needed to achieve this. This study examines how transformational leadership can affect organizational citizenship behavior moderated by organizational trust. The method used in this research is the PLS-SEM approach, with a total sample of 165 respondents. This study found that transformational leadership can positively and significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior, but organizational trust cannot have a significant effect

Abstract

The QRIS implementation system policy is contained in the Board of Governors Regulation Number 21/18/PADG/2019 concerning the Implementation of the Quick Response Code National Standard for payments, which explains that QRIS transactions are directed to be in line with the Banten Provincial Government program, namely SIAP QRIS. Banten region occupies the top 5 positions as the province with the most QRIS users. One of these SIAP QRIS programs is focused on the Lama market of Serang City. A descriptive quantitative method was used in conducting this research. This research also has a limitation, namely in discussing how much influence the QRIS application has on buying interest. It is carried out on the population of Serang City, which has a total of 730,530 people. A sample was drawn using the Slovin formula with an MoR of 10%, namely 100 respondents. This study also aims to prove the influence of applying QRIS on buying interest. The determination of respondents is carried out as one of the instruments, namely using the purposive sampling technique. The results obtained based on field findings and the calculation results show that the Lama market in terms of provision has not been maximized, but the payment method is very reliable. It can be seen in the final calculation results that the variable (x) QRIS application and the variable (y) purchase interest influence 28.3%. In addition, variable (x) and variable (y) show a strong correlation indicated by the acquisition of a Pearson Correlation value of 0.532.

Abstract

Electronic services combine two trends: the shift of the conventional economy due to the expansion of the information economy and the digital network system, which includes e-services. As a large fast-food business in the world, McD has innovated by presenting electronic services, where services can be provided using a large screen and ordering is done independently by customers. This supports this research to determine how much influence the e-service quality provided by McD has on customer trust. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods with data analysis tests in the form of a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (including normality test and linearity test), simple linear regression test, and correlation test. The target in this research is McD Serang City customers with a population of 730,530 people in Serang City, and a sample was taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, resulting in 99.98 rounded up to 100 respondents. Based on the results of the data analysis test carried out, it is known that based on the simple linear regression test that the t value is 10,290> t table 6,660 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it states that e-service quality (x) on customer trust (y) has a significant influence. As for the amount of influence, it can refer to the coefficient of determination test results, which has the amount of influence of variable x on variable y, namely 0.519 (51.9%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing on MS Glow skincare buyinginterest in social media users in Serang City. The method in this study uses quantitative methods while collecting data using questionnaires that are directly distributed to respondents; the population in this study was 90 employees while sampling specific criteria including skincare buyers and Ms Glow skincare users at DP3AKB, resulting in a total of 79 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, followed by hypothesis testing using SPSS. This study also aims to prove the amount of influence social media marketing has on buying interest. The results obtained based on field findings as well as the results of the calculation, namely on the Effect of Social Media Marketing on Buying Interest in MS Glow Skincare on DP3AKB Employees in Serang City, that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. This is indicated by a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. So H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, meaning that the social media marketing variable positively and significantly affects buying interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of billboard tax revenue on local original revenue in Serang Regency in 2017-2021 and to find out how much the billboard tax contributes to Serang Regency original revenue. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The type and source of data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques are summarizing data, presenting data, and analyzing data. The result of this study is the revenue or realization of the billboard tax in Serang Regency with a target each year. Serang Regency Always experiences good achievements, namely the realization that the billboard tax always exceeds the targeted value every year and that the billboard tax has the potential to increase the Local Original Revenue of Serang Regency, which will be obtained in 2024, is Rp. 3,655.752.517

Abstract

Today's modern era requires companies to adjust their strategies to stay alive and survive as changes continue. To survive, a company's most valuable asset is its human resources. Human resources are assets that play a significant role in a company. Even though there are many tools in a company, without the support of human resources, it will not run optimally. To achieve a company's goals, employees must maximize their performance potential properly. The purpose of this study is to explain how to improve employee performance in a company; strategies to improve employee performance in a company in this study are general; this type of research is a qualitative literature study. The study results show that employees play an essential role in the company; therefore, improving their performance requires a good strategy: training and education, discipline, enforcement of rules, punishment, compensation and reward, and performance evaluation

Abstract

Disasters are natural events that we do not know precisely when they will occur. In Serang City, some disasters that usually occur are related to the seasons in Indonesia, namely the rainy and dry seasons. These disasters include floods, droughts, collapsed houses, landslides, lightning strikes, and fires. This study aims to determine the types of disasters that occur in the city of Serang. In addition, to find out the casualties and damage affected by the disaster. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with descriptive research type based on data issued by BPBD Serang City. The type and source of data used is secondary data. The results of this study showed that there have been 1,083 disaster events in the last three years in Serang. The disasters were floods, collapsed houses, lightning-struck houses, fires, landslides, and droughts. The total number of injured victims was 18, and the number of affected victims was 40,140, while the total damage caused by the disaster was 591 damages

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the presence of Public Service Mals on the increase in the number of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in Serang City. To find out how much impact the presence of MPP has, the authors compared the data in 2022 with 2023. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The type and source of data used is secondary data. The result of this study is the number of NIBs issued after the presence of MPP in 2023 by comparing data before the inauguration of MPP in 2022. In 2022, there are 5,529 Micro Small Enterprises that have NIB. 2023, after the inauguration of the Serang City Public Service Mal, there will be a significant increase of 206.31% or an increase of 5,878 to 11,407 micro-small enterprises with NIB. Meanwhile, in 2022, 67 Non-MSEs have NIB; in 2023, it will decrease by -34.32% or 44 to only 23 Non-MSEs with NIB. The increase in NIB in 2023 is due to the large number of business actors interested in experiencing the comfort and ease of service at Serang City Public Service Mal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in investors in Serang City before and after the innovation of Investment Ease Facilitation activities and find out the percentage of comparison from 2021 – 2023 or from before the innovation and after the innovation made by DPMPTSP Serang City. Investment has become a hot topic of conversation in recent years because it will positively impact the regional economy. The Serang City Government continues to strive to create innovations to attract business actors, in this case, MSMEs or investors both from within the country and abroad, to invest so that they can improve the economy of Serang City. We conduct research using qualitative descriptive methods. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of this study is the achievement of an increase in the number of investors in the last three years that exceeded the target of investors after the creation of innovations in Investment Ease Facilitation activities, with the number of investors until December 2023 being 11,430 with the issuance of NIB

Abstract

The development of the business world will create opportunities for the food industry, especially in Indonesia, where the number of fast-food restaurants makes competition tighter. Richeese Factory is the only fast-food restaurant with superior product innovation, namely fried chicken covered in hot sauce with cheese sauce. This research aims to study strategies for overcoming business competition by understanding consumer behavior in purchasing decisions for a product. Companies need to pay attention to consumer behavior and other factors. With the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions made by consumers, restaurants need to develop the right business strategy to reduce competition. This study uses a qualitative method with SWOT Analysis to make business decisions and determine business strategies. Based on the results of the SWOT Analysis, eleven alternative strategies were formulated, including increasing innovation in products, collaboration and sponsorship, branch expansion, focusing on quality, providing healthy menu options, negotiating with raw material suppliers, responding to responses from consumers well and quickly, displaying menu features that can attract consumer attention, providing healthy drinks. These alternative raw material suppliers offer more competitive prices, offering added value commensurate with price and making product packaging more attractive
