Abstract

Distance learning has increased in popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic as a new method for research and learning. However, the implementation of distance learning with management learning systems still faces a problem, namely the difficulty of understanding instructional objectives. Regardless of the pros and cons, the results of literature research suggest that distance education is as effective as face-to-face (traditional) learning in terms of student learning outcomes. The application of distance learning (online learning) has many opportunities to develop rapidly as most academic institutions shift to this model. Improving the quality of distance learning programs poses a real challenge in developing challenging content that does not only cover the curriculum but is also engaging. It is strongly predicted that the application of distance learning will not only be part of the normal learning process but will completely replace the current face-to-face conventional teaching and learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sebuah instrumen penilaian keterampilan menggambar dan mewarnai.  Langkah ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya instrumen penilaian dan tidak adanya pedoman khusus untuk menilai keterampilan menggambar dan mewarnai untuk siswa kelas III. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh instrumen penilaian keterampilan menggambar dan mewarnai yang valid dan layak digunakan oleh guru dalam proses penilaian muatan pembelajaran SBdP khususnya pada seni rupa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan desain penelitian yang mengacu pada desain penelitian Brog and Gall yang dilakukan dengan 10 tahap  penelitian. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah instrumen penilaian yang  terdiri dari Kisi-kisi Instrumen Penilaian, Lembar Kerja Siswa, Lembar Penilaian, dan Rubrik Penilaian. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitan ini antara lain (1) Hasil validasi ahli  mendapatkan kriteria “Sangat Tinggi” dengan nilai koefisien rata-rata sebesar 0,864 dengan rincian skor untuk kisi-kisi sebesar 0,920, lembar kerja siswa adalah 0,812, lembar penilaian mendapat skor 0,884 dan untuk rubrik penilaian skornya adalah 0,840. (2) Hasil ujicoba skala terbatas dari respon guru adalah 81,6% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Respon siswa terhadap lembar kerja siswa mendapatkan 98% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. (3) Hasil ujicoba skala luas mendapatkan skor sebesar 86,8% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Untuk hasil ujicoba berskala luas dari respon siswa mendapatkan skor sebesar 100% yang masuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Berdasarkan uraian data diatas maka instrumen penilaian keterampilan menggambar dan mewarnai siswa kelas III dinyatakan valid dan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah SD Negeri Bangetayu Wetan 01, Genuk, Kota Semarang. Permasalahan yang dialami SD mitra adalah bahwa guru-guru kelas di SD Negeri Bangetayu Wetan 01 masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun soal-soal berbasis HOTS dan bagaimana mengaplikasikannya dalam penilaian daring selama pandemi ini. Target luaran dalam PKM ini adalah bahwa: (1) terselenggaranya pelatihan penyusunan soal-soal berbasis HOTS dan aplikasinya dalam pembelajaran daring bagi guru SDN Bangetayu Wetan 01 Semarang; (2) mengembangkan kemampuan guru-guru di SDN Bangetayu Wetan 01 dalam menyusun soal-soal berbasis HOTS; dan (3) mengembangkan kemampuan guru-guru di SD Bangetayu Wetan 01 dalam membuat kuis daring sebagai sarana penilaian hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktik. Kemudian, setelah selesai mempraktikkan, guru dievaluasi apakah penilaian daring yang telah dibuat dapat berfungsi secara optimal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua guru telah mampu menyusun soal-soal berbasis HOTS dan mengaplikasikannya dalam kuis daring menggunakan Quizizz.The partner in this community service is SDN Bangetayu Wetan 01, Genuk, Semarang. The problems are that the teachers still experience difficulties to arrange HOTS-based questions and how they should implement it by using online assignment in this pandemic season. The output of this community service are: (1) the implementation of HOTS-based question arrangement training for teachers of SDN Bangetayu Wetan 01 ; (2) teachers of SDN Bangetayu Wetan 01 can compile HOTS-based questions; and (3) teachers of SDN Bangetayu Wetan 01 can create an online assessment to get result from student work. The methods used in this activity were lecturing, question and answer, and practice method. After practicing, the online assessment created by the teacher was evaluated whether it can be used optimally or not. The result showed that all teachers have been able to compile HOTS-based question and applied it in an online assessment by using Quizziz.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dengan mengunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Quasi Ekperimental dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Desain. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest, posttest. Analisi data menggunakan uji T One Sampel Test untuk mengukur rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis IPA pada mata pelajaran IPA menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning mencapai kriteria minimum dengan hasil uji Sig (2-tailed) = 0,363 > ⍺ = 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia products on the theme of myself, this development is motivated by the lack of students' understanding of the material and the lack of learning media that can be used by teachers in the learning process, causing low student achievement and less motivated in learning. The exist-ence of this interactive multimedia development can help students in the learning process. This study uses the ADDIE development model, the stages are Analysis, De-sign, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Based on these five stages the development of interactive multimedia obtains research results, including: (1) The feasibility of interactive multimedia obtained from the validation results of 3 validators obtained an average result of 0.82 with a very valid category. (2) The practicality of interactive multimedia gets a percentage of 90% with a very good category from the teacher's response and student responses get a percentage of 91% with a very good category. Based on these results interactive multimedia can be said to be feasible and practical for grade 1 elementary school students.

