Abstract

Konflik adalah interaksi kompleks antara struktur sosial, dinamika individu, dan institusi yang memengaruhi stabilitas masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana konflik dipahami melalui perspektif literatur, apa saja faktor penyebabnya, serta strategi manajemen yang ditawarkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review sistematik dengan penelusuran artikel melalui database akademik menggunakan kata kunci konflik sosial, konflik batin, manajemen konflik, dan strategi penyelesaian. Dari 20 artikel yang diperoleh, 18 artikel diseleksi sesuai kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara tematik.Hasil kajian menunjukkan tiga temuan utama. Pertama, konflik sosial sering bersumber dari ketimpangan struktural, perebutan sumber daya, dan kepentingan politik lokal. Kedua, konflik batin individu tercermin dalam kajian sastra yang mengungkap dinamika psikologis, identitas, dan pergulatan nilai. Ketiga, strategi manajemen konflik menekankan komunikasi efektif, mediasi, serta pendekatan multi-segi dalam organisasi maupun pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, konflik tidak dapat dipahami secara tunggal, melainkan hasil interaksi faktor sosial, psikologis, dan manajerial. Riset selanjutnya diarahkan pada integrasi pendekatan interdisipliner serta pengembangan model penyelesaian konflik yang adaptif terhadap konteks lokal

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the experiences and readiness of elementary school teachers in Serang Regency to implement a deep learning approach. This study was a survey. Participants were 44 elementary school teachers in Karangwatu District, Serang Regency. The results showed that teachers’ readiness to implement deep learning was in the moderate category. Teachers’ readiness to use learning technology was also in the moderate category. Teachers’ experiences in implementing deep learning aspects were not well structured, even though they had identified themselves as using them in the classroom. Stakeholders can use the results of this study to design deep learning training that suits the needs of elementary school teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the constraints and solutions in the design of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning during the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SD IT Mutiara Hati.This research utilized a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation involving PAI teachers and relevant parties. The research findings indicate that the primary constraints faced include teachers' limited understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum concept, the scarcity of contextual learning resources, and students' low motivation in project-based activities.The solutions implemented include continuous teacher training, the development of innovative media and teaching materials, and the application of project-based learning (PjBL) models that foster religious values and students' character. Thus, an adaptive and creative PAI learning design is the key to the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the integrated Islamic school environment.

Abstract

Abstrak Konflik yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah tidak hanya menyebabkan kendala, tetapi juga memberikan solusi dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan sekolah. Artikel ini membahas tentang sumber dan penyelesaian konflik dalam penerapan kebijakan penanganan konflik di kekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap sumber kendala dalam menerapkan kebijakan manajemen konflik di sekolah serta memberikan penyelsaian berupa solusi berbasis kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan secara efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif, serta dengan metode pengumpulan data studi literatur. Penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas hal yang sama menunjukkan adanya kekurangan pelatihan pada tenaga pendidik dan sumber daya yang terbatas. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, kebijakan manajemen konflik yang diterapkan di sekolah dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber konflik. Kedua, penyelesaian konflik di sekolah bisa dilakukan dengan menghindari, akomodasi, pendekatan konfrontatif, kompromi, dan kolaborasi penyelesaian masalah. Kata Kunci: Kendala, Manajemen Konflik, Kebijakan Sekolah Abstract Conflicts occur in the school environment not only cause obstacles, but also provide solutions in the implementation of school policies. This article discusses the sources and resolution of conflict in the implementation of conflict management policies in schools. This research aims to identify the sources of obstacles in implementing conflict management policies in schools and provide solutions in the form of policy-based solutions that can be implemented effectively. This research is a qualitative approach, descriptive research, and literature study data collection method. Previous research that discussed the same issue showed a lack of training for educators and limited resources. The findings show that: First, the conflict management policy implemented in schools is done by identifying the sources of conflict. Second, conflict resolution in schools can be done by avoidance, accommodation, confrontational approach, compromise, and collaborative problem solving. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dalam perspektif psikologi manajemen. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dalam membentuk perilaku, sikap, serta tingkat motivasi individu di dalam organisasi. Dalam konteks psikologi manajemen, gaya kepemimpinan dipandang sebagai faktor psikologis yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi emosional, persepsi, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur terhadap berbagai jurnal dan buku yang berkaitan dengan psikologi manajemen dan kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, seperti kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif, memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan. Pemimpin yang mampu memberikan dukungan psikologis, menjaga komunikasi yang baik, serta memberikan penghargaan atas kinerja karyawan cenderung menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan semangat kerja. Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan yang otoriter dan kurang memperhatikan aspek psikologis karyawan dapat menurunkan motivasi kerja serta berdampak negatif pada kinerja organisasi. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menekankan bahwa integrasi prinsip-prinsip psikologi manajemen dalam praktik kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Kesimpulannya, gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dalam perspektif psikologi manajemen. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan psikologis karyawan guna mencapai tujuan organisasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia serta praktik kepemimpinan di berbagai sektor.

Abstract

The post-truth era, in which emotional resonance and identity-driven narratives often outweigh factual verification, has reshaped how Generation Z students access, interpret, and internalize religious knowledge through digital platforms. While prior studies have examined religious digital literacy and value-based character education in Indonesian Islamic schools, the role of the epistemology of Islamic educational philosophy in mediating Generation Z religiosity within non-state Islamic universities remains underexplored. This study investigates how the epistemological foundations of Islamic educational philosophy are internalized into the religiosity construction of Generation Z students at Universitas Islam Yasni Bungo, Jambi, Indonesia. Adopting a qualitative field-research design grounded in an interpretive paradigm, data were generated through semi-structured in-depth interviews with twelve students and six lecturers (purposively sampled), three months of participant observation across four academic and student-organization settings, and document analysis of curriculum syllabi, lecture materials, and student-organization records collected between February and April 2025. Data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña interactive model with both source and method triangulation to enhance trustworthiness, and member-checking with seven informants to verify interpretive accuracy. The analysis identified four interrelated mechanisms of epistemological internalization: dialogical and critical classroom practice rooted in the Qur'anic ḥiwār tradition; curricular integration that reconciles revelation, reason, and experience; lecturer modeling functioning as a hidden curriculum; and faith-based digital literacy emphasizing tabayyun. These mechanisms jointly cultivate a student religiosity that is reflective, rational, and resistant to disinformation rather than merely ritualistic. The study concludes that Islamic educational epistemology operates as a cognitive and normative filter that mediates students' engagement with digital religious discourse, offering a contextually grounded model for strengthening authentic religiosity in post-truth higher education.
