Abstract

Nugget merupakan suatu produk olahan pangan yang pada umumnya berbahan dasar hewani yaitu daging, ikan ataupun udang. Seiring perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat yang saat ini berorientasi pola hidup sehat, dengan mengurangi makanan hewani maka nugget yang awalnya berbahan dasar daging-dagingan di inovasikan menjadi nugget yang berbahan dasar lain agar lebih sehat. Desa Gembongdadi merupakan desa dengan tingkat produksi tempe yang tinggi, untuk memanfaatkan tingginya produksi tempe dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan makanan yang lebih sehat maka dari itu kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan nugget berbahan dasar tempe sangat penting bagi masyarakat desa gembongdadi. Tujuan dari pelatihan pembuatan nugget ini adalah untuk meningkatkan wirausaha baru masyarakat desa gembongdadi khususnya, dan baik di konsumsi oleh anak-anak untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan atau menjaga fungsi organ tubuh bagi orang dewasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pelatihan yaitu dengan penyampaian materi dan praktik secara langsung yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wirausaha baru masyarakat mengenai nugget tempe. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan nugget tempe mendapat respon yang baik dari masyarakat desa gembongdadi sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan nugget tempe dapat meningkatkan wirausaha baru masyarakat desa Gembongdadi

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low literacy achievement in the Education Report of SDN Serang 13, which requires targeted intervention. The main objective of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the "Our Literacy Window" (Jelita) program in improving students' literacy competencies and interests. This study used a qualitative approach with a survey method with students in grades IV, V, and VI of the 2025/2026 academic year as the main respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire in January 2026 covering aspects of attendance, place, time, and activity materials. The results showed that the Jelita program was very effective in building a school literacy ecosystem. This was evidenced by the very high student attendance rate (74.1% always attended), driven by students' intrinsic motivation. The majority of students (89.7%) considered the selection of the school field as the activity location very good because it created a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. In terms of time, 89.7% of students agreed that the implementation on Tuesdays in the first hour was the most effective time when physical condition was still fit. Furthermore, the varied materials, such as storytelling, music, and dialogue, received positive feedback (96.6%) for being easy to understand and engaging. Overall, the Jelita program successfully transformed literacy learning into a fun and meaningful activity. However, improvements to physical facilities, such as field shade and chair repairs, are still needed to ensure the program's sustainability. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya capaian nilai literasi pada Raport Pendidikan SDN Serang 13 yang memerlukan intervensi tepat sasaran. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi program "Jendela Literasi Kita" (Jelita) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan minat literasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survei terhadap siswa kelas IV, V, dan VI tahun ajaran 2025/2026 sebagai responden utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring pada Januari 2026 yang mencakup aspek kehadiran, tempat, waktu, dan materi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Jelita sangat efektif dalam membangun ekosistem literasi sekolah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat kehadiran siswa yang sangat tinggi (74,1% selalu hadir), didorong oleh motivasi intrinsik siswa. Mayoritas siswa (89,7%) menilai pemilihan lapangan sekolah sebagai tempat kegiatan sudah sangat baik karena menciptakan suasana segar dan nyaman. Dari segi waktu, 89,7% siswa menyetujui pelaksanaan pada hari Selasa jam pertama sebagai waktu paling efektif saat kondisi fisik masih bugar. Selain itu, materi yang variatif seperti dongeng, musik, dan dialog mendapat apresiasi positif (96,6%) karena mudah dipahami dan menarik. Secara keseluruhan, program Jelita berhasil mentransformasi pembelajaran literasi menjadi aktivitas yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Meski demikian, perbaikan pada aspek fasilitas fisik seperti peneduh lapangan dan perbaikan kursi tetap diperlukan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

The rapid transformation of the educational landscape driven by globalization and digitalization has significantly influenced the management of human resources in educational institutions, including education staff. Career development of education staff is often still oriented toward administrative and structural aspects, limiting opportunities for innovation and professional growth. This study aims to reconstruct the career development of education staff through an educational entrepreneurship approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review was conducted by analyzing national and international scholarly articles published between 2010 and 2025, accessed through databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, Scopus, and Indonesian journal portals. The findings indicate that an educational entrepreneurship-oriented career development framework encourages innovation, adaptability, and value creation among education staff. Such an approach shifts career development from a linear model toward a competency-based and dynamic model that supports institutional effectiveness and service quality. This study contributes conceptually to human resource management in education and provides strategic insights for policymakers and educational leaders in designing sustainable and innovative career development systems for education staff. Abstract

The rapid development of globalization and modernization has brought significant changes to the Indonesian education system, particularly in shaping students’ character and identity. Alongside these changes, concerns have emerged regarding the weakening of local cultural values and students’ identity formation. This study aims to systematically review empirical research on the impact of character education based on local wisdom on the formation of students’ identity in Indonesia. This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Relevant studies were collected from national and international databases, including Garuda, Neliti, Google Scholar, and institutional repositories, with publications ranging from 2018 to 2025. The selected studies were analyzed narratively and thematically to identify patterns, impacts, and methodological trends. The findings indicate that character education based on local wisdom has a positive impact on students’ identity formation, particularly in strengthening cultural identity, social attitudes, moral values, and responsible behavior. The internalization of local values occurs through contextual learning, habituation, teacher role modeling, and community involvement. However, the review also reveals methodological limitations in previous studies, including limited sample sizes, non-experimental designs, and insufficient standardized measurement instruments. Overall, this study concludes that character education based on local wisdom is a strategic and contextual approach to strengthening students’ identity and character in Indonesian education, while emphasizing the need for more rigorous and comprehensive future research. Abstract

