Abstract

A good relationship between parents and children is seen from the way of communication between the two. If parents know and implement good communication, a happy family atmosphere will be created. The aim of this scientific work is to find out good ways of communicating for parents with their children. In conducting this research, we used the library research method with the main source in the book Asra>r Tarbiyah Al-Awlad by Hudzaifah Ahmad Akash. To analyze existing data using the content analysis method. The results of this research are related to the way parents communicate with their children, namely by expressing love, good communication, giving appropriate criticism and praise, and instilling positive words in children.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a fundamental principle in fostering harmonious religious life within Indonesia's plural society. Islamic education holds a strategic role in instilling these values, particularly in the digital era dominated by visual media and shifting learning patterns. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Islamic Education students toward the representation of religious moderation in the Walid movie, and to assess the role of Islamic education in shaping a moderate religious worldview. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with students who had watched the movie of Walid. The findings reveal that Walid serves as a reflective medium that enhances critical awareness of the importance of religious moderation. However, the film also carries the risk of misinterpretation not supported by adequate religious and media literacy. Islamic education is perceived as a central force in forming a balanced understanding of religious issues, serving as a bulwark against both extremism and interpretive liberalism. The study concludes the necessity of integrating contextual Islamic education curricula and media literacy as strategies to cultivate a generation that is religiously moderate, critical, and inclusive.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one effort to overcome society's economic problems. When doing business, MSMEs often face challenges in running their business. The purpose of research on the application of Islamic business ethics to the progress of MSME traders, this type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, the object of research is  egg rolls located in the Waru District area, this research uses two types of data, namely data primary and secondary data. The results of this study show the application of Islamic business ethics to MSME traders applying an honest nature which will bring benefits to themselves and others in doing business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Think Talk Write model in increasing learning motivation at Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Researchers used a quantitative approach with 23 research subjects in class VIII students of Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. In this study researchers use Quasi Experiments because researchers use control classes and experimental classes. Methods of data collection include questionnaires and tests. This study's data analysis used a sort of comparative analysis, namely, a comparison of pre- and post-test values (sample t-test related). This study found a significant difference between pre- and post-test scores, with a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05) indicating a difference between pre- and post-test learning outcomes, and an N-Gain test indicating a moderate increase in scores (0.62). Based on the data analysis that has been conducted, there is an improvement in students' learning motivation after using the Think Talk Write model, thus the Think Talk Write learning model can be considered as an alternative in the learning process.

Abstract

Background: The development of digital technology has shifted the pattern of Islamic propagation (da'wah) from conventional to digital, utilizing platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Digital da'wah has now become the main medium for disseminating Islamic values, especially among Generation Z, who are known as digital natives with a high level of engagement with social media. This phenomenon raises questions regarding the influence of the intensity of watching digital da'wah content on psychological conditions, particularly anxiety, in university students. Based on the Uses and Gratifications theory and Spielberger's anxiety theory, this study aims to analyze the relationship between the intensity of watching digital da'wah and the anxiety levels of Generation Z students. Methods: The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The research subjects consisted of 60 students from Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi, selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through two psychological scales: the Digital Da'wah Watching Intensity Scale, developed based on Del Barrio's theory, and the Anxiety Scale, adapted from Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Data analysis was performed using the Pearson correlation test, simple linear regression, and the Chi-Square test with SPSS. Findings: The results of the study indicated no significant relationship between the intensity of watching digital da'wah content and the students' anxiety levels (r =-0.135; p = 0.303), with a coefficient of determination (R^2) value of 0.018. This means that the intensity of watching only explains 1.8% of the variation in anxiety, while the remaining 98.2% is influenced by other factors such as academic pressure, social support, and personality. Descriptively, both variables were in the moderate category, indicating that although students actively watch digital da'wah content, it did not have a significant impact on reducing anxiety. The Chi-Square test results also indicated that some demographic factors, such as academic year, study program, activity, and the type of da'wah content, had a significant relationship with both watching intensity and anxiety levels. Conclusion: This study confirms that the effectiveness of digital da'wah is not determined by the frequency of viewing, but rather by the quality of the message and the delivery method that emphasizes empathy, compassion, and spiritual hope. Theoretically, this result reinforces the understanding that digital da'wah affects state anxiety (which is temporary), rather than established trait anxiety (which is fixed). Novelty/Originality of this article: This research is novel in examining the relationship between the intensity of watching digital da'wah and anxiety levels in Generation Z using a media psychology approach. The study highlights the phenomenon of micro-consumption of digital da'wah and finds that high frequency does not always correlate with a decrease in anxiety, thus offering a new perspective on the effectiveness of da'wah in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesejahteraan guru PAUD terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD di desa Tegalrejo Gunung Kidul. Untuk memenuhi sumber daya manusia yang berkulitas, dibutuhkan etos kerja dari setiap sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu organisasi termasuk dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kesejahteraan merupakan suatu bentuk usaha yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 14 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linierdengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statiscal Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesejahteraan guru PAUD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui kekuasaan yang dimiliki dengan memberikan kompensasi atau penghargaan terhadap pegawainya.

Abstract

This article examines Islamic educational values embedded in the Brokohan tradition as a form of local wisdom practiced by the community of Kramattemenggung Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The study aims to analyze the values of Islamic education related to faith (aqidah), Islamic law (shari’ah), and morality (akhlaq) internalized in the Brokohan ritual as a cultural practice celebrating childbirth. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed inductively and validated using source triangulation. The findings indicate that the Brokohan tradition embodies Islamic educational values that contribute to religious character formation, particularly through the inculcation of monotheism, observance of Islamic practices, and moral cultivation. The tradition serves as a cultural-educational medium integrating Islamic teachings with local cultural expressions.