Abstract

Online learning has become the only alternative in many countries during the Covid-19 pandemic, including Indonesia. The study aimed to find about the online learning platform used by Indonesian elementary school teachers and what kind of problems they experienced during the outbreak in Semarang, Central Java. The research method used is the survey method. The survey was conducted online among 160 elementary school teachers, from 47 state and private schools to find fact what kind of online learning apps they used and the problem they have to experience while conducting online learning during the pandemic. According to the result of the study, we can conclude that there were 18 platforms used by teachers to conduct online learning during the pandemic. Therefore, teachers had to experience eight obstacles that most of the problems came from the internet connection, learning facilities, and the attitude of the students and parents toward online learning. From this result, teachers are expected to have a better understanding in carrying out the online learning, and find a better solution in order to solve the problems.

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of learning approaches on students' critical thinking skills, the lack of teacher diversity in teaching, and the utilization of learning media sources. After applying the environmental approach, the purpose was to determine the effect of critical thinking skills and minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The research design is Quasi-Experimental Design (Time Series Design). The research sample was 20 fifth-grade students at SDN Gondo 01. The pretest and posttest normality tests were normally distributed. Output SPSS pretest column sig. has a value of 0.200 > (0.05) means that the data is normally distributed. The posttest results of the SPSS output are in the sig column. The value 0.155 > (0.05) means the data is normally distributed. The paired sample t-test hypothesis test obtained sig. (2-heads) 0.000. If sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < (0.05), then Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the environmental approach on students' critical thinking skills. The results of hypothesis testing two t-tests for one Sample obtained the results of Tcount (0.20) and Ttable (2.09). If Tcount > - Ttable, then Ho is accepted, which means that the student has fulfilled the KKM, which is 70. Key words: Environmental Approach, Critical Thinking, Science Learning.

Abstract

The issue that arises from the limitations of absurdism on the drama's text is: is it possible that the drama STD (The Well Without Basic) by Arifin C.Noer does not in any way recognize the existence of God in his narrative? Another issue is how the form of absurdism in this drama text ?. This research utilizes a hermeneutic approach. Data were collected using reading technique and record technique. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source in this research is the drama of No Drawing Well by Arifin C.Noer. The data contained in this research are words, phrases, clauses, or phrases in the drama dialogue of the Unfounded Wells by Arifin C.Noer which allegedly contains markers of drama absurdism. The data were analyzed using hermeneutic readings. Then presented in the form of a neatly arranged and systematic report. The forms of absurdism in this text lie in the following points. First, this drama uses the myth as a source of storytelling. Secondly, in this drama script also occur events outside the logic that utilize the human subconscious. The story of human life or figure in the drama script is oscillated in uncertainty. Third, the storyline in the drama script STD contains events that can still trace the plot. The existence of God still appears in this drama script. The traces of God's power also appear to be intertwined in several dialogues.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of learning models; the study's main aim is to determine whether a realistic mathematical education learning model using manual calculation media can influence the motivation of class I students at SDN Temuroso 03. The research method used was a quantitative experimental type, a Pre-Experimental Design with One Group Pretest-Posttest type, and a saturated sample technique of 20 students. Data analysis techniques use prerequisite tests and condition tests. The SPSS research produced results, namely that the data was normally distributed, and the t-test calculations produced that Lower and Upper had negative values or sig (2-tailed) < a, so H0 was rejected, and H1 was accepted. Then, it was strengthened by the gain test results, which showed an increase in the average value of 0.47. So, it can be said that the Realistic Mathematic Education learning model using manual calculation media can influence and increase student motivation.

Abstract

Literature reviews on the implementation of environmental-based learning models at the elementary education level are still very limited. This study uses a systematic literature review method on the implementation of environmental-based learning models at the elementary education level. The research data was taken from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases, which are the main sources of information. The data was processed using the PRISMA method. In data collection, there are several keywords used such as "environment learning", "model of learning environment", "environment-based learning models", "nature-based learning model", "environmental-based learning model", and "model of environment education". Data were analyzed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines with data identification, screening, and determination steps. The results of this study indicate that the application of environmental-based learning models has been widely studied and implemented in various contexts and different subjects in various countries. Of the 16 articles identified, 81.25% were written in English and there was an increase in research between 2021 and 2023. This study shows that the use of environmental-based learning models is often used in science. In addition, qualitative research dominates in this study, while elementary school students are the subjects who often study it. Indonesia is the country with the largest number of studies. The findings of this study have implications for the classroom learning process so that teachers can apply the model with evidence of increased student competence at the elementary education level.