This study aims to examine the relevance of Indonesian sociological educational foundations inherited from Ki Hajar Dewantara in responding to the characteristics of Generation Alpha in the Society 5.0 era. Social changes driven by technological advancement, digitalization, and artificial intelligence require educational systems to remain rooted in cultural, humanistic, and national values while being adaptive to global challenges. This research employs a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data were collected from national and international journal articles indexed in Google Scholar and indexed SINTA between 2015 and 2025. The literature selection process followed identification, screening, eligibility, and thematic analysis stages. The findings indicate that Ki Hajar Dewantara’s educational principles, such as ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madya mangun karso, and tut wuri handayani, remain highly relevant as a foundation for character building, social literacy, and independent learning among Generation Alpha. Integrating these sociological values with digital technology utilization strengthens a humanistic, inclusive, and sustainable education system in the Society 5.0 era. This study emphasizes the importance of harmonizing local wisdom and technological innovation in developing an adaptive and competitive national education ecosystem. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of POAC management functions (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) in transforming educational management to realize the vision of lifelong learning. The method employed is a literature review, collecting data from scientific journals, digital e-books, and relevant official documents. The results indicate that the systematic application of POAC enhances the quality of learning, builds an educational ecosystem adaptive to digital technology, and strengthens individual metacognitive abilities. Effective management is found to be the primary foundation for overcoming access inequality and addressing global challenges in the Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 eras. The conclusion emphasizes that management transformation through the POAC framework is not merely an administrative necessity but a crucial prerequisite for creating a sustainable learning culture responsive to modern changes. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and teachers' professional competence on the learning outcomes of elementary school students in public elementary schools (SDN) across the Serang District. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study consists of teachers and students from several public elementary schools in the Serang District. The research instruments include questionnaires and documentation of students' learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both the school principals' transformational leadership and the teachers' professional competence have a significant and positive effect on students' learning outcomes. This study highlights the importance of improving the quality of leadership and teachers' professional competence in efforts to enhance the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the education sector has driven the emergence of various technology-based programs aimed at improving the quality of learning. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of technology-based education programs in enhancing student engagement, teaching effectiveness, and learning outcomes at the secondary school level. The research subjects consisted of 193 students from SMP Negeri 6 Rangkasbitung, which has implemented technology in learning for over a year. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaire-based data collection. The findings indicate that the implementation of technology-based education programs has a significant positive impact on learning quality, with a final score of 3.05. However, the main obstacles identified include limited infrastructure, unstable internet access, and low levels of digital literacy. In conclusion, technology-based education programs contribute positively to improving learning quality. Nevertheless, their success heavily depends on the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, user competencies, as well as institutional and policy support. To maximize their benefits, sustained investment, digital competency training for teachers, and strong collaboration among schools, parents, and the government are essential.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara ilmiah tentang pengaruh Latihan Skipping terhadap hasil loncatan smash olahraga sepak takraw ekstrakulikuler SD Negeri Majalawang dalam penelitian ini populasi berjumlah 12 siswa, untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan sample jenuh yang berjumlah 12 siswa, untuk metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan melakukan perlakuan selama 16 pertemuan Latihan, dengan frekuensi 4 kali dalam satu minggu, sedangkan untuk desain penelitan menggunakan desain penelitian one group prestest and posttest design, instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu vertical jump. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan adalah rumus Uji t pada taraf siginifikan a=0,05 dalam Analisa data untuk pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh t tabel senilai 2,91 sesuai kriteria pengujian bahwa terima Ho jika t hitung sama atau lebih kecil dari t tabel, dengan itu t hitung 11.222 lebih besar dari t table (2,91), maka dengan itu analisis menunjukan tolak Ho yang berarti diterima Ha atau diterima hipotesis dalam penelitian. Maka dengan itu kita bisa tarik kesimpulan bahwa Analisa terdapat pengaruh latihan skipping terhadap peningkatan hasil loncatan smash olahraga sepak takraw ekstrakurikuler SD Negeri Majalawang.

Abstract

The development of competencies among Early Childhood Education (ECE/PAUD) teachers has become a strategic necessity to ensure contextual and sustainable learning quality. One increasingly applied approach is the strengthening of learning communities collaborative spaces in which teachers share practices, engage in joint reflection, and design follow-up actions based on field needs. An effective learning-community model integrates peer learning (practice sharing), mentoring/coaching, small-scale classroom action research, and the use of digital platforms for documentation and learning resources. Empirical findings show that teacher engagement within learning communities has a significant impact on improving pedagogical competencies as well as the ability to design and implement instruction. Recommended practical strategies include:(1) routine meetings centered on real instructional problems (problem-centered meetings) so that discussions directly lead to teaching solutions,(2) peer observation and structured feedback to accelerate the transfer of effective practices,(3) focused mentoring by facilitators/mentors during the design and implementation phases of learning outcomes (including literacy/STEAM content in early childhood education),(4) the use of digital platforms (e.g., the Merdeka Mengajar Platform) to archive lesson plans, assessment rubrics, and shared modules, thereby improving crosslocation collaboration; and (5) continuous evaluation mechanisms (reflection, monitoring, and follow-up actions) to ensure that changes in practice are sustainable. These strategies have been implemented in mentoring programs and proceedings that incorporate digital platforms to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Research and community-service studies demonstrating the effectiveness of learning communities in ECE contexts often use quantitative designs (to test the influence of community participation on teacher competence) and PKM/implementation approaches (to design mentoring interventions and evaluate their outcomes).
