Abstract

The growth of creative business units within the academic environment has become a crucial pillar in supporting the vision of a technopreneurship-based university. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy and the technopreneurship concept for the LUMINE bottled water (AMDK) product at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including questionnaires distributed to 20 student respondents and a needs assessment survey for campus work units/institutions. The results show that LUMINE has a stable institutional market absorption potential, with an average requirement of 20 gallons per week and 50 boxes of 330ml bottles per month from the household unit. Individual market validation indicates an 85% student buying interest driven by campus identity factors, while 95% of respondents prioritize hygiene (BPOM/Halal certification). The implementation of technopreneurship is carried out through a contract manufacturing (makloon) system, which provides operational efficiency by minimizing investment in physical infrastructure. The study's conclusion confirms that LUMINE is marketingly and operationally feasible as an innovative flagship campus product.

Abstract

Diera modern ini, Digitalisasi menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi UMKM agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakain ketat. Strategi Informasi digital dapat meningkatkan efisiensi Operasional, Pendapatan, dan mengubah budaya organisasi menjadi lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan. tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan UMKM Indonesia menghadapi Ekonomi Digital, dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur dan laporan industri Pembahasan mencakup aspek infrastruktur digital, literasi teknologi, akses terhadap pasar digital, serta dukungan regulasi dan ekosistem. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun UMKM memiliki potensi besar, masih terdapat tantangan serius seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi, kurangnya literasi digital, dan minimnya pendampingan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mempercepat adopsi digital dalam ekosistem UMKM.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Implementation of Shared Leadership: A Case Study at CV Esterlie Mandiri. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data analysis employed thematic analysis techniques, where data collected from interviews, participant observation, and organizational documents were organized, discussed, and interpreted to identify key themes related to the implementation of shared leadership at CV Esterlie Mandiri. The analysis of the implementation of shared leadership at CV Esterlie Mandiri revealed that the company has implemented the three dimensions of shared leadership according to Carson et al.'s (2007) framework—shared purpose, social support, and voice—through various concrete mechanisms. These mechanisms include the formation of cross-functional teams, rotation of leadership in meetings, and participatory discussion forums that facilitate the distribution of leadership influence among team members. This implementation has had a positive impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah tinjauan literatur (literature review), yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pengkajian sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah seperti artikel jurnal dan buku akademik untuk memperoleh pemahaman teoritis dan temuan terkini terkait topik penelitian. Berdasarkan kajian literatur terhadap penelitian terdahulu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan demokratis yang menekankan partisipasi bawahan, komunikasi dua arah, dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kualitas kerja, kerja sama tim, dan pencapaian target organisasi.  Meskipun sebagian besar penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, terdapat kondisi di mana pengaruh tersebut menjadi tidak signifikan, tergantung pada variabel mediasi atau konteks organisasi, seperti motivasi kerja, komunikasi, atau kompensasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan Kolektif (Dual-Leadership) salam Organisasi pada UMKM Kuliner Sarjana Takoyakin yang berlokasi di Jl. Raya Cicalengka-Majalaya, Sukamanah, Kec.Paseh, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Lokasi ini dipilih secara purposif karena memiliki karakteristik kepemimpinan yang unik, yaitu diterapkannya kepemimpinan kolektif (dual- leadership) dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang berbeda namun dijalankan secara sinergis. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepemimpinan di usaha mikro sektor kuliner Sarjana Takoyakin dipraktikkan melalui model kepemimpinan kolektif (dual-leadership) yang melibatkan dua pemimpin dengan gaya yang berbeda yaitu pendekatan persuasif yang menekankan kedekatan emosional dan pendekatan profesional yang menjaga jarak demi kedisiplinan, namun saling melengkapi dalam pengelolaan operasional dan juga proses pengambilan keputusan dan pola komunikasi antara pemimpin dan karyawan berlangsung secara partisipatif dan persuasif

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of leadership in building a work culture that supports quality, safety, and organizational performance, particularly in companies with strict operational standards. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in building work culture at PT. Lunaray Cahya Abadi through the implementation of hygiene procedures, use of personal protective equipment, health monitoring, and enforcement of work discipline. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, using interviews with management and analysis of company work culture procedure documents. The findings indicate that leadership plays a significant role in shaping work culture through standard setting, role modeling, communication, and consistent supervision. Work culture procedures function not only as technical guidelines but also as instruments for shaping disciplined, responsible, and quality-oriented work behavior. The study concludes that the effectiveness of work culture is strongly influenced by the active role of leadership in internalizing organizational values and ensuring compliance with procedures. The implications of this study highlight leadership as a key driver in developing a sustainable work culture that supports organizational performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at Eatboss Manggala Bandung. The study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The population was all 35 employees at Eatboss Manggala Bandung, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire structured based on indicators of leadership, work discipline, and employee performance. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 27. Data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable, and the regression model met all classical assumptions. Conceptually, leadership and work discipline play a crucial role in improving employee performance. Effective leadership provides direction and motivation, while good work discipline encourages employees to work in an orderly and responsible manner. Therefore, improving leadership quality and consistently implementing work discipline can optimally improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze transformational leadership styles in the context of public policy thru a literature review of Susi Pudjiastuti's leadership. The research uses a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on various literature sources discussing transformational leadership, public leadership, and public policy. The study results indicate that transformational leadership plays a crucial role in driving bureaucratic reform, improving the quality of public services, and strengthening innovation and organizational capabilities in the public sector. In the case study, Susi Pudjiastuti's leadership represents transformational leadership practices thru policy assertiveness, a vision of maritime sovereignty, and the courage to confront resistance in public policy formation, such as eradicating illegal fishing. Although the resulting policies have a significant impact, transformational leadership also faces challenges in the form of public pros and cons, necessitating effective policy.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategy for an early-stage digital marketing agency by focusing on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage and fashion sectors. The research is grounded in the observation that, although the demand for digital promotion continues to increase, the adoption of professional digital marketing services among MSMEs remains relatively limited. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through an exploratory survey involving 30 purposively selected MSME owners and were analyzed using descriptive and thematic techniques to identify dominant market patterns. The findings indicate that the food and beverage and fashion sectors demonstrate high visual promotional needs; however, most respondents have never utilized digital marketing services, thereby revealing a significant strategic opportunity for early-stage agencies. Based on these findings, the targeting strategy is directed specifically toward early-stage MSMEs within these sectors, while the positioning strategy emphasizes simple, affordable, educational, and transparent services tailored to the needs and constraints of beginner entrepreneurs. This study contributes to the development of empirically grounded service marketing strategies for start-up ventures and provides practical implications for digital marketing agency managers in determining segmentation focus and service differentiation. Future research is recommended to expand the number of respondents and the geographical scope in order to enhance the generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership of a class leader in managing students’ social dynamics in MSDM-A Class, Management Study Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung. The class was formed by merging several classes with different backgrounds, resulting in differences of opinion, participation levels, and potential conflicts in class decision-making. This research employed a qualitative approach using interviews and observations involving five purposively selected students. The findings reveal that the class leader acts as a communication facilitator, conflict mediator, and liaison between lecturers and students. A predominantly democratic leadership style encourages student participation in deliberative processes, although not all students are actively involved. Supporting factors include open communication and social closeness, while inhibiting factors involve diverse student characteristics and limited participation among some members.
